Vodafone has Been Charging Rs 5 Per Day for Star Talk per day on my no 9830131354 ( Talking Daily To A Superstar At The Charge Of Rs 2 Per Min After Cutting Rs 15).I Am A 76 year old citizen .Why do i need service .they have been charging this money even after my repeated calls and cancellations and when i call them they say it is non refundable .Vodafone If Going Fraud these days .The Biggest Example :- when we call at customer care center which should be toll free they charge 50p for 1 min .I Dint think Any other company till date does this

subject:unauthorized GPRS Charge

I have idea postpaid card connection last three months,but last bill period 25Novmber 2011 to 24 December 2011 inculde GPRS charges 117.42 rupees and give me bill but actual i have my cell phone not support for GPRS service,then can’t possible GPRS use…i was personal meet customer care center (new cg road idea cellular branch) talk with executive but no response me and suggests me dial 198 complain number i am calling customer care and talk with executive but there not response for me….and i m feel shameless and heart please help me and unauthorized charge refund me

sir if you help me and my unauthorized GPRS charge refund 117.42 rs.

4 MONTHS AGO IT WAS JUST 31400rs.

WHILE PUCHASING PUREIT WATER PURIFIER I WAS TOLD THAT COST OF GERMKILL KIT INCLUDES SEVICECE CHARGES AND THERE WAS NO DELIVERY CHARGES. BUT WHEN I PLACED ORDER LAST WEEK I GOT SMS TO PAY RS. 400 FOR THE KIT AND RS. 30 FOR DELIVERY. WHEN I GOT A CALL FROM LOCAL SERVICE AGENT HE TOLD ME THAT RS. 30 IS SERVICE CHARGE. WHEN I TOLD THAT NO SERVICE CHRGES TO BE LEVIED AS PER THE TERMS AND CODITIONS OF SALE HE SAID THAT IT IS DELIVERY CHARGES..SO IT IS CLEAR THAT CUSTOMERS ARE CHARGED SERVICE CHARGE IN THE GUISE OF DELIVERY CHRGES WHICH IS CHEATING BY HINDUSTAN LEVER.

I used to receive AD SMS with pre address BL- (FINANCE, SEMINAR, etc) and the amount is getting deducted for that. I do not think subscribed for services like that. Please unsubscribe me from the list.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Today morning i booked a E-ticket from bhuj to delhi through IRCTC. After finishing booking of ticket with my SBI debit account there was an error accured. Finally i found that the money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked.

For your info my the ref number of trancation is “30911413818″, Narration is written as “03004607201G39262100 Transfer to 30911413818 SBI IRCTC COLLECT”

Please do the needfull to get back my money.

My mobile number is 9998042319 i am using airtel postpaid connection from last 4.5year and my regular billing is between rs,700 to rs.900 . 2 month ago i was activated gprs98 plan but last month i found my bill they claim Rs.1800/- i was inquiry about gprs98 plan in customer care . executive told me your gprs plan was not acticated , so telephonic i told him you just activate my gprs plan . they asking me my birthdate for confirmation of gprs98 plan . he told me your plan was activated. but again last bill was
Rs.3190/- i was checked my gprs use . i was surpised my gprs98 plan still not activated additionally i check time of gprs data there is 1000 of entry it means everyday everytime i am not working but only i am using airtel low internet connection.

21/01/2011 i was unsubscribe airtellive services i received message from airtel 121 “airtel live has been stopped” but in detail bill i am using him internet.

We received our December statement from Capital One and it shows two bills from Amazon Marketplace. The bills are for $80.79 (posted 12/2) and $26.80 (posted 12/3).
We have checked with all of our credit card holders and no one claims responsibility.
