BEWARE OF TVS SERVICE – My Daughter Met with an accident
The callous nature of the service provided by TVS could have been fatal. We have given my daughter’s TVS Scooty Pep for service at the Mount Road service centre and got the “all rectified” vehicle on 12-04-2011. She did not use the vehicle as the next 2 days were declared holidays (13th and 14th). Friday 15-04-2011 she was driving to her office – where she was an intern, when the handle-bar or the fork just came off in a the busy GN Chetty Road. She was badly hurt. By God’s grace she escaped without a fracture. But she is bruised all over. When we took this matter to TVS there was absolutely no response or regrets. They behaviour signified as if our anxiety was no big deal and they behaved “magnanimously” for the next service free to fix the vehicle.
a. Is this the way a company like TVS does service
b. Is this the way they handle such issues
Its disgusting !!!!

FAULTY PULSAR 135CC DELIVERED
Dear Mr. Rajesh Bharonda
As the vehicle (Reg No. KA03HG3198 Pulsar 135) was taken to your service center by your mechanic from my house after i report the error in starting trouble. The same vehicle was given to your service center for the same repair/ complaint and the vehicle was kept in your service center for more than 5 days and tested by your best mechanics and delivered to me. each time i take a delivery it gives the same trouble. ( Does not start automatically / kick start will not function). I am convinced that you do not have trained mechanics who can identify what is wrong with the bike. I am using Bajaj vehicles since past 25 years. This time With Pulsar 135cc Bajaj has given me a faulty vehicle which has starting problem since the day one. i had mentioned in each service checkup. If you want to proof that the model had faulty electrical electrical circuits and the company had recalled as many as 50 bykes in Indonesia. proof is available in internet.
I do not need the bike in any repair state. I have lost the trust in your mechanics and the promises they gave all these days. Khivraj diamond indianagar branch has no such mechanic who can identify the problem and rectify it. All these days you are taking the customer for a ride…. I do not accept any thing less then a replacement of NEW BIKE from Bajaj. By force if you try giving / delivering the bike to me. I am going to destroy my bike/ which is my property in a public place giving enough reasons of dissatisfaction of service from bajaj diamond.
What you spoke when i was in your showroom and what have to written in this mail does not match. I do not need my bike in repaired state. Same promise of nothing will happen was given to me a month ago when i took the bike delivery from your showroom and the bike failed to start in a critical time when my father was serious. I lost my father on 8th april 2011. The bike was standing in front of my house like a dead rock. Baja does not need anything more than this negative sign of people pushing the bike and failed to start the bike everyday on the streets of Bangalore.

1. Here the vehicles are not available readily one has to book the scooter paying full amount and no interest is payable on it.
2 we are not able to know what are the standard fittings available with the vehicles even the foot rest, Number plates are charged extra in the name of accessories what is the reason Honda is not adding these things with the price of scooters? IN CASE IT IS NOT SUPPLIED WITH THE SCOOTERS WHY THE ITEMS NOT PROVIDED AS STANDARD ACCESSORIES IS NOT MENTIONED IN THE BOOKLET?

I FROM PONDICHERRY MY NAME IS GOPINATH………………..I bought my Apache RTR 160 FI ES two wheeler vehicle on2008 which has covered only 2 years from the date of purchase. I have faced lot problems in that bike. Per litter it only giving 35 kilometers no pickups and silencer is sparking and busting. So went the same show room where I bought bike for exchange. They were asking only for Rs 20000/ for two years more than 70% less asking for bike. I don’t know why this much it decreased only in your company bike. I got Bajaj and hero Honda bike used before that I soled that maxim 30% per less for after 3 years. When we are taking the new bike on that time only they were talking nice and kindly. If a customer says any complots they told that’s failed model bike why you took that. Now it won’t go for exchange if they are taking means asking for 75% deceased from the MRP. Please do needful for exchange for my bike. I was so upset from

Sir,
I m very much disappinted with the services of MICROMAX MOBILE, I have many times of problems in last 1 month, I bought micromax mc21 dated 15-06-2010 through Sai Tel dealer in paschim vihar, vide IMEI No. A100000D548CCF and Battery No. S/N DYD09081772045 but last one month his not be showing any display, His battery back up is not good, I am very disappointed by the quality product. Please short out my problem early to earlies as possible.

I had purchased the said Bike on 24/3/2010 of Hero Honda PLEASURE.
Say within 3 months the battery started giving problem and the bike refused to start, ever now an them it needed to be kicked.
So the service cum sales told me that I have to get the battery from the battery delers.
So with out any option I had to go the the said delers (by name R.K. Battries, at Mapusa, Bardez – Goa)
first they told me its because u d’t drive the bie for more then 20 -25 kms.
then they told me to approch battery delear,
I gave they battry on 15th Jan 2011,
Now (on 21st Jan 2011) I got the battery changed but they charged me 50/- Rs. as their service charges and they DID NOT give me warrenty card for the new battery and told me that I have only 2 mts or so left.
please let me now is it that when I get a battery from a warrenty then I don’t get (a new) warrenty for the new battery.
and is it not the duty of the company to provide me the battery since the battery had been delivered from their company only.

we bought d vehicle 10 months before,within this short period the disc pad and disc plates were replaced due to worst performance.And they hav charged for those spares(Rs 1800).we dint expect this fault in this short period and also the tyres are very worse hence we dont hav tat much grip..kindly reply for our complaint.we need to know the reason.

My vehicle Honda ACTIVA was damaged in AN accident ONE AND A HALF MONTHS AGO.
SOME OF ITS PARTS WERE DAMAGED. I HAD GIVEN MY vehicle to your show room to replace the damaged PARTS.
GANPATI HONDA HAD TAKEN THE CLAIM FROM ICICI LOMBARD AND WE HAVE ALSO PAID THE REQUISITE AMOUNT DUE BUT ONLY PARTS WORTH RS.2000 HAVE BEEN REPLACED AND WORTH RS. 4000 ARE PENDING TO BE REPLACED.
The show room members says that PARTS are not available AND ALSO DIDN’T GIVE SUFFICIENT REPLY ABOUT THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PARTS.
“THEY SAY THAT IT MIGHT TAKE 4 TO 5 DAYS OR EVEN WEEKS”.
I AM suffering BECAUSE OF your bad services AND IT IS ALSO HAMPERING MY WORK AS MY ACTIVA IS NOT EVEN IN DRIVING CONDITION.
NOW I THINK THAT I HAD MADE A BIG MISTAKE BY PURCHASING THE ACTIVA.
I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO GET ITS PARTS CHANGED IMMIDIATELY OR ELSE I WOULD HAVE TO KNOCK THE DOOR OF CONSUMER COURT.
