Noise Pollution

Shakti Aluminum & Glass is a shop located at Trimurti Krupa-II, Yogi Nagar-Eksar road junction, Borivali West, Mumbai. This shop sells aluminium rods, frames and glass materials for household usage. The said shop carries out metal cutting activities in the open frontage of the shop resulting in high-decibel sound, measured in excess of 100 dB(A). The cutting activity takes place at various hours of the day, and lasts for hours with continuous emission of shrill and loud metal cutting noise. The said shop also carries out glass cutting in the open, resulting in glass shrapnel being scattered around the area creating a larger injury risk for general public.

expiry food item sale in our local market in purnea district by M/S subhash and company purnea bhatta bazar

Yesterday, WED04th 2011, I go to Food shop, m/s subhash & company, bhatta bazar, oposite sabji hatia market purnea to purchase food item. I picked several stuff from there, among the products I bought Lays Stax from there as well. After billing when I checked for the expiry date, it was allredy expiry item.
shop owner say to me ( tum mera kya kar loge, yaha main sabko yahi deta hu,)
I want to report this and request some strict action to be taken against the store so that they dont repeat.

Product not delivered even after payment

I made a purchase of double bed (Camizion Queen Bed) from Reliance Living (Mantri Mall , Bangalore) and paid an amount of Rs 21,000 for the same on 10th april,2011. I was assured of delivery by 22nd april, 2011 and they told that i will receive a call from their warehouse regarding the delivery. And since i didn’t receive any call, i called up them myself on 22nd at 080-22667298/99 where they told that they will check the status and get back to me, but none of them called back. Then i called up their manager “BUSHAN” who told that he will talk to warehouse people and will call me back. He called me back and told that he will tell me the status next day i.e 23rd april. He never called back, and much to my chagrin he stopped picking my phone. Then i called at landline no on 23rd itself then this time it was another person “KUMAR” who was again trying to fool me saying that its rainy season so they will do it on monday. It was only after my repeated requests that he agreed for the delivery on 24th evening at 6pm. But then again, it was the same thing. They never called and when i called it was plethora of excuses and assurances again. Their manager “BUSHAN” as usual never picked up my phone. And when i call their landline, either they don’t pick up or if they pick up they always assure they will respond back by talking to warehouse people which never happened.

It is very frustrating and time consuming calling them time and again. It appears that once they receive the payment they never care about the customer and customer is at their mercy. I left some important work to be at home only, on 24th when they assured that they would give the delivery and now i am feeling helpless when they are neither picking up my phone nor telling the status by themselves.

Please let me know if i can receive any help here.

Consumer number 9075 registered on the name of my mother Mrs Bani Chakravarty. Refill Cylinder was booked on 21/3/11, not yet delivered. Their
computer says booking was registered on 26/3/11. We have been facing this problem every month. Every time whenever we do the booking we are told that we will get the cylinder within 4 days, but we get it after 20 days. My mother is aged
(70 yrs). Called the office this afternoon and spoke to Mr. Parmar :- Very Arrogant
and Short Tempered person. I asked him for the number of his senior :- first he said
that his senior has gone out and has taken the mobile with him. When I insisted,
he gave me the number of Mr. Shravan :- 9833206433 :- Stupid,Arrogant and Rude
person. He blankly told me to come to the Office and speak as he does not like speaking and listening to customer queries on the phone. If the cylinder is not delivered on time, is HE or Tirupati Gas Service going to feed my aged mother.

As a suggestion :- Tirupati Gas Service should sack all its employees and shut
the Office.

Very worst services. I won’t go and purchase any items in this store in my life. I have bought System Table and they deliver the table at mid night 1:30 PM, we did not regognise the table delivered with damage(Two wheels are damaged and it is broken one side of the table, after 5 min we got to know). Immidiately we called delivery man, he told that will be replaced with new table tomorrow. After a day we keep on dialing the store & spoke to all the guys who ever take the phone(All the guys replied you case has been registered will replace with in day). We are still speak to them and finally they are asked us to return the damaged table and take new one(This service we need to do). I am from velacherry , if i take this item in our place i won’t be face this kind of problem. I never choose saravana store or saravana selvarethinam in my life to purchase any item.

pls ps help us v been tryin to complain that v have bought one bed from evok homedecor gurgaon on 19june2010 and since then v have been complaining that the bed was defective at the time of delivery. spoke to store incharge kuldeep , basanth and sandeep but everyone keep passin on the complain to another and its been 7month no one considering , then time of warrenty is also fr a year . please take our complain and do the needfull asap……. please v want replacement.

sir we had purchased a single bed from batra furniture ,4 kamal house,kirtinagar,newdelhi.the full payment of same was made at the time of order as was asked by the shopkeeper.however the same type of good was not delivered as asked for ,and when asked for the same,the shoopkeeper refused any such commitment.

I have purchased kurlon Apsara 60*80*4inch 1 no and 2 no 78*36*4inch mattresses from ABARANI ENTERPRISES,CA-MARKET,SALT LAKE CITY,SHOP NO 33,KOLKATA-700064.Cashmemo no 425 dt24.10.2010 for Rs 17,178.00. I Smita Das had purchased a 6-seater dining table from Elite Interiors,#6-3-852/4/A, Near Lal Bunglow, Opp. Syndicate Bank, Ameerpet , Hyderabad -16 with Bill No 571. I had made the full and final payment of Rs 9000/- on 1st January 2011. The showroom incharge had promised to deliver the furniture by evening of the same day. But the delivery was partial, with 3 chairs yet to be fitted. The delivery man had promised that the remaining 3 chairs would be delivered on 3rd January 2011 by 2pm. After repeated requests they did not deliver and started avoiding my calls.

It is very sad to give compalint regarding the delay in supply of Cyleder. In General, we can book the cylender only after 21 days of previous delivery & dealer will deliver the Cylender one week after booking. But in our case, we have booked the cylender on 9th Jan’11, but unfortunately till date ( i.e. 28th Jan’11 ) we have not received the cylender. The same is happenning from last 3 times. It is really painful suffering to us,, since it is taking really more than 40 days to get another cylender. If the same was escalated to the dealer management, they are not in a possition to speak, since they have not pained the similar problem with them. Hence pl look into & do the needful.

We are a resident of Sector 13 at H.No. 1456, in Karnal city. We are regularily complaining about the blocked sewerage connection from the main hole itself but no one is listening or trying to correct the sewerage. We put various entries in their complaint log book also but we are still suffering form the last 10 days. Can anyone concerned can get it done by the concerned authorities?

Sir,

My name is Kesh Singh and my consumer no. is 17481 with Nihal Gas Agency located at mayur vihar-II.

i have booked gas for refillling on 10th Jan 2011 through the phone booking (011-25517177). booking was confirmed by booking no. 5775743. after 10 days the filled cylinder was not delivered at our home, so i register a complaint on 22 jan 2011 (complaint no. 40008784). they assure me that the cylinder will delivered in 2 days and my complaint will be resolve. but today (27 jan 2011) yet i have not received the filled cylinder and my complaint is still pending. i called to the bharatgas helpline nos but they said that no complaint was made against my consumer no. so i have registered complaint once again (complaint no. 3215816).

i have faced these problems so many times previously so kindly look into this matter seriously.
