Non Availability of spares
Hi, I am Mahadev Naik, residing at Adityanagar,Rajashree Cement,Malkhed Road Dist:Gulbarga.
I had purchased Mahindra Xylo D2 during Feb’2010 from M/s Sutaria Automobiles Hubli,thro’ their show room at Gulbarga. Now the show room has been closed down.
last week,vehicle during running, engine mounting bracket has broken.
On enquiry,M/s sutaria is demanding that the vehicle is to be taken to Hubli for repairs and replacement of engine mounting bracket. However Hubli being 400 kms away from Gulbarga,it is practically not possible to take the vehicle after temporary welding of the same.
In view of the above, you are requested to take up the matter with M/s Sutaria Automobiles Hubli and help me in this matter.

regular failure, poor response

Ihad purchased a tata motoras winger at jasper industries hyderabad on 3 sep 2010 , within a month of time I.e., on 15 oct 2010 I had amajor problem timing belt jumped and head blocked , valves damaged so after forcing them they are agreed to replace a new cylinder head , if we didn’t force them they are ready to make a changes in the same head ,atlast they delivered vehicle after one month i.e., on 15 nov 2010 , with in two days again a problem from timing belt and they replaced it , after that again with in a month i.e., on february 2011 problem from diesel injection i.e., from fip atlast they hav rectified it , now again vehicle is in a problem that problem cannot be identified by them they are searching for problem since 9 days , so what I want to say is we are suffering a lot as it is a commercial vehicle we are in sewereloss , so I request to please change my vehicle or engine completely to solve my problem as soon as possible approximately we are losin 40000 per month by paying emi, tax , driver payments and roaming nearly 40km daily from garage to home so plese help me who ever concerned , if not total winger image can be damaged, by seeing dis some of our tranport members were stopped buying it my vehicle bearing reg no: AP28TA5612 , my mobile num : 9866891060

I have purchased a Wagon-R Vxi from a local dealer on march 5 .2011, at that time they have made a no of commitments regarding there services , i hv given a temporary no for the vehicle and they said permanenet no is given to me after 1o-15 days , for that i have given charges to them, but still i am waiting for it, that was the first issue, second one is that i have meet with an accident on march 11 or 2011, for that i sent my vehicle to service center. they commited to deliever the vehicle after 10 days, after 10 days they again said to pick your vehicle after 10 days , after 10 days there is same commitment for me, WHAT A COMMITMENT. that is called SALE AFTER SERVICE, isn’t it , Now they have given me a demo car , DEMO CAR BUDDY , where there is written a DEMO CAR, Could u believe it ,I think company paid me to drive the demo vehicle as i used to drive the car thro out the city, so there is a publicity for yours company. How u can believe, i Give u a another example after giving me a demo car and the time interval between 11/3/11 to till date i have never ever received a single call from them about my vehicle, I know that it is nthing to write at here , so do something man for my vehicle,if u have another querry mail me at navneet.arora@yahoo.co.in, and i will tell you the name of dealer, as i know i still not given you the name of the dealer in order to just enquire that what will you do for it.

I have been in regular touch with the Service Manager, Nikhil Parulkar of HMIL, Mumbai on the above captioned subject. I thank Mr Nikhil for his co-operation for re-checking my Hyundai i10 with reference to the 1st Free Service of my Hyundai i10 – Automatic – ( MH 01 AR -7366), bought from MODI HYUNDAI.
Reference my earlier emails dated 19th Sept, 21st Sept, 1st Oct, 27th Oct, 28th Oct, 2010.
Reference to my earlier email dated 29 October, 2010, and the aforesaid subject, kindly note that on 27 October 2010, I had filled 17 litres of petrol and the reading was calibered to 0.0 Kms. The tank is empty as of 1st October 2010, and the Mileage is 79.5 Kms. This is FYI and prompt action.

The Average per litre works out to be approx. 4.65 kms. The speed does not go beyond 80 kmph, previously was 40-50kmph

IS ATTACHED WITH THIS EMAIL. WE ASKED THE SURVEYOR A FEW QUESTIONS
BUT HE DID NOT HAD THE TIME TO ANSWER ANY OF THEM.

THE TOTAL BILLED AMOUNT IS RS. 63217
TOTAL LABOR COST IS RS. 24000
TOTAL PARTS COST IS RS. 32303.20
TOTAL VAT IS RS. 4441.69

SIR SINCE THE ENTIRE LABOR IS ALLOWED THAT MAKES THE BALANCE TO RS. 39217 (63217-24000)

NOW SINCE MY CAR IS 3.5 YEARS OLD THE DEPRECIATION ON METAL PARTS SHOULD BE AROUND 20%
AND RUBBER/PLASTIC PARTS SHOULD FETCH DEPRECIATION AT AROUND 50%

LETS SAY FOR EXAMPLE TAKE THE AVERAGE OF 40% ON A HIGHER SIDE THAT IS
40% OF RS. 39217 THAT IS EQUAL TO RS. 15686.80 OR LETS SAY RS. 16000
THIS AMOUNT SHOULD BE PAYABLE BY ME AND REST BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY.

SIR, I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAS GOT AN APPROVAL
FOR RS. 34000 ONLY. THAT MEANS EVEN IF THE ENTIRE LABOR WAS ALLOWED THE DEPRECIATED
VALUE OF THE PARTS WAS RS. 22303.20 HOW CAN THIS BE POSSIBLE ? THAT MEANS
63217-24000 = 39217
39217 – (34000-24000) = 29217 >
HOW CAN THIS BE POSSIBLE ? THIS MEANS HE HAS NOT EVEN GIVEN US THE CLAIM FOR LABOR COST ALSO

SIR THERE IS SOMETHING SERIOUSLY WRONG WITH THE CALCULATION OF MY CASE.
I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO HIGHLIGHT THAT IN THE SURVEY HE HAS PASSED THE LOWER SCARTING
ON THE DRIVER SIDE WHICH WAS ALSO HIT BUT WHEN HE CAME FOR FINAL SETTLEMENT HE
COMPLETELY REFUSED TO ACCEPT IT. ALSO HE WAS INSISTING ME TO TAKE THE CAR FOR REPAIR
AT SOME OTHER ROAD SIDE WORKSHOP INSISTED OF THE HONDA DEALERSHIP.

NOW AS PER THE ABOVE CALCULATION RS. 47591 SHOULD BE BEARED BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY
AND BALANCE OF RS. 15626 OR SAY 16000 IS TO BE BEARED BY ME. THAT WAS ALMOST WHAT THE
HORIZON HONDA PEOPLE CALCULATED AND TOLD ME.

KINDLY TELL ME WHAT TO DO. I HAD FULL FAITH IN HDFC ERGO INSURANCE BUT ALL THAT FAITH
IS AT STAKE. THE COMPANY SALES PERSON HAD PROMISED A LOT WHEN I BOUGHT THE INSURANCE
BUT WHEN PUT ON ACTUAL TEST I FELT THAT I HAVE BEING CHEATED.
THERE ARE MY OTHER CARS WHOSE INSURANCES ARE WITH HDFC ERGO BUT I THINK I MADE BIG
MISTAKE ON OPTING THE SAME. I SHOULD HAVE OPTED UNITED INDIA OR NEW INDIA, AT LEAST THESE
COMPANIES MAKE THE PICTURE CLEAR EVEN AT THE TIME OF SALES & WHEN PUT TO TEST.

KINDLY HELP ME ON THIS AND RE ASSES THE SAME SO THAT JUSTICE IS DONE TO ME.

BE AWARE OF FAKE CONSUMER FORUMS

Dear all,

This is regarding some fake consumer forums existing in the internet. There are huge number of consumer forums blacklisted by cyber crime department. These are not authorized forums by any government across globe. Also they cant do anything regarding your complaints and cant solve your any problems related to any service.

Then you might have one question that if it is true then why these forums are created what benefit they are getting from this???

Now a days internet marketing of the products is booming. Search engines such as Google, Yahoo are masters in the internet advertisements.For placing the advertisement in website, website owner get paid by the related companies. This business is growing day by day and the turnover of the same is in multi billion dollars. To get advertisement from the ad agencies page ranking and the popularity of the website is the very important parameter, and these parameters are dependent on number of visitors and users of the website.

To make the website a” money making machine” huge number of unauthorized and fake discussion forums have been created across the world, and as complaints and discussions about product and service is the very close issues of day to day life of human being, these forums are taking advantage of this fact.

In these forums people can post anything about anybody and about any company. Most funny thing is that you will find some fake complaints about some company and the ad of the same company will be displayed in the same forum. These so called forum administrators have no control on the posting. They display the malicious and defamatory contents without verification from the companies about the issue. Not all companies’s management have time to put the comments below the queries and many of these companies’s management is not even aware that somebody is putting malicious contents about their companies in these forums.

End of the day because of these forums many companies’s business is indirectly getting affected and most of them are small and medium scale businesses.These forums are spreading negativeness about the service providing companies by doing their dis advertisement and allowing unverified defamatory contents to be displayed.

Coming to the point, the conclusion of the story is consumer is posting the complaints in the such a forums in which administrator of the forum himself doesn’t have any control regarding the contents ( means if you put defamatory contents about that forum itself it will accept). Consumer having problems regarding the service of any company should approach company management first and should give the application regarding the problem solving. If that also doesn’t worked out consumer can approach Government consumer court or file an FIR in police station.

In 98.7% of the cases about the complaints against the service it is observed that problem gets resolved immediately after reaching company management. And for other complicated or fraud related cases, government of every country has its own consumer court in every city and district.

Friends, No machine in this world is 100% efficient, it implies to every human being, every service and every organization. But it doesn’t means that you should defame that person, service provider or an organization. It will indirectly affect the business of the company and in turns every person including the consumer get affected by it. Our constitution has given right to everybody regarding speech but this doesn’t means that you start taking revenge by destroying image and goodwill of the company which is the port built by efforts and hard work of honest people.

Yes, you have right to talk and spread awareness about the fraud people and organisations but only after verification and getting perfect legal proofs against it.Don’t start blaming anybody or any company just because one wrong, defamatory and baseless comment came in some unauthorized forum.

Approaching right person, right organisation is the only way of solving the problem, Please Please don’t support the illegal forums to spread their illegal business.

i am local person living in nearby pushkar there is one petrol pump on the nagour road (1/2/km.m. from pushkar ) i would like to say that there is a mixing in diesel (about 45% carocine ) so many times the officers came from jaipur head office he tuke more than 5 to 06 laks rs. commission from the petrol pump .
please resarch & consider about our complaint by delhi special team & no information about your action to anybody.kindely send a team with in a weak we will appriciat & awaiting for your response.

Dear Sir, I had bought an Indica Vista Aura Car from Metro Motors in October 2008 since than I am facing lot of problems metro motors is aware from all of my ploblems they are trying but in some areas they are saying we are helpless so I am complaning to you the day one i bought this car i became the regular visitor of metro motors because strips on the roof never become settelled, Km. reading meter never become fixed i.e. it is always shaking, always vibrating diggi shokers naver lift it up, seat belts naver pulling it back, rare side door handel is not proper, i offenly go to metro motors for diggi rusting repair, Ac of car is not properly working they told me that it need computeriesd seting but yet not done with this type of complaints i was baring with them but now it is too much my left side front door has got rusted and there is very big whole and front shoker covering under the bonet is also getting rust i have complaint in metro motors but not geting satisfactory answer I had taken extened warrnty from you more over it is a top model in its segment they are saying take claim from insurance i can take claim from insurance but why should i take claim i have two other cars and having cars from last more than 20 years and i have never face these kinds of problems i have invested 5,00,000/- on this car and idon”t want to drain my hard earned money so please help as early as possible

Respected Sir/Madam,

My life is gone hell dealing with you people, the people in your company are Black Marketers and Cheaters, I did booked a Polo Diesel Trendline from East Delhi, Atrica Automobiles, I was dealing with the Manager and a Salesman Named Pankaj Sati.

I paid the booking amount which is Rs 50,000 on the 9th of November, they then called me up 27th of November and said that you can come along with the balance payment, i had a small fight with the bankers and i asked them to arrange the DD as soon as possible, they arranged the Balance payment for me , and i went to this showroom for delivery, they took the Demand Draft and now asking me to wait for another 7 Days, as the car is not available.

I also went to the showroom on the 26th and on that day Mr Pankaj Sati showed me Diesel Trendline and said look this is your car and it is ready, now they are faking me as the payment is also ready, and arguing with me, the manager today, when i went to the showroom said that this is a new showroom that is why there was a mistake.

Now “I” Rahul Bajaj please request you Good people to help me, this is about your company’s reputation and clients satisfaction, they are black marketing your cars and lying to people, i was really upset as i went today with my father to collect the delivery of the car, and they were very rude, and asked me to cancel the booking with Volkswagen or wait for 7 days,

Is it Good for this kind of a reputed company?
Are all the people here are cheaters?
Are you not responsible for your clients?

This was the first and last experience with Volkwagen Polo.

I will never purchase car from Volkswagen and i will also not suggest anyone to do the same mistake as i did. There are many companies in the market and all have the same set of cars, some are really very good, i wanted to purchase Nissan or Skoda but my father said that go for Polo, as he knows the quality from the last 40 years, the car this can be…

But today we were very upset and every effort was in vain, as nobody wants to here and apologize.

Kindly treat this urgent or make there a prepaid booth for autos.
