CANON EXECUTIVE MS. POONAM TOLD THAT SHE/CANON MAY NOT BE ABLE TO HELP IN THE MATTER AND DIVERTED TO SHAHNAWAZ KHALID THE MUMBAI AREA SALES MANAGER.
