False Online Ticketing
Hi,
I had booked 2 online adult tickets for Wet N Wild, Gurgaon from the Kyazoonga.com website. I got a booking confirmation email too with a Transaction reference Code. However, when I reached Wet N Wild, they mentioned that they have stopped doing business with Kyazoonga.com around a year back, however, Kyazoonga.com didn’t remove Wet N Wild’s link from their website and are continue to cheat customers. I had to book 2 tickets again on the spot. I wrote back to Kyazoonga.com multiple times however got response only once saying that they will revert after investigation. Moreover, when I along with official from Wet N Wild tried calling Kyazoonga.com officials, they simply disconnected the call. I’m asking Kyanzoonga.com to revert my money (Rs. 527.58/-), however, they are not at all responding.
I wanted to write this in this forum so that if steps are taken from Consumer Complaints, Kyazoonga.com will not be able to cheat other people further.

packed food not allowed inside
Security at this amusement park cum mall does not allow packed food even Kurkure inside. It’s strange. It’s an unfair means to promote their food business. Why should I buy expensive food from the mall when I have got Lays and Kurkure.
On what grounds can they do it?

This is to inform that the website which they have posted is a fake one they show all this and cheat all customers who go there for having fun . i had a worst time in my life with my family members.i started my journey at 5:00 in the morning and reached there at 1:00 in the afternoon and after feeling cheated i left from there to bangalore and reached here at 12:45 at night.

Respected sir/ madam
In our area at chinchpokli west, there is garden, name abdulla brailve is developed by BMC but after development it has not been maintained by related department, due to this in garden at present grass has been grown at the large extendand also water started accumulating in the garden.
due to this nuisence of mosquitos and rat has increased, and surroundig area (shops , chawls) getting affected with maleria and many disease.
so as a civilian of mumbai you will take prompt action on this severe issue.

jagran days re coming near but there are no lighting facility in the garden so girls are feeling insecure p[lus there is als no security guard , its my knd request to u to take some serious action againts it & as fast as posssible.

My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in chennai.In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine,The manager at Chennai is not even attending the calls.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.No hogher officials telephone numbers are available for hte redresal.I register my complaint on 03.06.2010.Iam shifting our house to pallikarani AND i ASKED THE CUSTOMER CARE Executives to re install my machine at my new address.But they did not change the pincode in the new address and they told the fault is on me and i had given wrong pincode .They did not take any action even to call me and verify the address even they are having my mobile number.Even though my IFB washing machine is under warranty up to the end of may 2010 they collect my AMC amount on march 2010 .
