no response from service centre
I had registered a service complaint on 1 st of june , time 8 pm. Till date there has been no response from your service centre. When i called into check, i was informed that the technician will give a call either on 3rd evening or will report your complaint on 4 th st 11 am. Hence, i had taken a days off to be in the house, so that the technician does’nt have to go back finding the house lock. When i called them to know the status , they without any remose saying that he will attend the call if possible on 5th . I had logged in the complaint on 1 st and your sevice team has not visited till date , it is almost 72 hours over and we have brought a product of the trust that we will be given good service and support. now i feel that i had taken a wrong decission of choosing your brand , it is not the first time i have had this experience, it is the third time. I am send this mail this time is because of luke warm response of your staff and no care attitude, which has embrased me.

We do take the product as per the committment and assurance given by the your staff at the sales counter. But it is latter we find we have done a wrong decission of choosing LG brand for our house hold product. Now that i am in the verge of exchanging few of my home appliance, but the experience has pushed me not to take your brand. More over, one plus one is two and two plus two is 4 and 4+4=8, what i meant is word of mouth canvas can bring down demand for your product.This what had happened to Maharaja brand. Either you render proper support and honour your committment, else…………….. you can count on for .

Moreover please render proper training and guide them how to interact with customer with minimum committment for their salary they take.

My views, feedback & Complaint that I am facing with the After sales service provided by LG Electronics

I had purchased a LCB 32” LCD TV in 2008 through e-Zone in 2008 with S No. 807LPSY004534 and the same was working fine till 8th of December which led me calling your customer service.

Attached is the job sheet received from your service representative.

Customer service guys promised a call from support engineer within 24 hrs which happened.

· Service engineer who visited my house examined the TV and said that the board is damaged and needs to be replaced and cost will be INR 3800+ 1101 (labour cost).

· I agreed and board was replaced and settled but the issue was not resolved.

When contacted the person with the complaint, he said he will recheck the issue.. which did not happen for next 3 days. Again I had to call up customer care and speak to Mr. Praveen who in turn gave me area service manage Mr. Krishna Kumar and number which I have misplaced now who did not return the calls.

I then had to call up the person and threatened him that if he does not turn-up I will file a complaint in consumer court which led him to appear, when the panel was opened and board removed I found that the replaced one was not new one as he claimed but a refurbished one. Screaming at him he did acknowledge that this board was used by mistake and then replaced with another one.

Just after 5 months I face the same issue and my TV is dead. I have again registered a complaint with customer care with reference number “RNA110515049103”, can someone look into this and provide resolution to my complaint.

I would like to know if the attached sheet is what you present to customer as an acknowledgment which has no serial number or customer complaint number captured in it (Please refer attached PDF).

Labour cost of INR 1101 seems odd and would like to know what is the % of service tax is and labour cost in figure.

And for your kind information list does not end here have troubles with 1 ton split AC which came with a broken front door which is still not replaced.

Can I expect better service from LG electronics.

Hi ( To Whomsoever this may concern)

The background of this complaint is, I had booked a TruHD connection on 1st April 2011. As per your promise I got a call on Saturday (3rd) and that person Shekar promised to send the personnel on Monday/Tuesday. On Tuesday the engineer comes at 7.30 pm and does the installation of the Dish. When he tries to install the Set Top Box , the POWER ADAPTER DOES NOT WORK. This STB that he has got is supposed to be a NEW one but still it does not work. THIS IS THE FIRST AND FOREMOST MISTAKE. The engineer says that he will get the adapter the next day.

Finally I provide him an adapter which was my old Tata Sky connection and he installs the STB. After the STB is installed he says that the account will not be activated till the next day as the office is CLOSED. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE when we are paying a whopping Rs.3500. I accept this and as per his words leave the STB on the next day.

The next day i.e. Today, I try to call Mr.Satish (09739355585) and he does not receive my call, Shekar (9844240002) – the phone is switched off. Finally call the engineer who came for installation , he cuts the call and switches off the phone. So I have not received the ADAPTER YET. I come home and see that the connection is not yet activated. IT HAS BEEN 24 HRS AND THE CONNECTION IS NOT YET ACTIVATED, THE PERSON RELATED TO THIS DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. This is not at all acceptable.

I have paid Rs. 3433 to Shiva Shakthi Associates, Bangalore receipt number : 1606.

This service on the first day of the connection is not at all acceptable, as the Indian Government has a facility for Consumer Compaint reporting, I have all the trace of the transactions. As per norms I will wait for DishTV’s response for the customer request (this one), failing to which I will have to raise a Consumer Complaint.

I hope you understand the problem of the customer and respond to this immediately.

We purchase New T.V.of samsung companyModel C521B860ALAXXTL from M/s Bedi & Company,Main Bazar Kiratpur sahib vide Bill No.241 dt,25/08/2010 and gothome delievery.But this t.v.is totaly defective piece and its colour is out of order and sound is also abnormal.Dealer refused to change the piece and advise us to lodge complaint with samsung.we lodged the compaint with samsung but till date No company engineer came to us.Please help us to replace the our T.V.set as soon as posible.

I HAD REGISTERED COMPLAINT FOR THE VIDEOCON TV FOR PICTURE TUBE IN BANGALORE CUSTOMER CARE. AFTER 2 DAYS THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED & CHECKED THE TV. THE SOLUTION FOR THE COMPLAINT WAS JUST KEEP THE TV TURNED TO ONE SIDE & THERE WILL NO PICTURE TUBE PROBLEM. 3 MONTHS BACK THEY REPLACED THE TV-TUBE, I HAVE DOUBT ABOUT THE TUBE NOW.
I WOULD REQUEST EVERYONE NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM VIDEOCON. THE QUALITY IS HORRIBLE & WORST. PLEASE BAN ALL THE PRODUCTS FROM VIDEOCON. EVEN IAM FACING PROBLEM WITH VIDEOCON DUAL SIM HANDSET WHICH UNDER WARRANTY

hello, this is lakshmi here. i got videocon tv (29 inches) from girias showroom in bangalore in july 2010. it got repaired in the second month only, i called up customer care for 20 times, and nobody has come to give service. and only once one guy has come and told that it is fault piece and nobody turned up after that.

I had booked a complaint bearing No.8413391269 on 23.12.2010 complaining about the SAMSUNG LCD which is not getting on and till date there is no response and whenever I call, I am being directed to some other number and only to ensure that my LCD warranty lapses, SAMSUNG is waiting so as to avoid repairing it. i was informed that motherboard in the LCD is damaged and till date they failed to rectify the defect or replace the LCD with a new piece.

my sister purchase a LG TV on six months back, now it is not working, she is complainted in trivandrum customer care comp. no. RNA110118035165 on 17.01.2010. but still date nobody is come their home and rectify that complaint. so pls. take further actions. and give replay to me what we can do for further actions.
