i have paid advance payment towards my 2 months subscription.
after 12 days my account is activated . I haven’t getting any lead from 3 days. I can say this company is fake and fraud

With refreance to above subject we have payment already paid to India Today book Club (Living Media India Delhi) for Fitness Kit on 14 jan 2010 by ICICI Credit card Rs. 3199/- and booking odered No. 880051081 but no Received of my fitness kit if you not Response of My Letter. then I Will take legal action in the Cusumor Court.

I really haven’t come across such a worst service for a product.Stayfit is just money oriented and once they receive their payment do not care about customers.I bought a treadmill from stayfit which was delivered but then the technicians took the screw driver which came along with the treadmill,which were unique type and not available at market readily.I called up “Ramya” the delivery Manager at bangalore where I stay but she never cared to send them to my house.I have called her more than 10 times still there was no response.I will never advice anyone to buy any product from stayfit.I really want her to be terminated.

Never do teleshopping. Bought an Orbitrek exercycle duped by its teleshopping ad in a local tv channel. I was stupid to pay about Rs 15000.00. Barely six months after buying it, the cycle stopped functioning well as its pedal/chain have got stuck. Been calling their customercare number for the past 2 months. But except repeated promises to send technicians to repair the cycle, nothing has happened yet !

We had enrolled for a three month work out program with this ‘Soumens Workout’ in their Ranchi Centre in May 2010(end) by paying a sum of INR 10,000 for three months for two of us. We attended hardly three to four sessions for about seven days and to our surprise one fine morning the Soumen’s centre was shut. After enquiring around for quite some time we discovered that they had shut their Ranchi Centre. Without even informing their customers, they just randomly take our money and shut! SInce June 2010 till present (January 2011) we have been repeatedly calling them to get our money back. We have been repeatedly calling their Kolkata Office in the following numbers- 09231433952, 09830216280,09230527033,09230083888. Evey time we call we get a false assurance or a request to call later. We are sick and tired of their inaction and false assurances and we are contemplating moving a court of law against these frauds. We spoke to the follwoing representatives of theirs: Mr. Saha, Mr. Arindham, Ms. Payal. We also mailed them several times at soumensworkout@gmail.com but no repsonse. Finally, they have promised to refund INR 7000 by this saturday(15.01.11) of which we are not very hopeful given their past conduct.In any case even if we get our refund we are lsong INR 3000 for no fault of ours and leave apart thousand rupees or so we spent in repeatedly calling them for last eight months.
I request and warn all to beware of this fraud organization. Never pay them money in advance.

I am Girish Ladde. My sister was planning to enroll for 3 months at Fitness First at Eva Mall location in Bangalore. While filling the application form, my sister studied the Terms & Conditions specified by Fitness First; she noted few Terms & Conditions which she was not comfortable with; so she decided not to opt for the service provided by Fitness First. Before the application process was completed, administration team of Fitness First had debited an amount of Rs.6011 using my sister’s Debit Card. Fitness First administration team at Eva Mall location had verbally committed that Rs.6011 will be returned to my sister in a duration of 4 working days. No money has been returned by Fitness First administration team yet.
Now Fitness First administration team at Eva Mall location are not ready to return the money that has been debited from my sister’s account using Debit Card.
The amount of Rs.6011 debited from my sister’s account using Debit Card are towards Administration Fees and Membership Fees for 3 months; as the registration process is not completed and no membership is given to my sister, Fitness First has no right to refuse to return the money.
My sister has not signed Terms & Conditions document specified by Fitness First, due to which the registration process is still incomplete.
I had raised my requested with the Sales Manager of Fitness First at Eva Mall location in Bangalore, he says that if we are not willing to opt for the service provided by Fitness First, then we have to adjust the money by getting them a customer who will use services offered by Fitness First on behalf of us. Why should I refer a customer to these kind of misguiding service providers?
After numerous follow-ups with the Sales Manager of Fitness First at Eva Mall location in Bangalore, I got his boss’s mobile number who is available only between 2 PM to 4 PM and he never picks his mobile phone during this time.
I am fed-up of following-up with these guys.
I would like to know if any member of this forum faced this kind of issue with Fitness First.
Please assist.

company provide Faulty and used tread mil machine. so many times I contect on given phone No. They neither Replaced nor repaired the treadmil machine. So I request you to take necessary action to Replaced the Faulty and used tread mil machine

sir
with due respect i want to put into ur notice that some mobile companies are only focused at making their money. actually i switched off my phone between 3 dec 2010 to 9 jan 2011.
during this around 150 rs was deducted from my phone .
then i called and informed them about my problem but they r not refunding my money
some services were activated on 10,11,13 dec.now plz tell me what to do.i am not responsible for this as my phone was switched off .
this is not the first time and not with me .
i request to take strict action against them .my complaint no is CJBWC30111298057
