ST Courier

Dear Sir,
This is for your kind information that I am Devaraj, My brother Alban send Parcel to Kerala Ranni, Patanam Thitta, for Home Appliances. The value is more than 6000/- But the booking man said within 3 days the parcel will send. But not yet the parcel doesn’t gone. Totally 8 days. the Parcel is carrying another person to saudi arabia. till not yet send. so you have to take action to the concerned ST courier company. Now i contact that person, his mobile is switch off, the office no is out of order. the delivery office of ranni it have the same problem. what shall i do? 26 th january is holiday. So i have a lot of expenses. So i want take action of the particular courier. I want penalty value. so i am affected by money and mentally. The parcel will send the Saudi Arabia Address or i take criminal action I want penalty more than 1 lakh. This is for my caution. Thanking you,

A acquaguard marketing executive installed a classic model acquaguard on 5 th JANUARY 2011, then same day that mechine not supplying water properly, I told that executive, then he replying you should install a anather machine i.e is a Iron remover, i say ok, installe that, after installing that machine again the same problem found. Again i told that executive, he replying that i will taken back that machine and will install a new machine, but till date i can’t found that executive or a new machine,

LG microwave

Dear Madam/sir
This is to in form you that our 2002 LG microwave had some problems working when all of a sudden a high voltage came.Then we called the service centre in your Ooty branch.The mechanic came the very next day.But since then i.e.22nov(Around this date only)2010 the microwave is still lying like this,despite so many telephonic conversations with Coimbatore head office & Ooty office also,it is still to be repaired.Please note that the PCB was taken by the mechanic for repairs.We have so many LG products at home,the good reputation of LG will only lead us to buy more products1Thnak you.

Dear Sir,

1. I have purchased one No. Eureka Forbes Water Purifier (NANO R0) from Vivek Limited, Royapetah High Road, Mylapore, Chennai 600004, vide their Bill No.11221014179 dt. 8th Jan 2011.

2. The same was installed at my residence on 13.01.2011.

3. Very same day, we noticed the water was leaking from one of the three tubes in the side of the unit and also from the Tap.

4. After waiting for a day, we informed the service Ph: 39883333 and after repeated calls by me, finally the technician Mr. Lakshnmanan came only on 24.1.11 i.e. after about 10 days.

5. Your Mr. Lakshmanan also confirmed three things. a) one of the pins in the motor was not connected at all. b) Another pin was wrongly connected to the motor. c) Due to the above reason, the motor was not functioning eversince the same was installed ( i.e. on 13.1.11 onwards)

6. When the motor was not functioning at all, only the tap water was directly coming out of the unit without any purification in between.

7. Due to the above reason, all my family memebrs had to use the non-purified water and finally everone in my family fell sick like cold, cough, throat infection etc.

8. What is more disappointing is, while your technician Mr. Lakshmanan was very much in my house informing me about the non funcitioning of the motor due to the reasons stated in point No.5 above, and when contacted your In-charge for the Tamil Nadu Operation Mr. Saravanan over phone after getting the phone number from Mr. Lakshmanan, Mr. Saravanan spoke to me in such an irresponsible manner, without even listening to the grievances of the customer. He just refused to listen to me and he is not at all interested in understanding the factual position; rather he was giving some funny explanations like the TAP will be leaking in case of any power fluctions. He should definitly u/stand that all the customers who purchase Eureka products are NOT fools to listen to what he says.

Finally he flatly refused to talk to me.

9. After the leakage is rectified by Mr. Lakshnaman on 24.1.11, to our surprise we again noticed on 25.1.11 morning the water is fully leaking from the unit throughout the night and kitchen and hall was full of water.

In view of the above, we are very much sure that you have supplied a DEFECTIVE WATER PURIFIER, knowingly or unknowingly and due to the reason only Mr. Saravanan also did not take any interest in listening to my grievances.

You are therefore hereby requested to replace the said defective unit installed at my residence with a new perfectly working unit, without any delay. In case you do not have any working condition unit, you may kindly return the money back to me immeditely.

A line of reply is very much appreciated.

Prestige Electric Rice Cooker

We have bought a Prestige Electric Rice Cooker 1.8 Ltr at Sarjapur Rd Prestige outlet. When we opened the new cooker and had plugged in to cook the rice, the button we press to cook was not operating properly.It was not going to the cook mode only. As it was a brand new one, we went to the shop and asked for a new piece,saying they can not replace a new piece,but would repair the same and return to us. We said we dont need want it and when we asked to return out money,they did not even return,instead they asked us to take some other product worth the amount paid for the cooker.
This policy was no where written on the bill.
The did not even mention the return policy on the bill.
Why should I take any other product which I dont want at all???
Also, staff named DILAN was the worst. Has no respect for customers and started abusing us….
Though they repaired the cooker and gave it to us, why is it that I should get a repaired one,instead of a new piece??
