My complaint to yatra is about my refund status i have made a flight ticket from new delhi to hyderabad and the ticket was not alloted to me with not any type of ref no and the balance was deduted from my sbi online account i amount was deducted on 01/04/2011 and today its 16/04/2011 till now the amount is not refunded only the people are wasting the time of customers holding them on calls for several time.

And I had cancel my ticket which’s from maritius to bombay on 19 feb. 2009 then after they told me refund should comw within Two month then after yatra branch office in baroda had continou told me we had solved but i didn’t got refund now it’s year they told me no refund. please help me.

AS THE MOBILE NO. OF YOUR COMPANY SALES OFFICER GIVEN BY LIPI GAS SERVICES, SAMBALPUR IS NOT CORRECT, I COULD NOT CONTACT HIM. THE DISTRIBUTOR HAS ALSO NOT DISPLAYED THE NAME AND CONTACT NO. OF THE PERSON(S) TO WHOM WE WILL CONTACT AT THE TIME OF OUR DIFFICULTY.

I HAVE BOOKED FOR REFILL CYLINDER ON 09.11.2010, BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE GAS CYLINDER.

AS ONE MONTH AND TEN DAYS HAS ALREADY PASSED ON BOOKING FOR A CYLINDER HAS ALREADY DELAYED I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND TO TAKE STEPS FOR DELIVERY OF REFILL CYLINDER AT AN EARLY DATE.

I travelled from DELHI to MUMBAI on Spicejet flight SG-103 (DEL-MUM-COCHIN)on 24/12/2010. On arrival at Mumbai , I found my baggage missing. I registered the complain with SPICEJET office in Mumbai on arrival .Till date there is no response from the airlines.

Spicejet has cancelled their flight form Coimbatore to Hyderabad on 22nd December 2010. They just left the problem in the air and I have incurred additional expenditure of Rs.15,000/- to go to Hyderabad. I have written a letter to them to pay the additional expenses incurred by me.
they are just cool and sending voucher for Rs.1000/- to fly again treating me like a begger. I just rejected their offer and filing a case in Hyderabad. I request other passengers who have suferred, to join me for legal fight res I shall tajke care. Please contact vedagirirao@yahoo.com

Coimbatore Airport parking staff are colleceting rfees of rs 60 even for picking up and dropping passengers which is the only part in the world to do so. every body has to fight with them and are mentally tortured by the people there. Even though concerns have raised nothing has been done by authorities. Blurtin it here wont do anythign except to increase our BP, but i just wanted to shout….

I HAVE BOOKED AN AIR TICKET ON 08.12.2010 USING MY SBI CREDIT CARD FROM KOLKATA TO NEW DELHI AND RETURN OF FLIGHT NO AI 111 AND AI 680 FOR DATED 21.12.10(BOTH UP AND DOWN) AMOUNTING TO RS 9263.00.

ON 20.12.2010 I HAVE RECEIVED A CALL FROM KOLKATA AIRPORT THAT FLIGHT NO AI 111 OF DATED 21.12.10(SCH DEP TIME WAS 3.40AM) HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

DUE TO THAT I HAVE CANCELLED MY JOURNEY AND AIR TICKET BOTH THROUGH INTERNET.

AT THE TIME OF CANCELLATION MESSAGE WAS GIVEN IN AIR INDIA SITE(PROOF IS KEPT WITH ME) IN CASE REFUND IS NOT GIVEN WITHIN 4/5 DAYS THEN SHOULD CALL AIR INDIA DELHI OFFICE(011 24624074/75) OR SEND MAIL AT HELPDESK.AIRLINES.NIC.IN

i HAVE CALLED MORE THAN 10 TIMES AND MAILED MORE THAN 5 TIMES BUT THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR END.

NOW AROUND 3 WEEKS EXPIRED BUT I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED ANY SINGLE AMOUNT OF MY REFUND AMOUNT OF RS 9263.00 AND NOT CREDITED TO MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER ON URGENT BASIS AS CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT IS LYING PENDING
