I am still waiting for the BSNL guys to install the internet connection. I got a almost 10-15 calls after making the request online for the new connection. Then a person from “Nidagal Marammadevi Prasanna” selling agent from BSNL came and collected the documents and installation fees. An there after i have not received a single call regarding this. I am not sure if i should wait or look for another option.

Subject: Broadband connection is not working from last 2 to 3 months

I am having landline telephone (No: (02988-224546) and have also availed broadband facility under the plan 1350 P (Unlimited free usage ). I have paid broadband charges in advance but from last 1 to 2 month my broadband connection is not working properly and in the month of march 2011 it’s stopped working totally. I am not able to browse any of internet sites. There are many complaints from my side but my problem was not resolved at all.

Hence, I wish to reclaim the rentals for the month of march 2011 as broadband was not functional at all.

I hope you will consider my request and kindly do the needful.

Dear Sir,

We M/S Lavanya Enterprises has availed a BroadBand Connection from Bharti Airtel Ltd, bearing Land Line No 0755 – 4271672,
Initially we have availed a Monthly Plan of Rs 799/- Fixed Rental in which we were offered Fixed Rental and unlimited Net usage Free, In the month of March we have changed our Plan and get converted in Plan of Rs 499/- Monthly Rental which was Costiong much higher than the Previous Plan.

Again when we requested to change the Plan and convert it to the Previous of 799/- monthly Rental, It was explained that the Plan will be changed at the time of billing cycle which is 5th of every month and also as per the executive at call center said that the same will be changed in the month of May 2011 on 5th, Today when we called for the same just to confirm that the Plan is changed or Not, It was explained that it will changed in the Month of June 2011,

After explaining all the issue to the executive at Call centre, He reply that we cannot change the plan.and also not allowed me to talk to their HOD.
Request you kindly take action against the False commitment of Airtel Company.

dear sir.
there is no response from mtnl employees our phone is dead since last 2 months after deposited the telephone bill. we had already paid the bill for the period 1-june-10 to 30-sept-10 amounted to rs 1144 for the period in which our connection was dead or desconnect.
after that we have recd the next bill then mtnl employee says that we will be adjust your bill amount in the past payment.

kindly take an action regarding this matter as soon as posible.

Actually I am having a landline connection in Sirsa. But from last 20 days outgoing service from my no. Is barred .
Incoming is okay.
And from last 15 days i am going to telephone exchange daily. I met with Mr. Godara (SDO) but they always used to say “we will do it today surely”
This same is happening from last 15days.
I am in a big trouble kindly help me.

I want to inform you that my phone number is 2411678 and i have a broadband on this number also.My complaint is that we live in agra near sadar bazar Gwalior road we have this number for so long we never had any complaints in billing or in broadbant connection but fron 3 to 4 months we are having problem regardin the phone bill .when ever we take the bill to targhar near asdar bazar to ask about the bill.There is no one to listen to us.we have to go from office to office and in the end we have to pay the bill because they force us to pay the bill.I request you to look after this matter.

Hi,

I had applied for MNP request on 24th of Jan 2011 by sending an SMS to 1900 & had received the IUnique Porting ID AX326656.

Airtel had rejected the MNP request saying Non Payment of Bills. Although i have an ECS mandate provided & for the past 6 years the payment is happening they have rejected the request.

Earlier the customercare from Airtel called me & had asked for the reason of shifting. I had clearly informed that lack of 3G facility & no clarity on the bills & charges levied by Airtel. for which they offered me a change of plan & discount of 15% on my bill for the next month. I had informed them clearly that my MNP will depend on the 3G tariff & if it’s high then i’ll submit my application for MNP. They never mentioned about bill payment.

I need your help in resolving this & to go out of the lousy telecom company which cheats Customers in all kind of fraudulent way. I’m sure there are plenty of other people with similar issue. We collectively inform the TRAI & also file a Case against AIRTEL.

I have land line phone( No-220011),which is forwarded for cancellation with application for closer basic telephone connection on 30.11.2009 with paid bill of amount Rs – 661/-. later on one bill is again come on dated 06.12.2009 & amount is Rs 603/-,this bill is also paid on 29.10.009.now period is more than one year and three months but still date i do not received any corresponding latter & recovery Amount,which is paid at the time of connection
