I am amazed as well as so damn annoyed at the behaviour and response of Samsung Customer care people. Their name is a misnomer…instead of customer care it should be known as Samsung harrasment service. I first called them on 5th April,2011 regarding my Samsung Top loading automatic washing machine…after several reminders ,one Nafis…technician from their Uttam Nagar service centre came.He checked the machine and told me that their was a problem with the pcb and pressure sensor and that he was taking it with him and would get it repaired. He told me that maximum it would take 4 days…after many days when he did not come back ,I called again . After few days he comes back with it and tried to fit it back ,but then himself realised it had not been repaired ..when i questioned him,he was apologetic and told me what could he do as he was just told to replace it as it iss and was not even given a new sparepart to replace it.I got the tel.number of the head of the Uttam Nagar Service centre and called up Mr.Suresh Yadav atleast 4 times ..each time he would come up with some flimsy excuse that either he was out of office orwould find out and would call back immediately …i felt so frustrated at the callous attitude of Mr. Yadav..he is certainly not competent to be given charge of Samsung Centre .
Then I started calling up 30308282 again but each time was told that they would send somone…I would keep waiting …but no one came . I even talked to 3 different supervisors of the Customer Care executives…and each time was told that their senior engineer would be coming…today when I called again was told that definitely he would be coming today …all lies.Is this the way customers are harassed for being stupid enough to buy Samsung products?…one does not expect this type of service from a company like SAMSUNG…I will never ever buy samsung products from now onwards and people please be forewarned that this is the type of harassment you will face if anything goes wrong and one has to call up their Customer care service…they care two hoots for their customers…all a big sham

I had purchased my front loading washing machine in the year 2003. After one year , it started facing drainage problems. Till now it is not working properly gaining more and more problems .I contacted the Videocon service centre(authorised service centre) in allahabad, but they said we can not repair any type of complaints in Electrolux front loading W/M.
It is my humble request to do the fair otherwise exchange this machine with other one.

I have extended my warranty on my whirlpool washing machine and the AMC people told me they will send a service engineer to repair my washing machine. but now they are not responding whenever i am calling.

LG repeatedly claims that the service would be attended in 24hrs which is a bluff.Our washing machine has been not functiong andthe comlaint has been lodged on 20/12.In the first place the complaint was noted down for TV.When I call the service centre he tells me that the complaint has been attended to and the required part is been indented for.All this when we have no LG TV in the house and no one has called us or come to the house.So whats going on at the service centre guys.The sevice centre tells me that it is not my problem that a wrong entry has been done.Whose is it then?This is the worst customer care I have come across.The cservice centre person was rude and abusive when I questioned him.It is Gayatri electronics of RAJAMUNDRY ANDHRA PRADESH.

Hi,
I WISH TO BRING TO YOUR ATTENTION THE LOOT BEING DONE BY YOUR FRANCHISES TO YOUR IFB CUSTOMERS.
i have purchased IFB SENATOR washing machine two years back. Its warranty period is over two months back. I have not taken the AMC till now.
I had a small problem of detergent suds coming out of detergent tray, for which i made a complaint to the call center and they had given the complaint to M/S PERFECT COOL SERVICE, D.N.NAGAR, ANDHERI-W, 02232240707, the local franchise of IFB. The technician called MR SANOJ visited my home on 20.12.2010 and after inspection of the machine said THAT THE TIMER IS DEFECTIVE AND NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. I told him , that machine has no problem , only detergent suds are coming out of the detergent tray. He tried to justify his stand and said that because timer is defective , it is throwing back all detergent through the detergent tray. I then asked him , what will happen if will not change the timer ( because i was having this problem , since many months and sometimes suds came out / sometimes not. To which he replied , that SOME BIGGER PROBLEM WILL HAPPEN , LIKE MOTOR / DRUM getting spoiled. Although i did not agreed to his argument, but fearing bigger loss , i agreed to change the timer. I asked him , whether he has brought new timer, to which he showed a timer from his bag, without any packaging ( in loose polythene ). It did not looked like a new timer at all nor it was present in company packaging / ifb logo.
To which he replied , that it comes like that only from company.
But , as i had no option, i agreed to change the timer. When he was changing the timer, i tried that he changes in my presence, but he objected and said IT WILL TAKE LOT OF TIME. Then i moved to another room and within five minutes he came out and said that the job is done. 5 MIN back he was telling me IT WILL TAKE LOT OF TIME and within 5 min the job was done.
After that i paid him rs 2584 for changing the timer and rs 331 as visit charges . Then he asked us that HOW MUCH DETERGENT WE USE WHILE WASHING CLOTHES. We showed him the scoop which we were using. To WHICH HE REPLIED THAT YOU SHOULD USE HALF THE QUANTITY WE ARE USING IN FUTURE. Then he left.
All this raised some suspicion in my mind and decided to do some research on internet / IFB manual. I was surprised to read in the IFB MANUAL and internet sites , that there TWO CAUSES of leaking DETERGENT SUDS from detergent tray-
1- USE OF EXCESSIVE DETERGENT
2- USE OF WRONG DETERGENT.
I felt cheated after knowing this and I UNDERSTOOD THAT MR SANOJ has cheated me for rs 2584 by raising false alarm for TIMER, I do not think he has changed any timer. He just showed me the timer initially and later on he took the timer back with him, saying that this is company policy. IF I HAVE PAID FOR THE TIMER, IT IS MY FULL RIGHT TO KEEP THE TIMER WITH ME. but he insisted and took the timer back
Then i called up the customer care and told the entire story to one executive. She just gave me a number of MR BARI-992095251 and asked me to speak to him. She said he is a company manager. I called mr bari and asked him his designation. He said , i am the owner of the franchisee.
I was surprised, but i told him the entire story once again, HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NO CONNECTION BETWEEN TIMER & MY PROBLEM OF SUDS COMING OUT OF DETERGENT TRAY. He assured me that he shall send another senior engineer mr pandey for checking and shall refund my money. But no one came from their side and then when again i called up the next day, he said that MR SANOJ shall talk to you and mr pandey shall visit you. Mr sanoj called me up and tried to justify his stand , to which i did not agree.
after that from last two days i am calling mr bari and is not taking my call. I FEEL CHEATED BY IFB . KINDLY RETURN MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST YOUR CHEATER FRANCHISE AND THEIR STAFF, OTHER WISE YOUR BRAND SHALL GO DOWN.
ALREADY THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF COMPLAINT IN INTERNET ABOUT IFB AND THEIR FRANCHISES. AFTER SEEING THESE COMPLAINTS I HAD BOUGHT SIEMENS DISHWASHER AND NOT IFB .
KINDLY SOLVE MY PROBLEM ASAP . OTHERWISE I SHALL GO TO CONSUMER COURT , INTERNET, MEDIA AND ALSO CREATE NEGATIVITY ABOUT IFB TO EVERYBODY.

I HAD PURCHASED SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE ON 12/10/2010 VIDE BILL NO 594 FROM M/S CITCO, 19, PARK MARKET, HIRAPUR DHANBAD, JHARKHAND. MY W/MACHINE MODLE NO :- WA82A5REC/XTL , SL NO W1225ZCZ90156 TOP LOADING FULLY AUTOMATIC, DIAMOND DRUM.
THE RETAILER HAD PROMISED TO GIVE A WRIST WATCH AS GIFT ITEM FROM COMPANY AND THE SAME HAS BEEN MENTIONED ON THE BILL, TILL DATE HE HAS REFUSED TO GIVE DUE TIO VARIOUS REASONS, SUCH AS (1) IT HAS NOT COME FROM KOLKATA (2) IWILL SEND SOMEONE IN PERSON TO KOLKATA (3) MY MOTHER IS ILL (4) I WAS NOT HERE (5) IT HAS COME, I WILL SEND IT TO YOUR HOME AS THE ITEM WAS OF HOME DELIVERY , ETC. SHALL I TAKE UP THE MATTER IN CONSUMER COURT, AS THE GIFT ITEM IS MENTIONED ON THE BILL

I had made a complaint about too much noise in the IFB washing machine on 25.11.10 – no.5474885. This complaint was closed without attending to the problem. I was asked to give another complaint which I gave on 11.12.10 – no.5546951.The bearings were changed but the problem continued so gave another complaint on 27.12.10 – no. 5625625. After a lot of follow up a person came on 13.01.11 and told that shock absorbers are gone and that he will replace them the next day. No action till date. Yesterday I received a call from IFB for renewal of the AMC. When I brought the pending complaint to his notice he said that he will come and check up the machine yday itself. He also told me that the no.of complaints are too high so there is a delay.

MY IFB WASHING MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING DUE SHIFTING OF HOUSE SO I MAKE A CALL TO IFB SERVICE CENTRE. MR. RANJEET COME TO MY HOME AND HE INSPECTED WASHING MACHINE AND HE TOLD THAT THE MOTOR OF THIS MACHINE IS NOT WORKING THEN MY MOTHER TOLD HIM THIS MACHINE IS WORKING VERY GOOD BUT AFTER SHIFTING OF RESIDENCE THIS MACHINE IS NOT WORKING AND SHE TOLD HIM IT MAY BE POSSIBLE ANY WIRE MAY BE LOOSE BUT MR.RANJEET TOLD HIM MOTOR IS OUT OF ORDER, WE HAVE TO CHANGE THIS MOTOR SO YOU ARE REQUESTED TO TAKE AMC AND AFTER THREE MONTH WE WILL REPAIR IT. AFTER THREE MONTH WE MAKE A CALL TO SERVICE CENTRE ON TECHNICIAN COME TO OUR HOUSE AND INSPECT THE MACHINE AND HE TOLD THEIR A WIRE IS LOOSE AND I HAVE FIT THE SAME AND THE MACHINE IS WORKING PROPERLY. SO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER THAT THE AMC CO. IS CHEATING THE PEOPLE. THEY CHARGED RS.2537/- FOR AMC AND THE FAULT IS ONLY WIRE IS LOOSE. FOR THIS I HAVE PAID RS.2537/- AND WAIT FOR THREE MONTHS AND PAID RS.1000/- PER MONTH TO MAID FOR WASHING OF CLOTHES. I INFORMED ALL THE STORY TO MANY IFB OFFICER AND AS WELL AS MR.RANJEET, HE TOLD ME YOUR MOTOR IS NOT WORKING I WILL COME TO YOUR HOUSE AND I WILL CHANGE THE OLD MOTOR TO A NEW ONE. BUT TILL TODAY MR. AS I bought the washing machine from shree sadguru sales corporation vikhroli(e)ON 11/01/11.I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT PERSON FOR DEMO WILL COME NEXT DAY THAT IS 12/01/11 BUT HE CAME ON 13/01/11 BUT THE WAY HE EXPLANING IT SHOWS THAT HE HIM SELF WAS NOT KNOWING HOW TO OPRATE.NOW WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OPRATE THE WASHING MACHING AS THE WATER IS NOT GETING DRAIN.SO PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS EARLE AS POSSIBLE.
