speed very low
My internet speed is very low , please increase the speed.In my Plan of reliance broadband plus silver they have promissed me to give 2 mbps. but I’am hardly getting 512 kbps an thats too only in night.
Kindly help me oor suggest a new and improved net connection

Even after paying all my bills, Reliance net connect is sending me court notices. I have given the every detail of all my transactions, but they refuse to accept it and keep sending me court notice.
People don’t get reliance net connect

Dear Concern,
I had taken internet connection from the aforesaid company on 23.03.2011 and as per my plan the company had to provide me with a router free of cost. but inspite of complaints made to the company on 30.03.2011 and 08.03.2011 no action had been taken by the company. The company is selling the product by giving some commitment and after the connection is started they are not fulfilling the commitment. So i request you to take action into the matter.

Hi,
2 weeks back I bought new 3G docomo data card. I opted post pay offer, they are not telling how much data I’ve used till now. They are telling that ‘ we can’t tell that and we don’t have that facility !!! ‘ . I was using mts data card, It has the option to check how much data I’ve used. But docomo guys are telling we will get in the bill.
What is the Guarantee that they will charge more in the bill ?

I was using one TATA Photon internet service(9254102392); but since January, 2011 I have not used this service as the system was not working; I have repeatedly requested Customer Care to stop the Plan; but still I am getting bills every month. Already they have taken Rs. 974 from me as a charge of those months which I have not used there service. Please look into the matter.

mai aapki broad band ki service se bhut preshan hu mai lagatar pichle 2 hafty se complaint kar raha hu but mujhe abhi tak koi response nahi mil raha hai, mera modem jiska model no. hai DNA A213 JO KI BAR BAR RESTART HO JATA HAI or mai pichle 2 mahine se apne internet ke bar bar na chalne se bhi pareshan hu mane bhut bar complaint bhi ki par dubara puchne par vo kahte h ki aapki problem yanha se solve ho chuki hai jabki uske kihlaf koi action nahi liya gaya mane 1 HAFTE phle apne area ke maneger se bhi baat ki par unohne bhi baat na karte hue kisi or ka no mujhe de diya or kaha ki ye aapki problem ko solve kar denge par unohne mujhse mera telephone no leke koi action nahi liya

I opted for Airtel Broadband Internet services for my home in Dec-2010. I wanted to upgrade my plan by taking Wi-Fi services also in Jan-2011. I called Airtel person who initially installed Broadband at my home and paid him Rs. 1500 for getting Wi-Fi. He promised to get back to us next day to get the same activated. Its 6 days now and the person has not reverted despite our daily calls to him.
Please do the needful.

Dear Sir,
my reliance no.9397173364
for the past one and half month i’ve no net access and your system has generated a new bill for 1918-00 inc.previous dues.
when my credit limit is 3600-00, with out any info.your people disconnected my net access and now the bill is generated for 1918-00.
having no service at all for the past one month or so, is it fair to raise bill for the above amount ?
i have great loyalty towards reliance and hence i approched your stores for help.as they told me they are helpless till first week,i am lodging a complaint here.
please help me by reworking this bill and look at this case on “business ethics”

I am sorry to inform you that Since I have bocked BSNL broad band & land-line on (19-01-11).booking Number 62125189 then I paid RS 500 ,BSNL promised that they will give connection with in five day.
Till now no response from BSNL .in spite of several reminders I am not getting positive feedback from BSNL.so I kindly request to do the need full for me as soon as possible

My name is joginder pal and i have been using air tel broadband since last 2 months.
Myself really unhappy with airtel broadband connection it is really giving so much headache to me. No proper person is responsible. when ever i call they said all lines to this route are busy. i have tried this thousands of times. when i call the sales executive personally he answers that your problem will be solved but the remains like that. I thought it a waste to talk to them. I need a concerned person to the matter and solve the problem.
Extremely dissatisfied with air tel broadband customer service.
They really need to employ more employees.
