I have ordered goods worth Rs. 2700 by sending a Demand Draft to “Aquariums India“, it has been almost two months and I haven’t received my goods till now.

I tried calling him but every time he gives a new excuse, I am irritated and frustrated of calling him.

I’m in need of help, please suggest how can this action can be taken legally.

I had placed an order for a laptop sleeve LSB-48320 on 3rd Jan 2011.
This was supposed to be a gift for my wife.
It is 28th Jan 2011 and i am yet to receive anything at all.
Constant follow ups have not yielded any result.

I had booked tickets through yatra.com for 3 passengers. The booking was done on 16th Nov, 2010, for journey date 22nd Jan 2011. The payment for all 3 passengers was done. However, at the time of check-in, the airline staff said the ticket was booked only for two passengers – one adult & one child. The infant ticket was not booked. So we had to purchase the infant ticket again at the airport.

I want Yatra.com to refund the Rs 800 that was paid to them earlier.

Also, this is so much of the mental harassment for the customer, travelling with two kids.
Either yatra.com should not set the system right or stop making bookings for infants.

i buy an mp3 player via rediffshopping cost of player is 399+90(for handlig charge )+25 =514.but in the outlet the price is 300 only . so loss my money ,the player is very bad . rediffshopping one most fake.

I tried to book a MP3 player from Bag it today website, but the transaction didnt go through, then i got a call from the customer care that these was some issue in the site( How on earth did they get to know that i tried to book an order?? ), they told me to finish the order through phone, IVR option. I did it, and my Creit card got charged Rs 5000 for the same, They took all the information from me, but till date i have not got the player, Tried calling them 1000 times but the phone is always busy, and they donot reply for the complaints, sombody please help me…
