I joined a inch loss program which promised a 5″ loss in a Lipolysis Session, Laser Patch Test & Consultation. SKin plus has a patented machine named Lipoline which uses radio frequency. I was given an appointment for the first day and after arriving right on time I was made to wait for 45 minutes. The firstday they gave me vibration and told me that its a two day program and its essential for the success of the program to take G5 and NMS the day before you go for the specific procedure. During the procedure I was shown the lipoline machine on which I’ll be given a !-hour session the next day. Before leaving I was given a day’s drastic diet to follow. The second day after arriving I was put on some machine which uses heat alone. Upon enquiring I was told that this is what is called Lipolysis. When I objected and demanded that I be given a session on lipoline, they condescended and gave me a 20 minute session on the machine and made to go. the attitude of the staff was lax, snobbish and horrible. they tried to pass off simple run of the mill treatment as Lipolysis thinking the customers are fooled easily. All in all the experience was very disappointing. this clinic is completely fraud and they should give their staff some training in being a little cordial and truthful.

Internet on my number 08660988***  is not working since 27th September 2011. 

I have raised requests which have either been closed without servicing or are still in the open states (beyond your scheduled SLA times).

I am not sure what you are doing to resolve the same from the above date but on my part i am not at all happy with the customer service from airtel that a simple request takes more than 18 days and that too it is still in the unresolved state.

Do let me know by when are you planning to resolve the problem and provide a permanent solution since this problem is recurring from the beginning.

As an update i would like to inform you that the service request that i had raised on 13th October has been again closed without processing.Can i know what is the reason for this?

My internet is still not working and neither do i see the intent on Airtel’s part to rectify the problem quickly.

Absolutely no movies available. You will find the list of all possible movies in the world but none to be rented.
I have tried this service for 6+ months now. Its availability is almost zero.
Movies from the past are also not available.
I recommend never to avail this service. Pathetic

I am writing this email to you, before I go to the Canadian Board and the human rights commision in Canada. My mother lives in Canada and was travelling to India. We chose Jet Airways and booked a two way ticket. My mother, recovering from cancer became ill and needed to be transported back. Jet Airways was full and she was unable to transfer the flight. Therefore, the next avialable flight was British Airways. We have been trying to get a refund or even a credit, so we can reuse the flight again and they are not agreeable. Expedia, a online travel agent has already tried as well. We are hoping you are able to resolve this, before we speak to our attorney about this issue,

I am Arunjunai Raja Shankar, a Lenovo Y550 user ( S/N : CBQ0360627 ). I am a student studying in IIT kharagpur.

I recently had problems with my battery and when I checked with the service centre nearby which is in Kolkata, 150 kms away, they told me that I should change it. So I paid them money and received a battery on 28/2/2011. When I installed the battery in my machine, it was not compatible and the power light goes blinking between red and white, and the battery status said power plugged in but not charging. So I told the same to the service center and they asked to bring it back. Till now, I have wasted three days in traveling to and fro in these three months and wasted my money, and believe me it is not easy to get ticket to travel there.

Its been three months now and still I’ve not received my battery in working condition, I am fed up with this…. Every time I go there, they used to they replaced the battery and its a new one. When I check the serial number, its the same… I dunno why are they lying to me… What should I do. ???

Now the battery is with them, Digital Care center, Sarat Bose road, Kolkata. I had enough, they should escalate this problem or at least refund my money.

This company cryo save,banglore is into massive fraud. They charged me almost more than One Lakh rupees three years ago at the time of the birth of my child for stem cell services, which included preservation of the stem cells for 20 years. Now after three years, I have a need for the stem cell and I applied for it. For almost 30 days I have been pushed from one office to another and one representative to another. Now they inform me that the sample cannot be provided and they want me to take the one lakh money I paid 3 years ago and walk away. It is a total scam! I really believe they never stored the sample, and simply charged the money. As per their agreement there is “no guarantee” that they will produce the sample when needed, so I cannot go to consumer court also. All they are responsible for is to give the money back. If so, they can easily deposit the money in a bank for 3 years and never store a single sample, and if and when a sample is needed, they just return the money. Smart way of cheating!

Dear Sir/Maam,

I, Heema Gupta, a resident of Vill-ThanaThana, Po-Mangalpur, Via-Pipili, Dist.-Puri, Orissa-752104, purchased one car Maruti ALTO Chasis No. 1736360 on 20-10-2010 & the payment duly made by the financing bank HDFC Bank on 24-10-2010, inclusive the cost of road tax, RTO registration & insurance, from M/S. NARAYANI Motors, 56 & 57 Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar-10. While selecting the dealer I have come across the good name & fame of NARAYANI Motors.
I was assured by the dealer that the RC book would be handed over within 7-10 days of the purchase.

1. I kept waiting for RC for more the than 3 months, During this waiting period, I contacted the dealer’s point a number of times but got unsatisfactory reply. I also contacted the customer care cell of NARAYANI Motors, the person there was also side tracked suggesting me to wait few days more.

2. But after more than 3 months I received the RC book dated 29-01-2011 on 04 -02-2011.

3. Thus the dealer M/s. NARAYANI Motors shifted the date of purchase from 20-10-2010 to 24-01-2011 on the RC book.

4. By such false declaration in record I might face trouble during MV checking & moreover this falsification in record has put the RTO in revenue loss. It will also create non coverage period of insurance & road tax period.

5. On pointing out this mistake, the staff accepted that to avoid the penalty by RTO for this 3 months delay period in registration, they have done so.

6. Finally on 04-02-2011, the RC document was handed over to me showing the registration date 29-01-2011 no. OR-02BL 7716.

7. During waiting period for RC, I could not utilise the vehicle inspite of having dare need, kept standing the vehicle in the garage. Hence, I had to hire the vehicle from the market by spending a huge, which was very much harassing. With this wrong date furnished to MV Deptartment, my problem grown bigger & still exists.

I had written to the authorities of M/s. NARAYANI Motors twice on this but haven’t got any reply.

I hope you understand the gravity of my problem created by the dealer M/s. NARAYANI Motors. I need your kind consideration on this & seek your advice.
