Complaint lodged on toll free no. provided by LG. on 02/12/2010. No response despite repeated calls done to inquire why service engineer has not responded. Website claims prompt response within 2 hrs. Its been days now.
No reply to mail sent as per website address provided.

Myself Rakesh Jindal running a mobile shop named ‘Pick & Speak mobiles’ at Jawahar nagar Hisar, gali no. 8, with my cousin Neeraj Jindal. We have issued flexi recharge sim having no 9996968615. But from last 3 months we are facing a problem in getting it recharge from our distributer M/S Kamla Interprises at Dogran muhalla, Hisar (Haryana). Problem is that due to single distributor in this area they are showing their monopoly and compel us to buy 25% recharge coupons of total flexi recharged amount. Same is available in the market at high commission rates then provided by them? It is also to be notable that Coupons are not provided at retailers demand. They provide us only Rs.20/- (full talk time for one day) coupons in which they earn huge margin(privided @ 3% less, last time provided by them @ 8% less by them). If same is not followed they refused for flexi balances. They are looking only for their own benefits and also not following up the company’s standards and rules set for customer and retailers.
We have taken up the matter with your official Mr.Balraj, Mr.Rajiv Bahal (9896278213) and some other officials. But they always favor the same. It is affecting our business and your company’s values a lot. We can’t expect such kind of monopolistic action by a distribution of a leading professional company in this country and world. While there is no such rules in some other company that one have to buy the recharge coupons also with flexi amount. In this time of cut throat competition when all companies are looking for getting more and more MNP in their favor this irresponsible behavior of distributor is not acceptable.
Kindly be noted that retailers are the mirror for the company’s policies to the customers and we can’t ignore role of retailer in this business. If ear is not given to our call it will force us to give call to customer in favor of some other company. A customer and retailer have many options but company has option none other than to connect more and more customers. Then how your appointed representative is showing like monopoly in the market? It is all very surprising for all of us retailers in this area. Here we are losing 5-10 new customers every day. Behavior of your senior officials is not good even they don’t pick up our calls for resolving problems.
Your good-self is kindly requested to intervention the same as earliest and arranges to resolve the same. Also arrange to conduct a survey team of officials for finding and resolving out retailer’s problem in all Hisar area. Some early favorable action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

WE REGISTER OUR COMPLAINT WITH THE COMPANY SERVICE CENTER ON 15-12-2010 BUT NO ATTENTION HAS BEEN PAID TOWARDS OUR COMPLAINT FROM LAST 2 MONTHS. WE REMIND THEM REGULARLY FROM LAST ONE MONTH BUT NO ATTENTION HAS BEEN DULY PAID.THERE IS HUGE LOSS OF OUR DAILY FOOD ITEMS WHICH WERE STORED IN THE REFRIGERATOR. Company service center machanic tack the Rs.200/- But not refrigrator problem soul,This infromation custmer care person Uday Dikshit & Prasad note down date 5.1.2011 3.00pm ,But colling Date 21.01.2011 to custmer care old complaint is close becouse two time contact in custmer care I told the complaint cunsumer cort after gote the complaint no.THA2101110292 & sent this sms “Dear Custmer, your complaint will be sreviced by our engineer Anwar & this contact number is 9226361460″ Before 15 days contact to Anwar but not this complaint soul, Now didnot contact to Anwar.

I’ve unfortunately bought a Samsung refrigerator 18 months back, after its first year itself the the shelves of the door got broken and now the vegetable box is also broken(such a poor quality of plastic used). Anyways that’s expected, but what is more annoying is that, when we approached Samsung’s Kamani, Kurla Service Center in Mumbai for the spare parts, they first told that since we are nearing Diwali season the parts are not available and they’ll order and get it available post Diwali(they very nicely took our nos too for call back). However its over 2 months now, no one has called back and on our re-approaching now they are confirming that the manufacturing of such parts has been stopped and they’ll not be getting any fresh lot…!!!
It’s a fairly new model, how can Samsung claim that no parts will be available henceforth?
Why was it not informed us 5 months back itself when we approached Kamani, Kurla Service Center??
What do we do with a 20,000 waste refrigerator with no Door Shelf and no vegetable Box???
Neither Samsung’s service center has been able to help nor the Customer Care, Service center says that you tried checking with Distributor, Vijay Sales(largest distributor in Mumbai) asked us to approach Customer Service, Customer service says that they only take Sales order on call, but no Service related query is taken on customer care, for that we need to approach Service center. The same loop is never ending. I don’t understand what kind of Customer center is this which on takes new product sales request and no service request call center is setup???

I had purchased a videocon sensi floor double door refrigerator on 30-10-2007. One fine day my Refrigerator stopped functioning and I had complained to the Videocon customer care. And based on the complain the repairer had replaced the gas and D/timer (on 25-08-2010 and 02-10-2010) and even charged for it Rs.1900 despite shelling out the above stated money the refrigerator has not been functioning. I had put up many complains to the Videocon refrigerators, the repairer would come home and enact some repair and says it would start working within an hour. I had got vexed up calling the Videocon Refrigderators since no serious action is being taken with skilled technicians. I thereby request you to please take an action.
