I have purchased a basket ball from Easyday store(Opulent Mall, Ghaziabad) to gift it to my relative there in Meerut. It was 10th Apr 2011 when i purchased it but next day I got a complaint that it’s defected and there is a small leakage in basket ball, due to that we have to fill the air daily. As the item was out of city so we got a little delay to return back it to Ghaziabad, when it came back i went there in Easyday store there in Opulent mall, Ghaziabad on 23rd Apr 2011, they refused to exchange it and told me that it’s the against the policy to exchange it after 7 days.
Please have a look of this matter. That item was worthless for me so i gave it to store manager. I have one issue that if a customer is purchasing that type of item they people are not interested to check it and when the customer complaint against the product they people tell us the policy, Since this type of product(football/basket ball) takes some time to check it if there is some minute defect, they people must provide some more days to exchange that type of product.

I tried calling him but every time he gives a new excuse, I am irritated and frustrated of calling him.

Bad Management
It is very safe not to work in intelenet global services. Very unprofessional and CHEAP company and management. All the talks that Mr. Kumar – CEO gives on the day of the induction is TRASH. The trainers are people who have just got of the boat. Bad english,nose diggers,unhygenic and above all super bad company management. The company is open playground for any cyber crime. It is pointless to waste time and money in a company like intelenet. Right from the CEO to the guard standing at the reception in inefficent and not capable. Foreign Investors please look for other options. The WORST organization i have ever worked till date. Hope our paths do not cross in the future.NEVER!!!!!

Dear Sir,
I have bought my Lap top at Jan 2011, in these three and half months, more than Past TWO and Half months I am facing the issues with My DELL laptop like “BATTERY IS NOT WITHSTAND FOR MORE THAN 30 TO 40 MINUTES AND PEN DRIVE PORTS ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND SYTEM GETTING OVERHEAT AND SYSTEM AUTOMATICALLY GETTING SWITCHED OFF AND SWITCHED ON AND SYSTEM HANGING”, etc.
I am facing these many issues, for that I have contacted dell service for past TWO and Half months. They are keep on changing my laptop parts only (Motherboard Second time and Battery Fourth time and some other parts that for I am facing the problems in Pen Drive port and overheat and automatically system getting switched off and switched on) but it not at all giving any improvement. Instead of that it keeps on increasing my problems one by one so I am fully dissatisfied and fed up with DELL LAPTOP. Actually I bought my laptop for my PROJECT USE but I am unable to use the laptop for what purpose I have bought (my studies purpose). My Laptop is sitting ideally in my home. I don’t know what to do. From Dell side I am not getting any problem resolved solution. They are doing experiment with my system and they are manipulating the things and keep on changing the parts only, if DELL keeps on doing like this how my laptop will be fit for long-term?? I am not buying for one year purpose I bought for my own personal use I have spent around Rs 39000 for this laptop but I fell very badly about the dell service.
Just check how many times I have made a call to customer service but there is no use in that. They are simply manipulating and sayings do this that etc. Every time they are giving assurance, if you will facing the same problem again we will replace the system but still now I did not get new system and my problems also not yet resolved instead of that the problem keeps on increasing one by one. Last time they have taken the new system request, after two days they said your request has rejected. I don’t know whats going on. I am fully dissatisfied with DELL. I believed dell is good that’s why I have bought it and I have recommend to my friends also but now it’s totally in the opposite side.
Please do the needful.

DTDC HAS FAILED TO DELIVER A PACKAGE SENT 1 WEEK AGO FROM MYSORE TO THANE . PACKAGE CODE B68079974. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON RESPONSIVE IN GOREGAON, BANGALORE AND THANE. A LOT OF MENTAL ANGUISH AND TRAUMA HAS BEEN CAUSED DUE TO THIS POOR PERFORMANCE OF DTDC. PLEASE REVOKE THEIR LICENSE AND BAN THIS COURIER SERVICE. Hi Team,
I have registered for Double Cylinder for my connection on November 16, 2010 and the registration number 1154. The cylinder was allotted by HP in january 2011. I have paid Rs. 1700.00 (full amount) in the month of january and the dealer said the cylinder will be issued in a week after preparing the registration document.
Since then I have been visiting the dealer every week, the dealer is postponing the issue of cylinder quoting various reasons like, the registration document is not yet prepared, the software package version has been changed and we are not well versed working on it, etc. I have even registered the complaints with HP Gas but they did not take any action. Please help me in getting my cylinder issued.

I had ordered my Personal Photographs online from Snapfish. This packet was not delivered to me i chased for this parcel to Bluedart for a moNth and at last after there investigation they said the parcel has been not traced and asked for Sorry, which doesnot help in anyways, if tommorow my photographs are misussed bluedart is Responsible for it.
The delivery Status shows 6th Dec , which was handed over to Shalini leaving in the next house. On enquiry she denied of receiving any parcel. It is the negligance of the delivery boy which may lead to serious consequences.
