I have a Complaint of Western Railway Commercial Department of Vadodara Division.

I had issue a tender of Fast Food Canteen at Memdabad Station on Platform No . 2 before two years.

My Tender was not passed but as per the written issue I didn’t get my Refundable Money Rs.10000 back.

So please note my complain against Western Railway Commercial Department of Vadodara Division and

please give me Refund my money as soon as possible.

US Pizza buffet, Kukatpally

We had recently gone for the Buffet advertised at US pizza.
Rs145 pizza buffet from 11Am to 6 PM and Rs.165 from 6PM to 11PM.
We went at approx 6:30 Pm and were ushered in but were surprised to see the salad bowls empty and were told that they would not be filled.
Next we ordered pizzas and since i do not eat crusts a pizza i left the crusts and ordered another pizza.
i was surprised to hear from the manager that the crusts need to be eaten to get another pizza??
I was also surprised by their behavior if You request for another pizza since this is buffet.
They behave as if they are doing a great favour and hesitatingly and after their own sweet time get the pizza.

this is for notice that we are from K.F.C RESTAURANT franchise owned by A.N TRADERS PVT LTD,
OUR RESTAURANT IS OPENED ON DATE 30 TH NOV. WE HAVE A FREEZER MANUFACTURED BY YOUR COMPANY, TILL THE DATE OF OPENING FREEZER LOCKED IS NOT LOCKED PROPERLY, BECAUSE OF THAT WE ARE FACING LARGE AMOUNT OF PILFERAGE MEANS LOSS OF MONEY. WE ARE ALREADY LOGGED THE SO MANY COMPLAINTS BUT NOBODY TAKE ACTION UPON THAT.
THIS IS SO SHAMEFUL THING FOR YOUR COMPANY THAT YOU HAVE NOT CAPABLE TO RECTIFY THIS ISSUE IN 2 MONTHS.

Hello Sir,

SUB: COMPLAINT AGAINST MEMBERSHIP CARD NO. 8888-0139 & 8888-0140.

Well we are trying to be as polite as we can .. but still .. what all we have been served in your restaurant does not deserves a polite conversation.. Anyways .. i would like to bring to your notice that we have been humiliated in your restaurant .. maybe because i showed too much faith and bought two memberships of yellow chilli restaurants (Sanjeev Kapoor).
First : At the time of selling memberships .. we were told that it is applicable at all branches of YELLOW CHILLI RESTAURANTS.. but in the end it was only and only applicable in PACIFIC MALL .
Second: I bought two memberships in two different names(TWO DIFFERENT NAMES). And the funniest part is that i was not allowed to use both my memberships at the same time. Plz plz plz plz .. dont make any stupid comments .. I am an educated person and i know that we cannot use more than 4 coupons from the same booklet in one day .But as i confirmed before … We have two memberships in two different names … and it has not been specified anywhere that 2 different members cannot share any table or cannot eat together !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We have really had a bad experience at your restaurant .. Your staff used abusive language with our family and our guests in front of approx 30 to 40 other guests sitting in there .. The details of your staff who humiliated us is as under.

Complete story: First we occupied your table no. 12 on dated: 17/12/10 bill no. B013851.
We ordered our DRINKS and provided them with our 4 coupons(NAVEEN KUMAR 8888-0139) and we were served with our order )
Then we ordered our food and provided MR. JITENDER our 4 coupons (MANPREET SINGH 8888-0140) but we were refused to serve .. but later on Mr. KISHORE and MR AMAN asked us to change the table in order to make the coupons work(that was funny but still // we did changed our table)… Our order was placed (TABLE NO. 45).. but then after 10 mins.. your GENERAL MANAGER MR. KN UMESH approached us and AGAIN was the same story .. our coupons didnt worked We paid for all what we ordered in full (BILL NO. B013850 DT: 17/12/10)..we were insulted .. your staff used abusive language AND WE JUST CANNOT TYPE ALL THE WORDS THEY SAID ON HERE..
After all this .. after we reached home … We received calls from MR. AMAN ph: 9711166700 .. he did apologised on this rude behaviour .. and he also promised cancelation of our mambership cards with full refund of our money ././ BUT STILL WE HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING …
Plz do give your kind attention to this matter.. and send us our money back .. OR ELSE we will have no other choice EXCEPT filing a suit in the CONSUMER COURT
