Respected Sir,

I purchased domain and hosting space online from www.hostingseva.com, company say that their server will be online 24x7x365 but we are not getting online chat support for any queries or problems. The problems for any domain or hosting must get solved within 24hrs only otherwise clients become unhappy. On phone no1 is getting better technical support. They recruiting 17 years old peoples having less technical knowledge.

dont go for hostingseva company.

We are a US-based firm and hired New Media Guru (http://www.newmediaguru.co.uk), a firm located in India with an office in the UK, to develop a website for one of our clients. As their account manager requested (Amit), we put some money upfront and started working with their project manager (Umesh). It was a terrible experience, they had underestimated the project, they first came back asking for more time, and we gave them more time to complete the project. Then they said that they couldn’t finalize the website, unless we paid 2.5 times the initial budget that we had agreed on, whereas we had done no revisions in the initial scope of work. They refused to negotiate this price and just gave up the project. We were finally able to get some files from them, but not as many as what we paid for, they refused to give us any refund. This caused irreversible damages to our relationship with our client.
I wouldn’t recommend New Media Guru to anyone, they have a very nice website, good reviews on elance.com, their sales team does a good job, you will only feel the pain once you get started with the project.

Although i know fillling a complaint wont help me out in my process but still i am doing this to save sum upcoming customers thinking to buy hosting and domain name packages with E WEBGURU. Over the sitr its mention indiast to ten company trust me buyers they wont even cum in last 10. They are real scumbug dont know nything only knows how to keep others money in their account meaninglessly without providing any service. Their domain name prices are high , Totaly downgraded web hosting , Limited templates (you wont find any usefull template) ,Support ticket services are disgusting Raw customer care (does’nt know how to read and write english).

Overall this is a total trashbin site. Dont even invest single penny on them , you wont be getting services worth one rupee also.

If you are looking for good domain hosting companys go for.

2.Godaddy.com

As i told you i dont want to induldge in any of youre services in near future.
So i want the refund amount (excluding domain name charges) to be directly send to my account as per youre promise and so called money back gurantee.
i went to your website looking at the money back gurantee.

Its almost fifteen days that i didnt even get the refund for the

faulty transaction i encountered.

now i want all my refund issues to be solved by yesterday.

Enough is Enough.

My refunds are

Refund for transaction error.

Refund for moneyback gurantee.

I have tried the same services from..

THE HOST
BIGROCK
GO DADDY
I got auto refunds from all of this site within time on my account , this was done only by a support ticket, nor i had to waste my brain with them.

Inspite of giving repeted warning to youre customer service i fail to get response.
even if i get i get sum stupid question in response to my refund queries.

Today is the last day if twomorrow i dont receive my refund trust me i will put this matter into every consumer forum and it will be in the toppest search listings, which i think will give a blow to youre upcoming customers and also will serve as i warning to them.
