Internet not working since 27th September for 20 days:: Service request closed without processing.
Hi,
Internet on my number 08660988*** is not working since 27th September 2011.
I have raised requests which have either been closed without servicing or are still in the open states (beyond your scheduled SLA times).
I am not sure what you are doing to resolve the same from the above date but on my part i am not at all happy with the customer service from airtel that a simple request takes more than 18 days and that too it is still in the unresolved state.
Do let me know by when are you planning to resolve the problem and provide a permanent solution since this problem is recurring from the beginning.
As an update i would like to inform you that the service request that i had raised on 13th October has been again closed without processing.Can i know what is the reason for this?
My internet is still not working and neither do i see the intent on Airtel’s part to rectify the problem quickly.

Phone disconnected
I got a Vodafone connection having number +918860545176 on 11.4.11 from M/s Pooja Communication, Mehrauli Road, Guraon. I filled the form,submitted photocopy of my Driving license and also submitted 2 photos. But yesterday my phone line got disconnected saying that documents were not submitted.
In the last week also Vodafone has disturbed me a lot by activating caller tunes, updates etc on my phone although I did not subscribe to any of these.

regarding for bad service of fly coustomer care centre
Dear Sir,
Regarding for the my fly hand set model no. MC160 had a problem not incoming voice & hanging problem. In fly service centre i checked my cell phone they taken my phone on 08/march/2011 but they did not given me phone till date.
They Take too much time too repaire.but even after waiting soo long the problem remains asap.and so the warrenty get void.I need some one to help and take some usefull action against it…….

Handset not working
mobile is given on 2nd march 2011. receieved 15th of march with same complaint.no repair is done. then taken again of 15th march and 24th march is given back but the same problem is there then on 24th march the mobile is taken wih battery and still i don’t get back the mobile till 18th april and mr. amit chohan of delhi.called me on 5th april 2011. to take new handset. but i still don’t get the handset till this date. he harressed me on service center for 4 hours. i m giving notice to fly mobiles through this mail…..

Unethical Charging Of Money Without Discretion
Vodafone has Been Charging Rs 5 Per Day for Star Talk per day on my no 9830131354 ( Talking Daily To A Superstar At The Charge Of Rs 2 Per Min After Cutting Rs 15).I Am A 76 year old citizen .Why do i need service .they have been charging this money even after my repeated calls and cancellations and when i call them they say it is non refundable .Vodafone If Going Fraud these days .The Biggest Example :- when we call at customer care center which should be toll free they charge 50p for 1 min .I Dint think Any other company till date does this

I have taken a corporate connection from Idea (99642327…). I have been informed that for my plan conference call activation would be free of cost and as it is a part of plan this facility would be activated on the very first day.

customer care bad service
Dear sir,
My mobile number is 9668199077 which belongs to ORISSA state. On Friday 11-03-2011 , around 11:50 AM automatically one service named airtel tadaka activated in my mobile number 9668199077. When I called customer care they were unnecessary arguing with me stating that u have activated through internet this service. I don’t have activated that said service in internet as I don’t have internet service pack activated in my mobile.
Afterward I disabled that airtel tadaka service by sending a message and again they activated one service named hello tune automatically and made my balance negative. Now they have blocked me to contact them. How can they block to contact customer care? Is it legal? What a useless and harassment situation they are creating. In the name of service, these people are not doing fraud?
Please don’t cheat the people. First appoint proper customer care person and give good service. No company can survive by this type of work cheating their customers. Might be some of your customer care executive or your office people activating some service for their benefit and harassment has to be faced by us. Try to find out what is going on in your company.
This is not me who is facing this problem, a huge number of peoples are facing the said problem but previously I was not believing this but when it happened with me I understand. I m requesting u please stop this type of cheating to innocent people.
Can anyone do something on this my matter to take some necessary action as soon as possible? These people always do this type of useless things.

Balance deduction for unused and unactivated services and features
Hello,
I am Hemshri Lakhapati From Pune. I am using Reliance GSM card in my mobile. From last few months I am facing problem of balance deduction for not activated services. My mobile dont supports any other functionality other than messaging and calling . I called for details to customer care but they said that i downloaded some ringtone and started some other services, though i hadnt done any of them. lost my RS 50 balance that time. then Two weeks ago again there was RS30 deduction from my balance, I tried customer care several times but It always comes busy. Also Many times I observed that if there is 9 to 12 RS balance available in my card then at next call I received Insufficient balance ,when I checked my balance it Directly indicated negative balance. As usual customer care busy and if reachable gives same answers.. Several of reliance users around me are facing same problem.. Please help me I am fed up of this…

Sir, I am surprised to note that illegal deductions is being made by airtel prepaid service in the name of MATRIMONY ALERTS. Perhapes airtel company is sinking, However, it is the best way to collect money from poor prepaid mobile user.I tried to stop the unwanted alerts but failed.
Kindly help me for stop of these type of nonsense messages and not to be deducted amount. I will request airtel to refund my amount . Thanks.

i have taken the MNP by changing my number from IDEA to TATA INDICOM
on 25th of jan i received SMS from idea that my number will be ported on same night after 10 P.M.
and it happens, but when i switched on my TATA INDICOM number on 26th jan , I found out that there is only incoming call facility & that to from TATA number to my number, No outgoing calls are allowed,
I make notice of it to the TATA INDICOM person, but till today, nothing has happened, what to do, i don’t know
someone help me, as my number is important to me,

my balance is reducing day by day without my knowledge, and i have not applied for any services. they are automatically start the service from there side. and i even don’t get any msg for that your subcribe for ete service..
i have been contacting the people of coustomer care from 25 days, but they are not taking any action against… so plz do the need full and refund my balance.
