3 months delay in giving RC book & falsification of date of purchase to avoid fine
Dear Sir/Maam,

I, Heema Gupta, a resident of Vill-ThanaThana, Po-Mangalpur, Via-Pipili, Dist.-Puri, Orissa-752104, purchased one car Maruti ALTO Chasis No. 1736360 on 20-10-2010 & the payment duly made by the financing bank HDFC Bank on 24-10-2010, inclusive the cost of road tax, RTO registration & insurance, from M/S. NARAYANI Motors, 56 & 57 Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar-10. While selecting the dealer I have come across the good name & fame of NARAYANI Motors.
I was assured by the dealer that the RC book would be handed over within 7-10 days of the purchase.

1. I kept waiting for RC for more the than 3 months, During this waiting period, I contacted the dealer’s point a number of times but got unsatisfactory reply. I also contacted the customer care cell of NARAYANI Motors, the person there was also side tracked suggesting me to wait few days more.

2. But after more than 3 months I received the RC book dated 29-01-2011 on 04 -02-2011.

3. Thus the dealer M/s. NARAYANI Motors shifted the date of purchase from 20-10-2010 to 24-01-2011 on the RC book.

4. By such false declaration in record I might face trouble during MV checking & moreover this falsification in record has put the RTO in revenue loss. It will also create non coverage period of insurance & road tax period.

5. On pointing out this mistake, the staff accepted that to avoid the penalty by RTO for this 3 months delay period in registration, they have done so.

6. Finally on 04-02-2011, the RC document was handed over to me showing the registration date 29-01-2011 no. OR-02BL 7716.

7. During waiting period for RC, I could not utilise the vehicle inspite of having dare need, kept standing the vehicle in the garage. Hence, I had to hire the vehicle from the market by spending a huge, which was very much harassing. With this wrong date furnished to MV Deptartment, my problem grown bigger & still exists.

I had written to the authorities of M/s. NARAYANI Motors twice on this but haven’t got any reply.

I hope you understand the gravity of my problem created by the dealer M/s. NARAYANI Motors. I need your kind consideration on this & seek your advice.

Hi, I am Mahadev Naik, residing at Adityanagar,Rajashree Cement,Malkhed Road Dist:Gulbarga.
I had purchased Mahindra Xylo D2 during Feb’2010 from M/s Sutaria Automobiles Hubli,thro’ their show room at Gulbarga. Now the show room has been closed down.
last week,vehicle during running, engine mounting bracket has broken.
On enquiry,M/s sutaria is demanding that the vehicle is to be taken to Hubli for repairs and replacement of engine mounting bracket. However Hubli being 400 kms away from Gulbarga,it is practically not possible to take the vehicle after temporary welding of the same.
In view of the above, you are requested to take up the matter with M/s Sutaria Automobiles Hubli and help me in this matter.

We should not go to them for simple work Sun Moter take hell lot of time and u end up paying lot of money and carry frustration for nothing

worst quality of service

i had bought a xylo R.C. No. DL4 C L NB 4379, from the dealer sri durga automobile, in   Oct`10.
earlier car is doing fine but soon as car crosses 20k mark running troubles start coming from the car.

And more over the dealer service is such that on the service they are asked to change the disk pad shoes,
and they have done such a blunder that the mechanic had punctured the brake fluid pipe near the shocker,
resulting in loss of brake fluid unawarenessly,

After few days some body on red lite told me that there is some oil leaking behind your car, then i realised that my brake fuild is leaking,

Some body tells me why do we service our vehical into the co. service center if unfourtunetly my car brakes get lost on highway then whose fault is this.

BEWARE OF TVS SERVICE – My Daughter Met with an accident
The callous nature of the service provided by TVS could have been fatal. We have given my daughter’s TVS Scooty Pep for service at the Mount Road service centre and got the “all rectified” vehicle on 12-04-2011. She did not use the vehicle as the next 2 days were declared holidays (13th and 14th). Friday 15-04-2011 she was driving to her office – where she was an intern, when the handle-bar or the fork just came off in a the busy GN Chetty Road. She was badly hurt. By God’s grace she escaped without a fracture. But she is bruised all over. When we took this matter to TVS there was absolutely no response or regrets. They behaviour signified as if our anxiety was no big deal and they behaved “magnanimously” for the next service free to fix the vehicle.

a. Is this the way a company like TVS does service
b. Is this the way they handle such issues

Its disgusting !!!!

regular failure, poor response

Ihad purchased a tata motoras winger at jasper industries hyderabad on 3 sep 2010 , within a month of time I.e., on 15 oct 2010 I had amajor problem timing belt jumped and head blocked , valves damaged so after forcing them they are agreed to replace a new cylinder head , if we didn’t force them they are ready to make a changes in the same head ,atlast they delivered vehicle after one month i.e., on 15 nov 2010 , with in two days again a problem from timing belt and they replaced it , after that again with in a month i.e., on february 2011 problem from diesel injection i.e., from fip atlast they hav rectified it , now again vehicle is in a problem that problem cannot be identified by them they are searching for problem since 9 days , so what I want to say is we are suffering a lot as it is a commercial vehicle we are in sewereloss , so I request to please change my vehicle or engine completely to solve my problem as soon as possible approximately we are losin 40000 per month by paying emi, tax , driver payments and roaming nearly 40km daily from garage to home so plese help me who ever concerned , if not total winger image can be damaged, by seeing dis some of our tranport members were stopped buying it my vehicle bearing reg no: AP28TA5612 , my mobile num : 9866891060

FAULTY PULSAR 135CC DELIVERED

Dear Mr. Rajesh Bharonda
As the vehicle (Reg No. KA03HG3198 Pulsar 135) was taken to your service center by your mechanic from my house after i report the error in starting trouble. The same vehicle was given to your service center for the same repair/ complaint and the vehicle was kept in your service center for more than 5 days and tested by your best mechanics and delivered to me. each time i take a delivery it gives the same trouble. ( Does not start automatically / kick start will not function). I am convinced that you do not have trained mechanics who can identify what is wrong with the bike. I am using Bajaj vehicles since past 25 years. This time With Pulsar 135cc Bajaj has given me a faulty vehicle which has starting problem since the day one. i had mentioned in each service checkup. If you want to proof that the model had faulty electrical electrical circuits and the company had recalled as many as 50 bykes in Indonesia. proof is available in internet.
I do not need the bike in any repair state. I have lost the trust in your mechanics and the promises they gave all these days. Khivraj diamond indianagar branch has no such mechanic who can identify the problem and rectify it. All these days you are taking the customer for a ride…. I do not accept any thing less then a replacement of NEW BIKE from Bajaj. By force if you try giving / delivering the bike to me. I am going to destroy my bike/ which is my property in a public place giving enough reasons of dissatisfaction of service from bajaj diamond.
What you spoke when i was in your showroom and what have to written in this mail does not match. I do not need my bike in repaired state. Same promise of nothing will happen was given to me a month ago when i took the bike delivery from your showroom and the bike failed to start in a critical time when my father was serious. I lost my father on 8th april 2011. The bike was standing in front of my house like a dead rock. Baja does not need anything more than this negative sign of people pushing the bike and failed to start the bike everyday on the streets of Bangalore.

hello sir,
the bharat gas agency near Tarawala pull, Amritsar ,a Punjab blacks 70% don’t afraid.he says this is govt no body can stop him because many big man will support him because he gives them 4 cylinders on support by demand.without booking and others waits more than 4 hours at that place.there is no home supply for villages.only for city.
Have any example like this. eg .if he had 80 cylinders then he will give to people only 30 cylinders.other will go home and after month booking he will give cylinder.

please solve this if u can

I have purchased a Wagon-R Vxi from a local dealer on march 5 .2011, at that time they have made a no of commitments regarding there services , i hv given a temporary no for the vehicle and they said permanenet no is given to me after 1o-15 days , for that i have given charges to them, but still i am waiting for it, that was the first issue, second one is that i have meet with an accident on march 11 or 2011, for that i sent my vehicle to service center. they commited to deliever the vehicle after 10 days, after 10 days they again said to pick your vehicle after 10 days , after 10 days there is same commitment for me, WHAT A COMMITMENT. that is called SALE AFTER SERVICE, isn’t it , Now they have given me a demo car , DEMO CAR BUDDY , where there is written a DEMO CAR, Could u believe it ,I think company paid me to drive the demo vehicle as i used to drive the car thro out the city, so there is a publicity for yours company. How u can believe, i Give u a another example after giving me a demo car and the time interval between 11/3/11 to till date i have never ever received a single call from them about my vehicle, I know that it is nthing to write at here , so do something man for my vehicle,if u have another querry mail me at navneet.arora@yahoo.co.in, and i will tell you the name of dealer, as i know i still not given you the name of the dealer in order to just enquire that what will you do for it.

I have traveled from to Bangalore By Air India IC978 on 29/09/2010 reached on morning 30/09/2010.
On arrival to Bangalore my checked in  was missed and the same is reported immediately to Air India officials. Presently I have submitted the claim and Air India is Offering very low settlement value addition to this there is no proper response and yielding the matter till today almost 31 days now. I would like to file a case against Air India, kindly advise me in this regard, procedure to file a case? Recommendations from your end if any? What is the time frame required to complete this process.

I filled CNG in my car on 05/04/2011 from kandiwali (e), the meter showed Rs.107 and they demanded for Rs.110. However i did not pay extra.
On next day i purposely filled CNG from the same outlet and they demanded Rs 2 extra, once again i did not pay. But now one of the employee started talking rubbish with me.
They take Rs 2 to 5 extra from most of the cars and in that way their daily illegal income becomes Rs.500 assuming they fill minimum of 100 cars everyday.
So it ios my sincere request to you that take the require action as soon as possible.
