I received a confirmatory email from cybercrimebureau that I actually emerged the winner of nokia uk mobile promo second series.I then received another email from skye international bank on how I am supposed to collect my prize.In that email I was told to open an account with them and ACTIVATE it with at least 480 GBP (about ksh.54,000) which actually I can not afford due to poor financial condition and since I am a univesity student financially supported by the government as a needy student.
I would like to know if there is any way I can be assisted.I wrote to the bank but I haven’t got any reply yet.
