I have purchased a Wagon-R Vxi from a local dealer on march 5 .2011, at that time they have made a no of commitments regarding there services , i hv given a temporary no for the vehicle and they said permanenet no is given to me after 1o-15 days , for that i have given charges to them, but still i am waiting for it, that was the first issue, second one is that i have meet with an accident on march 11 or 2011, for that i sent my vehicle to service center. they commited to deliever the vehicle after 10 days, after 10 days they again said to pick your vehicle after 10 days , after 10 days there is same commitment for me, WHAT A COMMITMENT. that is called SALE AFTER SERVICE, isn’t it , Now they have given me a demo car , DEMO CAR BUDDY , where there is written a DEMO CAR, Could u believe it ,I think company paid me to drive the demo vehicle as i used to drive the car thro out the city, so there is a publicity for yours company. How u can believe, i Give u a another example after giving me a demo car and the time interval between 11/3/11 to till date i have never ever received a single call from them about my vehicle, I know that it is nthing to write at here , so do something man for my vehicle,if u have another querry mail me at navneet.arora@yahoo.co.in, and i will tell you the name of dealer, as i know i still not given you the name of the dealer in order to just enquire that what will you do for it.

I am sunit chaudhuri ex-ibmer. I left IBM India after working there for 4.1 yrs due to health issue and some internal issues,which i cankt share as that will against data protection law of IBM policies. I shd respect that .
Offlate the above mentioned person is harrasing me for an outstanding amt of Rs.64000 as it showing as outstanding amt against my amex card issued by IBM for using it to book the car.they are a vendor for car.
My amex card was hacked and aftr reporting it AMEX it was blockedf.
I hav fwded the message to my friend who is in police and other one lawyer.
Nowq ths people are harassing me and even coming to resident harrasing me day and night.
Pls look into this asap and look into the mail given below for your references fwd ths mail to the concern cyber crime office anbd rescue me

Auto driver

Last night we had month end so we had to leave office after midnight. We had to go to Nakhundi near Rly under passs (one stop before Marathahalli)from Indiranagar BDA complex and we had explained in detail in every possible way to convince the auto driver as where he needs to drop us. He agreed with us and said that he would charge 250 Rs. Although the amount was exhorbitantly high for a distance of 9KMs we did not bargain since it was night. But after coming to Bhagini Restaurant at Nakhundi, he droped us and refused to go further to Marathalli on the pretext that Marathahalli is a dangerous place. We argued a lot but he refused to go further and thretaened us that we would have to face dire consequence in case we argue further. Since I do not know Kanada and my friend being from Kerala not comfortable with kanada as well the auto driver took undue advantage and literally snacthed money and went off. Fortunately I have noted his auto registration No as KA03B4AC222. We neeed exemplary punishment of the driver as he has set an example as how bad auto drivers are in Bangalore

Mega Cab

I was going to Kashmir for my holidays this day last month (30th May). My flight was at 1145 in the morning and on 29th night, I booked Mega cab with a reporting time of 930 AM since it takes almost 45 mins from Noida to IGI airport.

Next day, I got the call from the cab driver at 915 AM asking for the location. He said he will reach my place in half an hour. He said that he was available since 8 AM in the morning but he was not given any assignment till them and at 915 he got my pickup.

Then after sometime, I got a call from the driver saying that he will take another half an hour since there is a huge traffic jam. When I tried calling Mega cab, I could never reach to customer care.

Then I decided to take some other cab and I managed to take a cab. By then it was 1030 and when I reached airport it was 1130 and the boarding was closed.

At 1045 I got a call from the mega cab driver saying that he has reached my place.

When I called Mega Cab, one of the call center agent said that, someone will callback but till date I have not received any call from them.

Due to this, I have lost more than 15 thousand.

I want file a law suite against them. Can anyone tell me what should I do in this case please.

Dear Sir,

I have used my SBI debit card to withdraw
RS.10,000 (Rupees ten thousand only) in Tamilnad
mercantile Bank (Sipcot Branch). While system was
generating to issue money it failed and my ATM card is
locked with the Band. But I have received my amount of
Rs. 10,000 but i have not received my SBI ATM card till now. This happened on 09.05.2010. When i have
approached TMB bank They told me that they destroyed
the card and advised me to approach SBI Beach Road branch. My Account is in that branch. When I approached concerned manager (Enquiry) he told me to
pay Rs.200(Rupees Two Hundred Only) for a fresh ATM
card. My Question is Why should I pay Rs.200 for their
machine fault. MY ACCOUNT NO : Savings Bank Account
10852800173. I request you to get an ATM card without
any cost.

Booking Group Ltd (http://www.economybookings.com/, http://www.ealquilerdevehiculos.es/5/, http://www.elocationdevehicules.fr/2/, http://www.iautonoleggio.it/3/, http://www.eavtoprokat.ru/) is a guarantee of a spoiled vacation!
If you’re going on vacation and plan to rent a car, I advise you not to contact the company Booking Group Ltd. I have been asking them for 6 months to return the money for a car that I have not used because of their slovenliness.
In the summer 2010 I traveled to Italy with my family. I had booked a car at the site www.eavtoprokat.ru beforehand. According to the order car cost about 550 Euros for two weeks. When we arrived, the booked car was not available. Manager found a car after 30 minutes of warm language. OK. After we started going through formalities, it turned out, it cost around 990 Euros. My arguments about the price in the contract did not help. And it was not surprising, because all prices were on the same level or even more in the Rome airport. So I had to pay another unplanned 500 Euros. OK. Took it, got the keys. At the parking lot it turned out that this was a car “of the same class”, but it was smaller in capacity. My baggage didn’t fit it. I returned the key, applied to another car rental company, where I again paid full amount for a new car (990 Euros) and left the airport. All of this took me about 5 hours (I have a year-old child, and it was a terrible heat at the airport). The evening came, and in the end I hadn’t been able to reach Riccione, as I planned. So I had to stop in another town hotel.
To sum up:
1. I was not given the car, which I ordered.
2. For the money they took, I was not given any car at all.
3. I overpaid about 1500 Euros in the first day of my vacation (this sum on my credit card was blocked for 40 days). Besides this they booked 500 Euros as a reserve. And we spent some money for hotel.
4. Almost the whole day I spent trying to solve the problems with the car.
5. After 6 months correspondence I haven’t been given the money for car that I haven’t used at all. Booking Group Ltd argues that I rejected it myself! In fact I have been robbed of 550 Euros!

In the phone call it sounded like: “We really sympathize with you, but we cannot help you …”

There are still many things to tell about the Booking Group Ltd service. (For example, I was impressed with the highest intellectual abilities of their employees after 6 month correspondence). But I’m not going to write а book instead of review.
The key point is that company Booking Group Ltd isn’t accurate and competent. I advise you never to use its services.
Also I want to add that this comment is not a black PR, I’m not employee of any car rental company. It is a real situation.
