A courier containing my Pan card was delivered from bombay to my address at Raipur on 20th april vide Airways number – 20011643540 and reference number- 503101006165653161 ,the status as shown in the website is delivery on 26th April consignee reside ce locked ,which is not true.I again mention my address and request to deliver the document at the earliest .unfortunately there is no phone number or address of the companies raipur office or concern.

Dodia) am having a complain that the postman of our village(Mr.Karsanbhai Mensibhai Vaja) is not delivering the non registered letters and due to this we are not getting our important letters such as interwiew call letters and many more. Due to this we are facing many problems. So my request to you is that please please do something urgently so that we get a very good postal service.
