I had worst experience with Kailas giri motor driving school located at Sus Road Pune..
Their training was not adequate.They gave lesser number of hours. And above all they were “rude” the puneri dukandaar style.
Theory: When you join the driving course you are required to give a photo and you get a driving progress card.
You can take it home.
Ideally it is yours for reference and not for the driving schools to keep.
UNLAWFUL AND BAD thing:
1.> They keep all students training card with them and do not give the students. (Its unfair trade practise)
2.> They ask you to sign in a register for 15 hours, i, e for more number of hours than you have driven. Sayign that it is mere formality.
It is later that I realized why they “FOOL” people who have no time. Details below
WHAT WRONG THEY DID AGAINST ME :
What Kailas giri did unlawfully against me was
1. Did not give me my driving card even though I insisted, saying it was against their policy.
2. Just before the driving exam they asked me to sign of n number of documents ( one of them indicating that i had driven for 15 hours ). When I protested they said that if I do nto sign I will be at loss as
a.> they cannot commit on next day for driving test as this is as per traffic police law that if you attend driving school within 30 days you should attend the drivign school test and before that all documents should be signed irrespectively.
b.> they will not refund my money that they have to pay RTO
NOTE: Till such time my 2.5 hours worth trianing was pending . They said that they will give me later after the test.This amounted to Rs 500 .
Taking point a.> into account I gave test ( formality ) as the driver himself controlled the clutch.
Later, afte rthe test they turned their back.
They did “puneri dukandar” style or “Delhi dukaandaar” style.
Maine terko yeda banaya… terese paisa liye.. tu kyon mere yaha pe ayaa… kaun tu .. mar jaake .
They also took advantage of the fact that I did not have any copy of the driving progress card.
They desroyed it.
WHAT I did : I went to PUNE RTO @ Sangam bridge and filed a complaint.
At the outset they said that I am in a losing spot as I had signed on docs .
Later I realized that they had done this to many people and there were similar complaints against the school. In short “ullo banaya”.
Not only that there were complaints against the school for ill tratement to students, especially ladies.
The inspector said that
IMPORTANT thing: ALL DRIVING SCHOOL are mandated min 10 hour lessons.
MOST driving schools practically dont offer even 8 hours in totality.
So they are clear violators.
But we cant do anything since we dont have proof not connections.
WHAT HAPPENED : After 2 weeks I got a response in unclear marathi docs that they do not find anything wrong with Kaila giri.
What I think : Sab mile hua hai. All these driving schools can only survinve if they have a political hand and police hand in RTO.
WHAT I want to do 
ayback. Shut down the business.
Such dukaandaars should be punished very heavily.
HOW : I wish to know who all have been affected by such malaise. Come together and possibly sue in consumer court with all proof.
I am sure I can get a list of all people who have filed complaints in the RTO . I can begin from their…

TRISHUL MORTOR DRIVING SCHOOL
FRAUD;
It will be a total waste of money to join this driving school.
They do not teach properly.
Once they get the money they wont pay attention to you at all… just in the hury of completing the batches..
This school must be closed down…its all fraud

Elite Driving School is a worse driving school i hav ever seen ..on the very first day i have givrn full amount and after 3-4 classes the driver did not come and when i asked him to refund my money he just refuse to do so..

Hi,
I had enrolled to take training in the so called Driving School in the last week of June 2009 for a morning batch at 7.30am to 8.30am. I had made a initial payment of 500Rs as Adavance and the total fees for the course was 2000Rs for 20 classes.
On 01-Jul-09, I went at sharp 7.25am and waited outside their office. The driver never came. Waited for 15 mins and calls the owner (some lady). She gave an excuse that Driver is not well. Asked me to come next day.
On 02-Jul-09, I went at 7.25am and again same thing. The lady told me that Driver got stuck in the traffic and he will be late. Asked me to come next day.
On 03-Jul-09, I went at 7.25am and to my disbelief again the same thing. This time the vehicle itself is broken.
Later, I called her up to say that I want my money back and I dont want to take anymore classes here. She said I will try to arrange for some other suitable time and different driver.By that time I was frustrated enough to say no. Now the real horror starts. She nicely said, I will return back the money. After that I had called her up more than hundred times. Initiallly she used to pick up the call and say that you come after few days. If you call after few days, she will say I am not available, you come after few days. It went on. I had been to her office so many times and requested. But nothing happened.Later she stopped taking the calls completely.
Few weeks back, I somehow got the number of the promoter of that Driving School named Kashi and called him up. He said nicely that I will return the money. After some 2-3 times interaction, he said I am out of town and I will return after 15-Jan-10. From 15-Jan-10 onwards he stopped taking my calls and on a single instance on 23-Jan-10, the same lady picked up the call on Kashi’s phone and disconnected the call when she heard my name.
Now the point is even if its small amount, I was not able to tolerate the cheating behaviour of the concerned person and I want to raise my voice.
Please let me know the process to file a complaint.
Also more than that, does it make sense to file complaint in India like this?
I have got the original bill (500Rs payment) only with me

I had Joined REDDY & REDDY motor driving school for learning four wheeler driving, a 30 day session sparing an hour or so daily. They charged me Rs.3000 for driving lessons( Incl of obtaining driving licence. They collected the amount on first day and have not given me receipt also. Now the driver is so irregular and doesnt teach us properly. I have to learn driving daily within 6 kms. This to they do not make me drive in full. Driver calls up and comes at any time he wishes to come. There is no discpline, sincerety and customer service. PEOPLE WHO ARE WILLING TO JOIN REDDY & REDDY DRIVING SCHOOL AT HUDA COMPLEX, TARNAKA, SECUNDERABAD, ANDHRA PRADESH, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THEIR WORST SERVICES PROVIDED.

I had enrolled my wife for driving lessons with Ganraj Driving School Pune, Koregoan Park. The Instructor Mr. Sandip talked quite politely and showed confidence in his training capabilities, I inspected his vehicle, he had a new Maruti Wagon R with power steering, further to which we enrolled for driving class and did a mistake of paying him the complete tuition Fees in advance. Problems started on day one itself, he had taken my wife to RTO office for temporary license application, and he left her at the RTO office alone and disappeared from there without saying anything, my wife was confused and left from there without completing all the formalities. I guess he had some setup with the RTO officer and then he managed to get the temp driving license later on.
After 7-10 sessions of driving lessons his car braked down and there was no driving class for next 3 weeks, I showed my patience and waited for his car to be repaired (this was the least I could have done after paying the entire fees in advance), he kept on making excuses ever time I called him up and said his car would be ready next 2 days. After 3 weeks he has managed some old Alto car for training which was without power steering and not in the best of running condition. My wife was not comfortable with driving this old car as there was a lot of judgment difference because lack of power steering and there is some stiffness in the gear shift. We insisted on completing the getting trained on Wagon R.
Now it’s been almost 2 months and I have started asking for a refund as his Wagon R car is not expected any time soon and I am tired of his excuses and his continuous arrogance over the phone. He is forcing us to complete the training on old car itself, and he refuses to return the money and claims that as a policy under no circumstances he refunds the money. However on his driving school website it is clearly mentioned: – “Unconditional Money Back Guaranty”. http://www.drivingschoolpune.com/courses.html
I want to raise an Alarm to these ill practices and he should not be able to dupe anyone else further. I want to spread a work be careful with this guy. Request the Consumer forum department to assist me in getting my concerns resolved.

If you are considering a driving school near Aundh, please don’t consider Shiv krupa motor driving school, which is near Aundh IT park…the pair of brothers, Rajesh & Sachin that run the “school” are a pair of goons…they cheated me by taking full fees for the course but only completed half of the classes…also, they don’t have any teaching skills…they are extremely arrogant…you will be much better off avoiding these people…
