I got various calls from Ms. Sneha of Orient Holidays (Goa) for becoming a member with them so that in return they wud gv me rentals for my club mahindra membership. for some reason i m not in a position to avail holidays of my club mahindra membership & as result my holidays r getting lapsed. Orient holidays promised me to gv rentals by selling my holidays. after several calls & emails finally i agreed as i was in need of money. I am single with 2 dependants n i had made it very clear that bcoz i need money i m beoming a member. this was from feb/mar 2011. this girl sneha said she already has rentals in hand. somehow i managed to Rs. 10,000/- towards their membership fees. But sadly I never got any rentals yet. They hv stopped talking to me. not reponding to my various emails. I need the consumer forum’s help so that not only we teach them a lesson but to get my hard earned money wch i paid for their membership. hello friends i have honest submission regarding club mahindra resorts, the resorts are of very good quality BUT accomadation is next to impossible.
1)initially i was a white season member , when ever i used to call them for a booking in advance of 6 months in any of the resorts in karnataka or tamilnadu I used to get a reply which said ” the resorts are full and you are travelling in a higher season”
2)Later i planned with in the season i.e white season , still i used to get the same reply ” OUR RESORTS ARE FULL ”
3)After having all these problems later i decided to upgrade my season to peak season member ship by spending extra money hoping to enjoy a vacation unfortunately now also i get the same reply. : (
4)The best part of the story EVEN AFTER UPGRADATION TO PEAK SEASON MEMBERSHIP I RECIEVE THE SAME REPLY RESORTS ARE FULL.
5)To BEAT all the above i called them recently for a stay in Goa, i got a reply that the resorts are full, later I called THEM AS A NON MEMBER IT WAS A SHOCK OF MY LIFE I GOT A REPLY THAT RESORT IS AVAILABLE OFCOURSE WITH A HEFTY PRICE”
With the above facts friends i have one conclusion CLUB MAHINDRA RESORTS ARE GOOD BUT DO NOT GO FOR A MEMBERSHIP, IF YOU WANT TO HOLIDAY WITH THEM BOOK IT PAY THE CHARGES FOR THAT HOLIDAY ALONE THIS IS MUCH MORE SENSIBLE & ECONOMICAL
ALL THE MEMBERS LIKE ME ,WE HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE APART FROM CALLING AND REQUESTING THEM FOR A VACATION FOR THE MONEY ALREADY PAID. : (

My organisation The Leprosy Mission Trust India had carried out a bulk booking at Star Beach Resort Colva, Goa for our Annual Conference. On 17th night I checked into room no. 101. On 20th Jan when I returned from the conference at 7.00 pm I found that my room was occupied by another guest and my belongings were removed from the room and dumped into another room without my knowledge. On enquiry I found my belongings in 2 different rooms. I complained to the receptionist and then the owner was aware of this. I left my luggage in another room of my colleague and went out for dinner making a request for some arrangement for my continued stay at the hotel. At 11.00 pm when I returned the receptionist just said that there were no rooms available. When I realised that there was no way the the resort was going to provide me a room I requeste them to send me a boy to help me with the luggage the receptionist on duty flatly refused. I tried calling the owner at 9822586704 and he kept disconnecting my call. Finally my colleagues helped me find a room in a nearby hotel and they also helped me in transporting my luggage. I find this an uncultured behaviour with a lady guest. I felt terribly humiliated in public – being thrown out of my room which was pre-paid. I could have been informed that they were in need of my room and I would have, after consulting the organisers found an alternative. The staffs of the resort had the audacity to even refuse help to transport my luggage. I very strongly think that this resort ahouls be blacklisted for such abnoxius behaviour with a lady guest!!

THERE IS A HOTEL IN MASAB TANK ROAD NO 1BANJARA HILLS, HYDERABAD CALLED BASRA PRIDE WHICH DO NOT HAVE A SUFFICIENT PLACE FOR PARKING AND THE CUSTOMERS IS FACING LOT OF PENALTIES WITH TRAFFIC POLICE HOW CAN A LICENSE IS ISSUED WHEN THERE IS NOT ENOUGH PARKING PLACE

Hello Sir/Madam,
I am vishal kamdar from Baroda, Gujarat. I have taken membership in country club india around 3 to 4 years back. I have completed my full payment. At the time of membership as usual many big big promises were made but till today not a single thing or services have been started in baroda. There is no office of this club here or not a single authorized person who can solve our problem. We really dont know from where to get help and solve our issues. Club is not developed at all no services are been given to members. plenty of time i have called up for this matter but no have replied till today. Hope you will people will help us out and solve out this issue.
