sir my consumer no.is 619360. sir i have booked for gas on dt.26.12.10 & my booking no. was 10345 from sarathi gas agency cuttack orissa .But till today dt.20.01.11 ihave not recieved filling gas.
sir please look into the matter & inform me on my mobile & email ,punish those people who doing this offence regularly.

I booked gas for home delivery on02.12.10 but till today 19.01.11 not deliver. Whenever you visit there representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. And when you call on phone no-body response.
I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type service and it is regular happening with HP.

Am N.M.Prakash card num-6048631012798313..from Mysore…am a old and regular customer to reliance fresh in Mysore near panchavatti.
i purchased garam masala and i did not like the product so thought of returning it back but the staff manager in reliance fresh in mysore panchavatti did not agree to take it back…i went with the records…
when we cant exchange the products then what rights do we have being a regular customer..
we are very sad for this..kindly take some good response…hoping for the best..

today we purchased horlicks 500g there was a geometry box free with printed generally free items are given only after billing many a times we have to remind them today after payment when asked for free item there was no acknowledgement we were just kept waiting and after reminding they reliased that they dont have it but and when we wanted to return instead of giving courteous reply they lady rudely replied and one of the remarks was “we have not compelled you come and buy things,you want horlicks and it is here!” anyway we have left horlicks with reliance fresh murbad road kalyan pending as we did not get refund for the money paid by us for the same many a times things are purchased for the free items only esspecially for kids. hope you take necessary action, such unpleasant encounters creat unsatisfactory feelings.
