My name is vinod kumar sahu . i have applied a flat in BPTP elite floor project . they have alloted me the flat . I am having the bank sanction latter for my home loan. but we did not get any demand latter from BPTP.suddenly we have got the letter from BPTP that they have changed our flat no. and send us the demand latter on 17 jan 2011. when we have asked the neccessary documents whcih are required from them to get the laon disbursement they are unable to provide.THey have mention the last payment date 02 feb 2011. after that BPTP will charge the interest rate of 18%pa and they are also not providing me the NOC and permission to mortgage beafore the 2 feb 2011.

Please help me out and suggest me that if BPTP will not provide me the complete document than how can i get the loan disbursement. while BPTP is forcing me to make the payment on time which is not possible for be before the laon disbursement.

Even after submitting all Docs to the builder my name was not included in the MAHADA list.instead my illegal tenant’s name was shown as he has submitted a fabricated rent bill..I have written to MAHADA ,Builder,Police and home ministry , still no reply. A month back I have sent a legal notice also still no reply.Pl advice.

Poor construction of Flat
Hi All,

This is just to share with you my bad experience with the “prestigious” builder – Supertech limited. My father have purchased the flat in one of their project – Palm Greens in Meerut UP. The flat was supposed to be delivered in 2009, but I am yet to hear from the builder. Moreover, the story don’t end here. I just happened to visit the site and I was appalled to see the poor construction material used and pathetic design.

Few things that I noticed:
1. Concrete was coming out from places. My dad is an engineer and he could tell easily that good cement material was not used or right amount of mix was not used.
2. The wardrobe provided has a weird design. Too much height as if somebody is going to use a stool in order to put clothes on rod.
3. The windows quality was like that of old government offices.
4. cabinet found above sink and space between cabinet and ceiling.

These are small nuisances but the disturbing part was that the builder hasn’t used good architecture, design, engineer and construction material.

It was thought to be a residential project for us ..now I just want to get rid of it.

Another Adarsh coming up in greater noida
This to inform another Adarsh like building by Army welfare Housing is coming up in graeter noida. As per my knowledge, the building is in informal sector,builder’s area near parshwanath building. this area is suppose to be for economical weaker section & should not go above 10 stories & building has been sanctioned for 27 stories by taking bribes by greater noida authority.they are showing another site’s remaining FAR here & such provision has been made for only this project. otherwise every builder will start using remaining FAR in such a way.

Manyresidents from parshwath also complained before constuction has been started but nothing has happened. I think evenif complaining before constuction nobady take action in our country & they raise the issues after contruction complete like adarsh building in mumbai. They know once construction completes nobody can do nothing.

I requst revalent authorities & concern persons to enquire & recheck sanction of this building.

Sahara Prime City Ltd, Sahara Grace Kochi

I had given a letter of intent in Nov 2007 and paid a deposit of Rs.2 lacs vide receipt No.116 to Sahara India Commercial Corporation Limited on 4th Jan 2008 and booked a 3 bedroom apartment B2 /54.in Sahara Grace Project at Kochi.
Within the next 3 months I wanted to withdraw from the project as I did not get good reports on Sahara’s reputation in the market. But the Sales persons insisted that I pay the minimum 15% of the project cost so that they will help me to get this transferred to another prospective buyer.
Hence I arranged another payment of Rs.4,98,900, vide receipt No.167 on 18th April to make it 15% of the project cost. Later they moved the operations to Sahara India Prime City Ltd.However my repeated pleas for refund of the Rs.7 lacs fell on deaf ears. They made me write many letters and advised me to plead as if it was my inability to pay the balance that I am asking for refund etc .
Finally after several efforts and requests they paid me back Rs.232967 and withheld Rs.465933 on the grounds that the applicant has to forego 10% of the project cost in case he withdraws. This was daylight robbery and I approached lawyers of the Consumer Forum who told me to make a complaint by end of Jan 2011 which was the time of the penultimate instalment for the project.
The Project is now not even 25% complete and Sahara has virtually cheated all its customers. They have not only illegally withheld my 4.66 lacs but also the interest for last 3+ years. I request the intervention of the forum to render justice in this case. When Sahara cannot keep up its promise of delivering the Projects on time, what right have they got to withhold the hard earned money of the individuals by quoting fine print of their rules.

Provident Housing Limited (Puravanlara Group)

Dear Sir,

In continuation to my complaint lodged with your forum on 21/01/2011, I would further like to bring to your notice that the above company referred herein is still engaged in all “corrupt & fraudulent” business activities thereby taking innocent customers for a ride.

Let me also further bring to your notice that even today if you browse Magicbricks.com, you will be shocked to notice their “misleading” (luring) advertisement with basic price tag as Rs.1800/- per Sq Ft (Pl. Note:- This basic price is Rs.100/- LESS than the basic price of what I had mentioned in my complaint (i.e. Rs.1900/-per Sq Ft on which space for negotiation was assured by the Provident management) for buying a 1180 Sq Ft flat in Provident Housing Ltd. – Provident Welworth City project.

This sort of publishing misleading advertisement with unethical business practices clearly confirms that the company is purely engaged in creating illegal financial gains thereby cheating their innocent customers.

Please take immediate action on Mr.Ravi Puravankara, CMD of Provident Housing Ltd. (Puravankara Group), Bangalore (Their website : www.puravankara.com www.providenthousing.com ), who is maintaining silence on my complaint & without any fear, he is still very much engaged in functioning his responsibilities with total unethical business practices towards cheating his innocent customer.

Requesting your immediate action probing on my complaint/grievance on Provident Housing Limited – Bangalore, thereby rendering justice to me.

meri complaint hai ki house no A-66 Nehru Vihar, Near Timar pur jo sundra Devi k naam par hai jo ki bulding tod kar dobara se banai gai hai. bulding dobara se banane par enohone main sadak par kabza kar leya hai sadak ab kafi tang ho gai hai aur Two unauthorized floor bhe banaye hai. MCD khuch karvai nahi kar rahi hai. Plz aap khuch action lejeye

Refund not received after 5 moths
Hello,
I have booked 100 Sq Yds.Plot in Arun Dev builders(Bhiwadi Projest) in April 2008. As they promised that they will give possession within 24 months and now two years have already passed.Now we dont want to purchase any flat from ADBL.We applied for the refund in the June2010 and they promised that we will receive refund amount within 3 months that has been already passed. I have my daughter’s function due in the month of Dec,2010 and we need money.
Kindly look into this matter as we need your help in this case.
We have visited their Regional Office so many times but every time they are giving us new excuses.

Refund not received after 5 moths
Hello,
I have booked flat in Arun Dev builders(Yamuna Apartments Sangam Vihar) in April 2008. As they promised that they will give possession within 18 months and in case of fail, money will be refunded with interest and now three years have already passed.Now we dont want to purchase any flat from ADBL.We applied for the refund in the October,2010 and they promised that we will receive refund amount within 3 months that has been already passed. I have been became ill in the m/o August 2010 and presently sufferring with paralytical attack and backbone pain and it need regular treatement. While I have already spended a lot of money in my treatemrnt. So, i am in need of money.
Kindly look into this matter as we need your help in this case.
We have visited their Regional Office (situated at Azadpur, where we booked for plot )so many times , but every time they are giving us new excuses. Now they have changed their office for any other place and also they are not replying the mail or call. I am feeling unable to run for it due to my physical unability (I am just like Handicapped). I do’nt know whom to contact and also need money for treatement.
