I have purchased a Wagon-R Vxi from a local dealer on march 5 .2011, at that time they have made a no of commitments regarding there services , i hv given a temporary no for the vehicle and they said permanenet no is given to me after 1o-15 days , for that i have given charges to them, but still i am waiting for it, that was the first issue, second one is that i have meet with an accident on march 11 or 2011, for that i sent my vehicle to service center. they commited to deliever the vehicle after 10 days, after 10 days they again said to pick your vehicle after 10 days , after 10 days there is same commitment for me, WHAT A COMMITMENT. that is called SALE AFTER SERVICE, isn’t it , Now they have given me a demo car , DEMO CAR BUDDY , where there is written a DEMO CAR, Could u believe it ,I think company paid me to drive the demo vehicle as i used to drive the car thro out the city, so there is a publicity for yours company. How u can believe, i Give u a another example after giving me a demo car and the time interval between 11/3/11 to till date i have never ever received a single call from them about my vehicle, I know that it is nthing to write at here , so do something man for my vehicle,if u have another querry mail me at navneet.arora@yahoo.co.in, and i will tell you the name of dealer, as i know i still not given you the name of the dealer in order to just enquire that what will you do for it.

Sir i have purchased a car with the deal of exchange bonus dealer says the amount of exchange bonus will come from company with in 2 to 3 month and now company &dealer both are not helping me in this lingering the matter by seying this bring the old RC which i have sold after purchesing a new car &new RC of old car which i have submitted to the company now they are making problem to me for getting my exchange bonus.Plz help me in this.

I purchased above vehicle on 31-10-2010 from AAA Vehicleades,Naraina, New delhi.Barely the car keys were handed over to me even without key chain which is not as per co’s repo.A rust is appearing beneath the silver show above rear no plate.
An auto card no 65001204547 was taken on 31-10-10 which has not been activated till today inspite of several phone calls to dealer as well as auto card deptt.
Being an oldest customer of the Maruti this experience is harrowing and not acceptable in any manner.
May the company value its true and loyal customers.

swift dezire Complaints – poor attendance of my complain

sir,
I had purchased swift dezire on 7.04.2009. but today it gave starting trouble for which I had taken vehicle to Seva automobile. Nagpur. they say it is a battery probelem and it would take 3-4 days to do the needfull. so I kept the vehicle as they could not provide me the substitute vehicle or battery. now please tell me how can I do my job without vehicle for 3-4 days as I dont have any other vehicle. the battery warranty is for 2-3 years then how come it gave malfunction within 1.5 years ? what is my fault by purchasing a vehicle from a reputed company and a having a good market value? please do the needfull for replacement of battery at the earliest or otherwise I would be loosing heavily for not having a vehicle for 3-4 days.

your dealer is charching additional premium insurance amount than the insurance company. for eg-Volkswagen Secunderabad is charching43,237 for highline mt vento.whereas bajaj allianz general insurance is charging 24,273 only.
your dealer is charging 11,950 as incidental charges and it is not authorised by volkswagen .
also your dealer is forcing me to take all standard accessories which i dont want.

i have booked vento on 7-september-2010 and i was informed that delivery may be before 30 dec 2010.
i have booked polo also on 20-12-2010 on K.Srivatsava and also your dealer is insisting to take insurance , accesories ,etc etc.
now i request you to go through the matter and do needful.i feel your dealer is damaging volkswagens reputation .

I AM SANTANU BANERJEE FROM ASANSOL.I BOOKED A MARUTI ALTO LXI FROM BEE KAY SHOW ROOM THROUGH ONE OF HIS SALES PERSON ON 19th OF OCTOBER.BUT STILL 19th NOVEMBER I DONT HAVE GET ANY REPLY ETHEIR THROUGH BEE KAY OR ITS SALES PERSON.SO I HAVE CANCELD THIS BOOKING THROUGH APPLICATION ON 24TH NOVEMBER.AND THEY COMMITED TO ME THAT THEY WILL RETURN ME MY BOOKING AMOUNT (Rs.5000)WITH IN ONE WEEK BUT TILL DATE I DONT HAVE GET MY MONEY.ALWAY THEY GIVE ME A ANOTHER DATE.

In 2008 we purchased a car from OS Ford and the company told us as your our existiting customer we will give u 10000 Rs bonus but you have to have know and the company will send the check back to u.

But it has been 2 years and they didnot gave us anything and when u call them they say we r busy and we will call u back .

So i request you to please look at this matter

NISSAN MICRA

I do understand the Nissan Micra is the best car in India, but from my experience with the company and the dealer, it is sure that it is a rip off company or they have dealers which are out to cheat. Since company is not doing anything in the case of cheating by the dealer, it means, the company is a party to it.After raised a complaint(complaint number IBTN24111000048) in nissan portal, the company had not done on my complaint for almost 6 weeks.

I bought a Nissan Micra from Ramani Nissan dealer from coimbatore. I faced lot of issues after took over the car from the dealer. They had deleivered the car spare parts which is not in good quality and the car cover was damaged. Next they have not taken care of my car permanenet registration. i vounterly roamed RTO office and found a mediator for my car registration and i paid 4k extra for the mediator. And they havent provided 1st service to my car and it crossed 3k kms now. The dealer they said they will do the 1st free serivce aftyer 5k kms. But as per the service catalog 1st free service has to be done after 1000kms. Finally i called the marketing executive to discuss all these issues he hasnt picked up my call for 2 weeks and then i called up Ramani nissan dealer(coimbatore), they said that the marketing executive had left the company. Now no one is listening my issues and no one helps me to sort out this issue.

I would suggest not to buy any NISSAN car from RAMANI NISSAN DEALER IN COIMBATORE.

i booked a maruti zen estilo (vxi)on 12.10.2010from jalan distributor (baguiti at kolkata)

Full and final amount of the car, including insurance registration, road tax etc was handed over to jalan distributor (baguiti at kolkata)through Sales exu Sh Subroto Das(Mob no-9874925862)on 29-11-2010.

Till date jalan distributor (baguiti at kolkata)has not delivered the above mention car, though they have committed to delivered the car withen 4days from the date of final payment.

kindly take the necessary action and make arrangement delivery of the above mention car at the earliest and also make arrangement for panal interest for stipulated period of delivery and actual date of delivery.

Sub: – Non Servicing of Maruti ECCO 5 Seater AC even-after repeated follow-ups
Ref: - Chassis No. MA3ERLF1S00166848 Engine No. G12BN147304.

Sir,

With reference to above noted subject it is to state that the clutch is not working and therefore the car is not getting started. The above car was delivered to me on my above address on 28th November 2010 by your sales representative Sh. Sachin Naik. After that we did not find the time to take trial. On 5th of December 2010 when we tried to run the car, the car was not getting into gear due to clutch problem. We immediately contacted Sh. Sachin. He said he is out of station and suggested us to contact your Borivali Workshop. Your workshop directed us to contact toll free number for calling breakdown van. Within 30 minutes a representative from Maruti On-road Service Mr. Chandrashekar came to inspect. He checked thoroughly the car and issued job-slip dated 05.12.2010 (copy enclosed) stating car is not repairable outside and as the car is not moving, he suggested us to ask our dealer to send towing van for same. Therefore we called up Mr. Sachin on the same day and on next day also to send towing van on the contrary he sent one more mechanic Mr. Jerom, he also took around 30 minutes and concluded that it has to be towed to your workshop because car has a mechanical problem / manufacturing defect. [However Mr. Jerom deliberately did not finished his job report to us – however conversation / photograph are with us to substantiate our claim]. Again on contacting Sh. Sachin on his mobile No. 9594952307 & his senior executives on Mobile No. 9594952303 repeatedly, they have not done any concrete and were just giving us condolence that they will come in person to check what is the problem.

Due to your several checking I am wasting my valuable time and was required to take leave from my job. I am physically handicapped person and cannot endure your this kind of approach. As the car is not taken for a ride for a single kilometer from my residential premises, it is your own mechanical problem which should be resolved immediately without any excuses and delays to avoid any further conflicts.
