1.User Agreement:

1) You must provide a valid name and working email id while creating an account with ConsumerComplaintsIndia.org
2) You must not use any other public groups, fictitious or individuals credentials while registration. You may be asked to verify information provided in your account.
3) You must not use ConsumerComplaintsIndia.org’s account for any illegal, unlawful activities.
4) We may contact you regarding your activities using your ConsumerComplaintsIndia.org’s account on ConsumerComplaintsIndia.org.
5) You agree that you will never hold ConsumerComplaintsIndia.org’s operator, name or any other details responsible for any damage resulted from any direct or indirect use of your ConsumerComplaintsIndia.org’s account.
6) You must agree that your user account may be deactivated or deleted at any time at the sole discretion of the ConsumerComplaintsIndia.org’s operators, without any justification or notification.
7) You agree that this user account agreement can be changed at any time from ConsumerComplaintsIndia.org’s operators, changes will be posted on site and you will frequently check back any changes.

2.Prohibited Content:

1) Violent, racial intolerance, defamation or advocacy against any individual, group, or organization.
2) Pornography, adult, and mature content.
3) Hacking / cracking content.
4)Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia.
5)Excessive profanity.
6)Gambling or casino related content.
7)Related to weapons or ammunition (e.g., firearms, fighting knives, stun guns).
8)Sales or promotion of prescription drugs.
9)Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others.

3 Changes:

We reserve the right at any time without notice to a) revise the content of our website b) add, delete or change the services offered by us and c) change these terms and conditions. By continuing to use our site following any such change, you will signify that you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions of use.

4.Trademarks:

You are prohibited from using any of the marks or logos appearing throughout the Site without permission from the trademark owner, except as permitted by applicable law.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SITE, THE SERVICE, THE CONTENT, OR WITH THE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.
