lack of action on general diary
My ATM card got lost on 26th March evening and some fraudulent user used id by buying something. I contacted my bank branch to inform the matter where I was informed that a FIR is must. But when I requested the PS they refused to provide the same.
I have lodged a general diary to Regent Park PS on 27th March morning with all the details.
Further I saw the video footage of the bank ATM and saw the person who took the card. I even got the details of the shop where the fraudulent transaction was done from my net banking account. On contacting the shop I was informed that a mobile set was purchased at that time on my name. I requested the MIN for that mobile and they provided.
More than 3 weeks have passed now and police haven’t yet started looking into the matter. I have all the details to help them. I feel that with all these details I have about the fraudulent user getting hold of him would be very easy. But without police intervention all these proofs and information would be of no use.
Moreover the behavior of the prison taking report is very rude and improper.
Its a pity that the safety of common people like us lies in the hands of such careless and misbehaved administration body.

well i had applied for the fresh passport for me on 04/10/2010. my file no is a034140. We finished our police enquiry on 19/10/2010. After three months the status for myself is seen as the police report has not been received. i had meet 3 times at dindoshi police station malad. officer said me that your documents are clear i m sending monday. but does not passport takes 3 months to come after police enquiry. I am totally going crazy. I even have to gave exam IELTS. I am waiting for my passport to come so that I can apply for the exam and visa. Can anyone give me assistance regarding the same

Im very afraid to lodge this complaint but also want to make sure that it goes to the concerned person to help me as well as the society from getting exploited by the police men.
My brother has been in remand since eight days now and his fault is absolutely nothing and my family members and I are being harassed by our landlord and the police often. We have logged a CIVIL case which is pending in the court where in the landlord has to give us 32 lakhs of rupees which he had taken from us for some business purpose but finally used it for personal use. Now he is not willing to give us the money back and also want us to vacate the place. Then he started harassing us for the same reason, but because he knows that he will lose the case, so he has logged a complaint agains my mom, dad and bro that when he came to ask for the rent, we bet him. And like this, he has turned the civil case to Criminal case. He has got the order from the court for investigating of the same, but the police, instead of investigating, had forcefully and mercilessly taken my brother to police station by snatching him from home on the morning of 7th jan 2010 at 6.15 am in the morning. And without warrant or notice, the police has put my brother behind the bars. Nobody is helping us. Even the advocate that we appointed on friday is asking for a lakh rupees so that they could get the bail for my brother and anticipatory bail for my parents who have done nothing. I have no clue where to go and ask for help. Everywhere I go, ppl ask for lumpsome amount of money which we cannot afford to provide.And I do not know how to get my brother out of the jail. Moreover, the landlord is threatening that he will detain my father also and is saying how will I and mother survive once they are in the jail. And on may occasions, the landlord has also tried to physically harass me and molest me and threatened that if I open my mouth, they will kidnap me and my family. Please help.. Im in total despair. The entire system is corrupted: the police who took my brother without warrant and notice. The Advocates who are wantedly postponing the dates of hearing so that they could make money luxuriously. I do not understand as to where will the commoner go if things go this way and so corrupted.Pls help me and my family… please.

I’m a daily train commuter.I board pondicherry passenger which runs between Tirupathi and Pondicherry.My boarding station is Arakkonam. Travelling in that passenger is a nightmare to many,as people who travel to Tirupathi turn so violent often that at times they will not even allow us to enter the train. This monday was one such day where when I tried entering into ladies compartment two of the ladies sitting near the entrance door refused to let me in.I went and complained regarding the same to a RPF who was on duty there.Instead of helping us out he started scolding me before the public saying that if you can do nothing how do you expect me to do something(I don’t know then why these people are standing there wearing uniform).He didn’t stop there he went on scolding me.I really felt humiliated before everyone.Is this how a RPF who is supposed to help us out behave with us?I didn’t take note of his name but he is the only RPF who will be on duty on eight platform in Arakkonam station.I kindly request you to take action against such RPFs who do not even know their responsibilities.

CID office where police clearance is generated for Indian Citizen. The whole department is handled by one person – API PATIL, VT branch. The corrupt Borude of CID office. I called him to ask my status of Police Clearance Certificate. He straight gave me his cell number, asked me to carry 8,000 Rs(real price Rs.100, already paid) and call him. He will come down to escort me and will give me the paper. HOW RUBBISH AND CORRUPT IS THAT. I registered a complain in police and the helpful official called him up and gave him a good lecture and also told him that don’d trouble me when I am reaching there. I then went there and gave him good attitude and collected my papers. But in front of me, he was troubling others. No fear of any inquiry or anything. Such people must be stripped in public and must not even be given the role of a clerk. Please show me the way to get these people punished, as no action has been taken against him yet.

As per the Addl Civil Judge and J.M.F.C. Anekal original suit NO. 341/1996. The matter was decided in 25th October, 2005. I got my share of land through the court. But when I go to take my land. The goons are coming to take my life and my life is in danger. They have captured my land illegally. One Mr. Fayaz Khan alias Babu whose number is 9902274550. This person is behind my life. He has captured my property illegally. I went to police station in Sarjapura Hobli and registered the complaint. The FIR no is C MIS No: 270/2010, dated 07/07/2010. The police has not taken any action, nor they are interested. Please listen to our pledge. We have been struggling and our life is in danger.
