I had subscribed to Hindustan Times Rs 199 plan on 24th December 2010 and had Hindustan Time Representative visit my house in January 1st week 2011 for verification.
After calling on several occassions on 02267764242 I got reply saying I am staying in the chawl thats why subscription has been declined. I told them I do not stay in a chawl, I stay in Coop Hsg Society and that might be data entry error on the’re side but they said they would check with the seniors in department. I made several calls and they said they have resent my cheque and i is pending with India Post. Till today I have not received my cheque back. Cheque number 334029. Bank name RBS for INR 199.Last representative’s name I spoke to is Anshu call made on 25th April 2011 she said dont worry we will resend the cheque back. No reply today is 6th May 2011.

I did not get my subscription and neither my cheque back. This is fraud.
If I dont get a reply in 48 hours I shall take appropriate steps for fraud.

I need my cheque back.

I had get the order receipt to get maharastra times by giving them check. Maharastra times is started on 7 Jan 2011. But still now I am not getting the newspaper as they commited to me. I had complaint more than 15 times to their complaint department. But there is no effect on them. Pls do needfull for me

I am Anilkumar from malappuram on 1st january 2011, I read that the subscribers should give only Rs-121.20 ps for manorama paper but in the bill they charged Rs -132/- (Rs 10 as there service charge but I told them Iam not ready to give the service charge. The boy stopped to distribute the paper the very next day.I rang malappuram manorama office and contact Radhakrishnan(circulations) he told me that” you shoud not give tha service charge & the very next day you will get the paper.” but I didnt. Again I rang the same person and he told me that he had given my complaint to the line inspector for enquiry but up to this date,26.01.2011 none came or rang me and Iam not getting the paperat my door step.
Malayala manorama is having Crores&Crores of subscribers and why are you neglecting a reader and showing an injustice .Expecting a favourable action.

Just Dial reseller are not given payment for my work,

I already spend more than Rs.2000 on STD Calls. I talked to Mr.Sharan (Delhi), Mr.Dhiren, Ms Labdhi (Mumbai),Ms Purvi Parikh (Principal Coordinator Ahmedabad) several times, but none of them able to answer my query properly (Data Verification)

just dial not prove that my 40% entries wrong in oct month, also 44% wrong in nov month
all my entry updated in last six months he will told me that enteries are wrong, i told that give me list off this entries, he will not provide me this list, why??
he will not prove this my wrong entries

Mr Aditya blame that this entries not entered by me, You can not blame on my efficiency, accuracy & quality of work, per day 30 entry nothing for me, I have done more than 300 entry per day so you check your efficiency, do not check my efficiency,

you are not obligating me, you are only paying for the work what I have done.

Dear Sir,

This is regarding a comment posted on this website by one of the translator Eva Hnilova, she posted these comments on the internet without giving a proper notice and kept telling that she has not posted any comments anywhere and when confronted with this then she admitted. As a result of this malcious and slandering action taken by her without any proper procedure, we withheld her remaining amount unless and until she removes the unjustified comments. She brought in many mediators in between and finally we agreed to pay her a deducted amount (as she has done continues till date to cause us losses and damages through these comments) with the agreement that she will remove these comments from the internet after the receipt of the agreement payment. She received the amount but now refuses to remove these comments saying she has written to the administrator and her responsibility is now over.

We would like to bring it to your notice and request you to remove these comments from this lady immediately.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Kindly find herewith file containing my subscription details inorder
to subscribe for HT copy for the year. Also enclosing, bank statement
copy.

You can see that the cheque had been issued on 09-12-2010. But the
same had been deposited on 30-12-2010. Since I did not have
insufficient funds in the account on 30th December, I was fined for
cheque bounce Rs. 386/- for the same. How would I know that HT won’t
deposit the cheque within few days. Sachin, the person who visited my
place did not inform me of any such thing.

I really dont understand why did you not deposit the cheque within
next 2-3 days after the same had been issued. The details of the
person from HT who visited to collect the cheque is given below:

I spoke with Sachin, he said he is not responsible for the same and
asked me to take up this matter with you. I also sent SMS but received
no calls.
Request you to do the needful and refund the amount of Rs. 386/-.
