Sir, I had booked my LPG Gas online on 14.01.2011 (Ref.No. is 5876114) my concumer No. is 11974 (Ram Kumar) but the same day they have canceled my booking. I had again booked my Gas online on 17.01.2011 (Ref.No. 5952004) but yet today on 27.01.2011 there is no any delivery at my home. I m calling to my Friends Gas Service, New Friends Colony, Near Maharani Bagh, Delhi for delivery the same, there not any abody ready talk to us from the distributor. Sir Plz help me and do the needfull. thanking you

I booked a new cylinder on 12/01/11 with internet booking no 395707. Till the time cylinder not recived by me I also raise a compain in HP Cosumer Complaint from with email: vishal_manhas2003@yahoo.com and refrence no: 10042205 . No body take action on my compain. For this delaying we are suffering a lot. Please take proper action and providing a solution as soon as possible waiting for reply

I booked a parcel on 13 January 2011. I was told that parcel will be delivered day after tomorrow, but not yet It delivered till 25 January 2011. I compliant too many times, they are not responding me and answering me in unmannered way and behaving very rudely.

Hi,

With at most frustration and lost faith in the service provided by Agarwal Packers and Movers (DRS: responsible for taking and delivering the packages), I forced to raise the complaint in the public forum. Detailed of the incident mentioned below:

Source: Bhopal
Destination: Manduriti, Pandrandamile,Kottayam, Kottayam
Agreed upon: 24 ft container, insurance etc
Tracking No: 4128368

We booked the packaging service from Agarwal Packers and Movers (Packaging manged by DRS group) for shifting the house hold stuff (Contact Person in Bhopal: Shamsher/Roshan: 09300062471) for 7th of this month. As promised and paid for 24 ft container but instead 20 ft container came at our disposal. We made a upfront payment and did not complained a bit for bringing 20 ft container instead of 24 ft (which we paid for). Few stuff where send through some different container and which is yet to be received. My two major concern and because of which my parents are heavily suffering are as follows:

– Major damages for the following materials and we are still running behind for claiming the insurance. Everytime we get new excuses and new promises but all lies and nothing else. Still no guy comes to evaluate the damage.We have been following from past 2 weeks

Corners of newly brought Sofa
Bike
Minor damages to household materials
Damage to dinning table and tepoy
Damage to bedding and few more.

– We yet to receive remaining stuffs from second container and have absolutely no clue about it status.

It has been 2 weeks and there is no concrete response from these people. I have shooted a mail (gigy@drsindia.in,cochin@drsindia.in) to AGM of this packers based in Cochin but still no response.I am loosing my patience and time. Why we suffer for no fault of others. I request and appeal to all those who really going to book through these packers. Make sure nothing of this kind happens to you.

I really want to file a case against these people so they should be sincere in there work and show some respect to there customer. Any idea how can I go ahead and make them pay for there mistake.

I had packed a apri of shoes and an expensive cosmetic Item in a box in front of the DTDC courier delivery pick up boy. and he said the final covering of the box will be done at the office. This was on 12th JAN 2011. the packege was not delivered till 21st JAN 2011. So i personally went to Ahemdabad office and collected the box. There was no explaination as to why the package was not delivered. After Reaching home I opened the box and I was shocked to see that the box was opened and re packed, and the expensive Cosmetic Item was Missing from the Box.

DTDC is not trustworthy, Can you belive this – STEALING from within the package.?
Please Never USE DTDC Services.

Pls never ever take the services of Lion Movers and Packers. Always stick to the big names – coz in our country where governance is a joke, such entities are taking consumers for granted. Again don’t don’t ever consider them.

WE HAD BOOKED BPCL CYLINDER WELL IN ADVANCE BUT R YET TO RECEIVE THE CYLINDER,EVEN AFTER THE GAS HAD RUN OUT OF OUT CYLINDER HENCE R UNABLE TO COOK FOOD,THE REASON PROVIDED BY ANOOKOOL GAS AGENCIES (BPCL DEALERS/DISTRIBUTORS)IS DUE TO STRIKE BY TRANSPORTERS AT BPCL,THEN HOW COME THEY PROVIDE GAS TO HOTELS & CATERERS ETC,ITS THE DUTY OF BPCL TO PROVIDE GAS TO US,KINDLY EXPLAIN THE DELAY & TIME AS WHEN THE CYLINDERS WOULD BE AVAILABLE,AND ACTION WOULD BE TAKE AGAINST DELAY AND WHO WOULD FOOT THE HOTEL BILLS.
