Internet not working since 27th September for 20 days:: Service request closed without processing.
Hi,
Internet on my number 08660988*** is not working since 27th September 2011.
I have raised requests which have either been closed without servicing or are still in the open states (beyond your scheduled SLA times).
I am not sure what you are doing to resolve the same from the above date but on my part i am not at all happy with the customer service from airtel that a simple request takes more than 18 days and that too it is still in the unresolved state.
Do let me know by when are you planning to resolve the problem and provide a permanent solution since this problem is recurring from the beginning.
As an update i would like to inform you that the service request that i had raised on 13th October has been again closed without processing.Can i know what is the reason for this?
My internet is still not working and neither do i see the intent on Airtel’s part to rectify the problem quickly.

I am still waiting for the BSNL guys to install the internet connection. I got a almost 10-15 calls after making the request online for the new connection. Then a person from “Nidagal Marammadevi Prasanna” selling agent from BSNL came and collected the documents and installation fees. An there after i have not received a single call regarding this. I am not sure if i should wait or look for another option.

mobile repair
i submitted my micromax mobile gravity X600 whose imei no is 910528502185217 and 910528502185225 to prince communication , kalkaji which is the franchiseer of micromax mobile , who is providing micromax mobile service on 15 april 2011 and they give me collection date after 15 days, now its 45 days over but yet they didnt give me mobile back , i am totally frustated and harrassed , due to this i bear huge loss ragarding money and physically , i always call to customer care and also service provider but they are not reponding and extend date

Broadband connection is not working from last 1 to 2 months
Respected Sir/Madam,
Subject: Broadband connection is not working from last 2 to 3 months
I am having landline telephone (No: (02988-224546) and have also availed broadband facility under the plan 1350 P (Unlimited free usage ). I have paid broadband charges in advance but from last 1 to 2 month my broadband connection is not working properly and in the month of march 2011 it’s stopped working totally. I am not able to browse any of internet sites. There are many complaints from my side but my problem was not resolved at all.
Hence, I wish to reclaim the rentals for the month of march 2011 as broadband was not functional at all.
I hope you will consider my request and kindly do the needful.

VODAFONE’s telecalling agents are exactly like the ZOO-ZOOs shown in their television advaerts. Don’t know a thing about providing correct , proper information to hapless, unsuspecting customers. They put customers on hold for lengths of time causing pulsew rates to run in a thought out well-rehearsed strategy. They then provide incomplete, incorrect and useless information and are only interested in seeking prompt good feed-back from the harried customers. No superiro/supervisor ever comes onto the line. They do not guide customers well ( let alone with the faintest iota of accuracy). Their ineffciency and ineptness causes loss to customers. Vodafone’s call centre is an epicentre of half-information.

False Commitment from Call Center
Dear Sir,
We M/S Lavanya Enterprises has availed a BroadBand Connection from Bharti Airtel Ltd, bearing Land Line No 0755 – 4271672,
Initially we have availed a Monthly Plan of Rs 799/- Fixed Rental in which we were offered Fixed Rental and unlimited Net usage Free, In the month of March we have changed our Plan and get converted in Plan of Rs 499/- Monthly Rental which was Costiong much higher than the Previous Plan.
Again when we requested to change the Plan and convert it to the Previous of 799/- monthly Rental, It was explained that the Plan will be changed at the time of billing cycle which is 5th of every month and also as per the executive at call center said that the same will be changed in the month of May 2011 on 5th, Today when we called for the same just to confirm that the Plan is changed or Not, It was explained that it will changed in the Month of June 2011,
After explaining all the issue to the executive at Call centre, He reply that we cannot change the plan.and also not allowed me to talk to their HOD.
Request you kindly take action against the False commitment of Airtel Company.

rude behavior of spice company
Dear Sir, I am a govt. medical officer posted at civil hospital ludhiana. I am a oldest subscriber of spice company phone no.9814023114.Now company used to dicnnect my phone without any prior notice or call due to very small reasons. Being a very old subscriber and a very good pay master this behaviur of company is now hurting me a lot and giving me mental torture. Please help me to get permanent discnnection of this phone orgetting a frindly behavior from company.

Sir,
My name is Salim khan and my mobile number is 8979111182.Further it was the airtel connection which I have converted into tata docomo connection (MNP) for which I have submitted my complete documents on 15 feb 2011. But the number haven’t started after 7 days. As told by the retailer or service provider and both the number have been blocked because of which I have to face problem for several days. After so many complaints my sim started on 2nd of march for which I submitted my document twice,one in Haryana docomo office and 2nd in dehradun docomo office but after a week i got a call from docomo to submitt my documents in their offices or in concerned shops.then i got another message from docomo site to submitt my documents. Then i went to the retailer to tell about the calls i am getting from docomo. they told me that there is no need to submitt my documents as i had submitted them to the retailer earlier.on 9 april morning my cell show that my sim card registration has been failed.on very same day i went to docomo head office here in dehradun. They told and also show me that my documents has been submitted. and on 11 april my sim again get started.but the five plans(mobile t.v,gprs,sms,local call plan,and tata to tata 10 paisa plan) that were activated in my number were not working.i went docomo office i dont got my plans.Customer care said first that they will be activated in 24 hours but then they said that they are not responsible for these plans and they cant do any thing and suggested to talk to retailer and retailer says to talk to care. and even after recharging gprs pack again am unable to use gprs services in my phone.. only my this sim not working in my phone when i use internet but when i use another docomo sim then internet works on my mobile…
I am not having any problems with plan but from the calls to close my sim as i havent submitted my documents and still evey day m getting msg regarding application form and documents…i am having this no. in all my important profile documents.sir please solve my this problem as i am fed up form these calls and uninterrupted service..

Low voltage daily from 7pm till 2am
Am residing at Anbu Nagar-Nerkundram near Alwarthirunagar, Chennai-87. We face problems daily with very low volatage that even fans cannot operate daily from 6pm till 2am. We can sleep only from 2am every morning. We are suffering a lot with children and elder people. Please take appropriate action

SIM deactivated while on roaming
While on tour, in Orissa my daughter’s Vodafone ph. no. 8094980823 (of Bangalore, Karnataka) automatically stopped working. We tried but even International Roaming option did not work. SIM card removed and inserted again but message appears “SIM Registry failed”.
We are still in another state, So Kindly activate the SIM with roaming.

I have been using reliance connection for more than an year.
From the past few days, some balance gets deducted from my main account due to automatic activation of some services which your customer care executives say has been activated by me.Its happening over and over again and I am losing my money each time.
I am fed up of reliance. Kindly do the needful if customer satisfaction means anything to you.
