I am using Dish Tv connection having VC no:-01501587301 and also a child connection associated with it. My problem is that even after paying my dues of Rs 477 on time my dish tv connection is being deactivated twice since last two recharge. Last month i had deposited money via Easy bill payment from sector 21-c,Faridabad on 16/12/2010,my account was deactivated since Dish tv claimed that they had received the payment on 20/12/2010,there by charging me Rs 20 extra for renewal charges. Now again when i have made my payment via Easy bill on 14/01/2011,again my Dish tv a/c has been deactivated since 16/01/2011 and inspite my repeated complaints with dish tv my account has not been reinstated as on date 17/01/2011 by 1000hrs (i.e when i am writting my complain), reason being given is that they havent yet received the money by Easy bill group. Now I being a consumer is made to pay renewable charges of Rs 20 every time for no fault of mine.kindly help,since this seems to be a very well organised type of fraudulent extarction of money from us since how do i know who is doing the fraud’ Dish Tv or Easy bill group. It seems our money is being held up delebrately by Easy Bill group and hence generating interest of our combined money of consumer illegally and then paying late to the Dish tv group or Dish Tv is the culprit who even after getting the money on time is delebrately showing late renewal and charging Rs 20 on every recharge.Please help if u can. on 30th November,2010.I was misguided by the representative to issue a cheque in their favour which they told is the cost of Wifi modem.Later I understood its totally false.That were for the connection of IPTV connection.However,instead of encashing the cheque,they did nothing to give me connection of IPTV.I complained several time to their customer care section.But it was in vain.It seems that the company is cheating people and getting escaped as our Government favours the cheater most.

THERE IS NO RESPONSE TO THE CALLS DONE TO THE CALL CENTER. NOBODY IS BOTHERED TO SOLVE OUR COMPLAINTS.OVER 100 CALLS MADE TO THE CALL CENTER.BUT OF NO USE.THE TEL NO. 39407575 IS NOT AT ALL RESPONDING

on 10.1.2011 A representative name IMRAN from APPCO MARKETING INDIA PVT.LTD. visited to our office CHIEF SECRETARIAT, PONDICHERRY and told us there is offer for Govt.Servants.i.e. by paying rs.1490 we will get BIG TV dish with free installation and free south reginal pack for life time and alos we will get local channel and this offer end by today itself. This is for PONGAL OFFER.. After collecting the cheque from us the next day onwards his mobile phone is switched off. We wondering how such big reliance group giving such local people to market their BIG TV. When we enquire about our scheme to BIG TV reliance customer care they told there is no such scheme. After spoken to customer care three or four days we request to speak the representative to us. but till date the he didn’t contact. From this it is clearly shown Both BIG TV and APPCO MARKETING cheating the people with these rubbish representatives and swallowing our money. I request through this complain please take severe action and awarness among the people so that others cannot be cheated.

Dear Sir,
I, the above named indl is resident of Gurgaon and at present serving in Jodhpur (Raj). I have TATA SKY DIGICOM ID NO 1006697708. Due to recharge not in time the service deactivate but on 20th Jan 11. I paid Rs 300 for one month through agent but the same is deactivate. Request order to active the service
