FAULTY PULSAR 135CC DELIVERED

Dear Mr. Rajesh Bharonda
As the vehicle (Reg No. KA03HG3198 Pulsar 135) was taken to your service center by your mechanic from my house after i report the error in starting trouble. The same vehicle was given to your service center for the same repair/ complaint and the vehicle was kept in your service center for more than 5 days and tested by your best mechanics and delivered to me. each time i take a delivery it gives the same trouble. ( Does not start automatically / kick start will not function). I am convinced that you do not have trained mechanics who can identify what is wrong with the bike. I am using Bajaj vehicles since past 25 years. This time With Pulsar 135cc Bajaj has given me a faulty vehicle which has starting problem since the day one. i had mentioned in each service checkup. If you want to proof that the model had faulty electrical electrical circuits and the company had recalled as many as 50 bykes in Indonesia. proof is available in internet.
I do not need the bike in any repair state. I have lost the trust in your mechanics and the promises they gave all these days. Khivraj diamond indianagar branch has no such mechanic who can identify the problem and rectify it. All these days you are taking the customer for a ride…. I do not accept any thing less then a replacement of NEW BIKE from Bajaj. By force if you try giving / delivering the bike to me. I am going to destroy my bike/ which is my property in a public place giving enough reasons of dissatisfaction of service from bajaj diamond.
What you spoke when i was in your showroom and what have to written in this mail does not match. I do not need my bike in repaired state. Same promise of nothing will happen was given to me a month ago when i took the bike delivery from your showroom and the bike failed to start in a critical time when my father was serious. I lost my father on 8th april 2011. The bike was standing in front of my house like a dead rock. Baja does not need anything more than this negative sign of people pushing the bike and failed to start the bike everyday on the streets of Bangalore.

Car insurance from HDFC Ergo…

HDFC going back on their employees words….
Hello..
I would like to bring to your notice the problem I am encountering with our claim from HDFC Ergo for the car that experienced an accident in May 10. The case details are in previous paragraphs.

2. My uncle transferred his car to my wife in end Mar 10 and the next day I had to shift my family to Secunderabad due my permanent transfer. It can be seen from the registration that address continues to be the same after the transfer. Due to hectic activity related to shifting my residence, I could not transfer the policy on my wife’s name soon after change in registration. The car met with an accident on 20 May evening 2030 hrs while I was driving, when the policy was valid. I reported the incident next morning to HDFC Ergo toll free number and explained the case in detail all about the ownership issue and transfer after which the claim was registered and I was assured that the claim would be valid. I even got a message that survey has been completed and claim would be settled fast.

3. I again called up HDFC Ergo Toll free number to clarify about the validity of the claim and status of the survey. This time Ms Harsha(or Varsha) has spoken to me and I again disclosed all the details of the transfer of the ownership, place of accident and my duty station. I was assured that the claim was valid and I was instructed that the claim form need to be signed by the owner of the original policy. When I expressed my apprehension about validity of the claim and asked her to re-confirm, Ms Harsha put me on the hold and discussed the subject with superiors and then re-confirmed that the claim is valid and required payment would be done.

4. I discussed validity of the claim with the surveyor also when I met him and he could not clarify the issue to me. I requested him to confirm the same from his superiors in his channel of reporting. I was given a vague reply and he too could not clarify about the validity.

5. Since this policy was coming to an end I started another policy from different company which had commenced by then, however since I was out of station I did not receive the hard copy. It can be clearly seen that if HDFC Ergo gave me right guidance in the beginning I could have processed then case with other firm and would not have any losses on this account. Delays on this account are also adding to my inconvenience and same needs to be considered by the bank.

6. Subsequently when I enquired about status of my claim after coming back to Secunderabad ( after Jun 14 or so) , I was told that for the first time that the claim is not valid and payment cannot be done, however advised me speak to the claims officer for more clarity.

7. Mails to the claims officer and HDFC ERGO and customer care was exchanged for a long duration since HDFC could not clarify the matter at once.The bank did not give me satisfactory reply till date except for saying that the claim is invalid since the ownership has changed, though I was the first first who intimated me this fact before the bank promised me that payment would be done.
8. Following can be clearly seen from the above:

(a) HDFC Ergo had gone back on the commitment given by them after explaining the case. If the call center, claims officer and customer care took so long to know the rules for themselves, it is not fair for them to penalize me for rule which is not clear to them.

(b) Toll free number is the only source of communication for a customer in case any accident occurs. It is not understood why the people at the call center who assured me that the claim would be valid, are trying to pass on the case to claims officer at a later stage. In case of ambiguity, it is duty of the bank to clarify amongst various departments and then only give correct information to the customer. Bank not honouring commitment of their own employees is ridiculous and subjecting customers to their hierarchical indecision may be treated as their shortcoming.

9. The firm needs to own up responsibility for the actions of their employees since they also gain from their other work and honour their commitments. I do not understand if this type of behaviour is result of lower employees’ decision or this is from the responsible top management. i intend to approach IRDA soon.

As subsidiary of Shri Ram chits limited. I have membership certificate under the schema silver which is valid For 8 years from the date of enrolment. I have enrolled on 07-08-2001 with certificate no.70593 the face value of the certificate is 3000.00.

When I approached the office of the Shriram chits on 1.07.2010 for reimbursement they have asked to surrender the certificate in original and the same have been done by on the same day. Then they have asked me to contact back after an fortnight time to get the payment.

When have approached them after an fortnight time, they had asked me to get an NOC (no objection certificate) they have invested in. they were around 5 – 6 companies they have invested up. To get the reimbursement. And it is not possible to communicate with so many companies they have invested and I do not think I would get an proper reply from them in time. If it was a single company I would have certainly organized myself to get an NOC when there is an multiple it is not possible for me to do so.

When I approached the office people they were very un caring to clear the job and even answered to refer the issue to an consumer courts. So please do suggest us what to do up get the things proper please.

My car Wagon R (Regn. No. KL-56A/6766) is waiting for the claim approval from Oriental Insurance since 06/08/2010. TVS Calicut completed all works by the above said date and submitted bills and report to the concerned surveyor arranged by Oriental Insurance Co., Calicut Branch. After 7 days I am not getting any assurance of getting claim.
On 11/06/2010 at 11pm Myself with my family members by travelling met an accident cause damages for our vehicle. By 11.30pm I informed it to the agent of Oriental Insurance and he informed it to the Road Accident Service facility provided by TVS and by their help, I put my car to TVS, Calicut for repairing.

With the above subject I PURCHASED used car on dt.24.12.2010.and I applied same day for transfer of R/C and I Got the same on 01.01.2011(sat). and on the next working day 03.01.2011(mon) i applied for transfer of insurance which is valid till 07.04.2011.
unfortunately on 01.01.2011 at 9:20 am the vehicle met with an accident in NICE road driven my my son Mr Skanda ts who holds a valid motor Driving license fortunately no one was injured in the accident.
i heard my claim has been rejected by the insurance company.
please help us to get the above claim.
