I Booked my indane gas through the bookurindane site on 30/03/2011.I Received confirmation by email as written below.

Now when we contacted our distributor M/S Pal enterprises Bauria,howrah.they are unknown of anybooking.and telling for new booking.My lpg gas is empty what to do in this situation .Please help me out.

hello sir,
the bharat gas agency near Tarawala pull, Amritsar ,a Punjab blacks 70% don’t afraid.he says this is govt no body can stop him because many big man will support him because he gives them 4 cylinders on support by demand.without booking and others waits more than 4 hours at that place.there is no home supply for villages.only for city.
Have any example like this. eg .if he had 80 cylinders then he will give to people only 30 cylinders.other will go home and after month booking he will give cylinder.

please solve this if u can

I filled CNG in my car on 05/04/2011 from kandiwali (e), the meter showed Rs.107 and they demanded for Rs.110. However i did not pay extra.
On next day i purposely filled CNG from the same outlet and they demanded Rs 2 extra, once again i did not pay. But now one of the employee started talking rubbish with me.
They take Rs 2 to 5 extra from most of the cars and in that way their daily illegal income becomes Rs.500 assuming they fill minimum of 100 cars everyday.
So it ios my sincere request to you that take the require action as soon as possible.

Sub: Complaint Against Factory in Residential Area

Sir ,
It is a matter of deep concern / importance that some illegal factories that are working in residential areas are polluting these places and are becoming main cause of making it unfavourable for human being to live in an environment of peice. What these factories are doing here in residential areas while according to the laws no body has the right to violet the lawas by opening illegal factories in the residential areas and why no action is being taken on people who are taking initiative of this violence.

Now coming to the point, I am a resident of Guru Nanak Nagar (Major Bhupinder singh Nagar ) Near Sahib Pura , New Delhi- 18 . I am not mentioning my name and House no. here as I want to keep my details confidential because I am a resident of this area and I may have quarrel with the concerned people if I expose my name here. Now coming to the problem, in this residential area one factory factory under the name of BALAJI CONFECTIONARY WORKS in street No.11 , Guru Nank nagar (Near sahib Pura ) are working at WZ 102 freely operated by Mr. Sanjay Kumar & Mr. Kishore Kumar .They have changed their product name after some time . They Makes food things like toffees / Baddams etc. for childrens without any fooding license or factory license from any authority & supply all retail shops which is also harmfull for childrens .This factories are hampering the piece and environment of the place through their noise & air pollution . People are sick of these factories as the workers in these factories work till 12:00 Midnight from 6 AM and some time the whole night. As the factory are situated in between the houses of common people, people near by are not able to take rest /sleep at their home for whole day . Working their hand machines make a huge noise that can be heard in all the nearest houses in the street specially at night & early morning when working people reach home for some rest and relax and to have a sound sleep it is unbearable. Not only this but the people working in these factories are very rude and mis conducting. The owners of the factory live apart in silence and other people suffer because of them. while working during the day and night these workers listen to FM Radio , TV and Tape Recorders at a very high volume which makes it even more difficult for people living around to sleep in piece. People living around can not expect moments of piece. So we the people can not tollerate and bear the working of these illegal factories in this residential area any more.
We have already filed complaint with MCD H.O. on dated 24.03.2010 at 4.30 p.m. through complaint no. 16350 . The above complaint is transfer by MCD H.O. to your West Zone office through refrence no. 5342
I have also filed a Complaint in your office dt. 31.03.2010 , but no action taken by your office till date .
All we common people can do is to request you to understand our problem by putting yourself on that place and take an immediate / fast action against such unauthorised factories in our area that are making this place like hell
This is a collective complaint by us the victims of these factories. Hoping to have a quick and strict action in this regard soon.

i am the customer of gargatte bharat gas agencies located at hubli. i have booked my cylinder No 30082 on 03/01/2011. but still as on date i have not received the same. i have even called the agency there response is worst. there are not able to speak on telephone. even our personal calls are of no use. i also want to know the procedure of booking.if you do not respond i will be forced to complain at the higher level. kindly do the needful.

I have booked re-fill on 15th January’11 through Tomo Gas and today 27th till date gas has not supplied. Consumer no. 29709 and Gas service station is POPULAR CHEMIST [GAS SERVICE],SUNDER NAGAR,,NEW DELHI. I request you to kindly look into it and do the needful to get the re-fill as soon as possible.

Dear sir,

I am registered with M/s Sridhar Gas Service, Chennai and my Consumer Number is 37746. I have made a booking for refil of my gas cylinder on 14.12.10 and till today i am yet to get my cylinder. I am unable to contact the Agency as both phones are with same comment ” ALL LINES ARE BUSY KINDLY TRY AFTER SOME TIME’ this message runs from 9 to 5 pm and consumers are not able to contact the agency at all.

If at all we are able to contact the agency we are told that the cylinder is with the delivery boy this is happening for the past several months and I have even made a complaint to Bombay. What have you done. If the agency is not able to cope with so many consumers that why are’t you not diverting existing consumers to other agencies.

Please do some thing as my second cyliner is about to get exhausted

i m a consumer of BHARAT GAS with SHAHEED SANJEEV GAS SERVICE LADWA ROAD PIPLI, KURUKSHTRA & i had to go personally for gas booking & for the delivery of gas despite home delivery facility as the phone reciver either put off or not responding or even if picked on the staff giving it to each other & when contacted personally they befooled me thrice by giving time of next day which never came with irresponsible rude behaviour & i still haven’t got the delivery.

I had booked a cylinder(refill) vide booking number 333 dt 7th jan,11 with M/s Dwaraka Indane service.Till this moment it has not been delivered even after 15 days.The similar thing happened last time when I booked against no7122 dt 19.9.10.I got the delivery after 10 days of booking.The dealer is doing some mischief and their boys are offering cylinders at premium in the open market.Matter need to be investigated.

I am your LPG consumer no 14525 Lal singh ,06 model town Street thums up,G.T.road Chheharta Amritsar (PB)
Presently I am drawing the LPG gas from your Indane Neelam Gas Agency Chheharta Amritsar.
I booked the LPG regd no 568 as on 04-01-2011.They had given me time of 6 days for delivery.After 07 days communicate to agency they are telling LPG gas truck is not reaching.11 to 13 Jan 2011 they are not attending to me on Ph no 0183-5020181,0183-2254766. LPG not deliver upto 18 Jan 2011.After that I requested to MR.B.K.SHARMA(MGR) on 19,20and21 jan 2011.He is unable delivery the gas cylinder of LPG.On 21 Jan Two time I requested to MR B K SHARMA for gas delivery. when the gas was not reached upto 1600 hr on dated 21-01-2011.I communicate to booking office of Agency that gas is not delivered.Madam (Booking) said,your gas issued to chheharta at urgent matter that is more urgent for us.

Before this one gas cylinder issue to me with water of weight 7.400kgs

Above said agency delivery man not heaving measuring machine to weight the gas cylinder from last two years.

For my above said problem to solve I communicate to dealer Mr SUDHIR SHARMA mobile no 9878810102 and MR B K SHARMA mobile no 9878804071 both number was switched off at 1600 hr on 21-01-2011.

Each and every gas delivery to us as late one week after commited the time.

This agency is not delivering the LPG gas cylinder before 15 days in winter and summer.

You are requested to kindly take the immediately and suitable action to the dealership of INDANE NEELAM GAS AGENCY IN AMRITSAR.

Indane distributor Divya Gas agency Near over bridge Karicode Kollam kerala 691005 has contact nos 04742711734 and 04742711355 on which i am tiring to contact for reporting gas leak at my domestically used cylinder. No response and also they find it silly to respond for complaints as if they are not part of it.
