i bought a DYNARUNER shoe from Adidas outlet “10th or Ramadan factory outlet ”

after less than t weeks of use i observed a damage on the shoe top ,, its the first time i see such a damage ,,
i went back to the outlet unfortunately i didn’t bring the receipt with me so they refuse to accept it without the original receipt so i went back after i found the receipt they take the shoe and the told me they will reply me ,,, after about 3 weeks they cal me telling me that they refuse my complaint ,, and i am so sure it was not my fault and this is not bad use its a nonfluctuating fault ,, so i ask form the responsible person to investigate in my situation and reply me ,,

yesterday we bought this myoplex product from the shop at begampur (muscle power) but we found that it has fungus and insects in it .even though the expiry date given was nov. 2011 . by drinking it i had serious stomach ache . now i have a complaint against shopkeeper that he is making duplicates of this product .

I have ordered a MTV sunglass worth Rs. 499 on 28/10/2010 in Bag It Today, and i have received a confirmation mail on 31/10/2010, and also received a order no M-COMMERCE/0GA100064914.
But till date i havn’t receive the product and I called 6 times to their customer care no. 011-40502424, every time they told me that stock is not availavle and it will despatch soon or will despatch within 1 week. but its already more than 1 month gone and i didn’t get my product.
Further more, I called them beck on 06/12/2010 morning, one lady has received my ph and told me the same thing, and whenever I ask to transfer the call to their senior to talk regarding this, she didn’t trasfer my call.
Is it the way of service of India Today????

purchased one pair of shoes with price 5599 from Reebok Showroom
SCO-20 Sector 17-E Chandigarh.for payment of money i used my ATM Dabit
card.while my card had been swapped the swapping machine declined my
card and on second time swapping that showed insufficient fund. when
after immidiate i checked mt statement the same amoun had been dabit
from my account. and i paid cash also for same article. kindly rectify
my account. and inform me on my cell phone no’s 8054434424 &
9466937711 i shall be thankful to you for this.

I have booked Order vide Order ID : 1000290090 on 21-11-2010.
The order was confirmed on 4th Dec 2010.

Delivery of Reebok classic Watch & Free gift ordered along with it yet to be made.

Delivery instruction were after 3.PM & cash payment of Rs 499/= on delivery.

I have yet to receive the goods.

I have booked a wrist watch of Numero Uno over phone to bag it today.They told us that the watch should be delivered at my door step after 15 days. I have booked it in the mid of Novermber’10. Booking ID is 900019785. Till today( dt. 17/12/2010) i did not get my wrist watch. For that several times I knock to bag it today over phone in delhi from kolkata. Several times the customer care executives are picking up the phone and hold the line in waiting mode and telling that we are just trying to find out the information and we will let u know over phone-Pls, hold the line. After holding the phone almost half an hour every time they disconnect the phone.

dear sir mam i have couriered one packet to west bengal a 20days back but when i have contacted the person they have not recieved it .after conforming from postal office in gallery market(gurgaon haryana)they have given us a number 3419(courier number) to check it online but iam not finding any option in your website.
