NOT WORKING

MY Printer MFC-240C IS NOT WORKING ,ALTHOUGH I REFILLED ALL CARTRADGES ,BUT THE MACHINE SHOWS PLEASE REFILL THE CATRIDGES.

PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM BY SENDING A ENGINEER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

I have purchased HP Officejet J 3608 All in one printer with Sr No: CN9415N072 from INDIAN EXPORT IMPORT Co. Shillong vide invoice no: 998/09-10 dt 08.12.2009. Previously, in the month of march,2010, the adopter has stopped working. However, after a lot of persuation, the item was repaired in two months and was delivered in May. The adopter has again stopped working for the last four days. Item was taken to Life Line, Shillong,the authorised service centre for servicing but they refuse to attend and informed that the complaint has to be first login with HP and after their direction they will do the servicing. It is requested that your authorised service centre may please be directed to attend the deffect immediately as I am facing a lot of inconveniencve due to non functional of the printer and was very much harrased in previous rectification

I had given my HP Photosmart C6188 All in one printer with Serial No: MY6B8H425K. for Paper Jam/ squeaking roller noise while scanning to the authorized service provider here in Pune on 28.06.2010.
The service provider is
Redington India Ltd, 201-206 Sheetal Plaza, off F.C. Road, Model Colony, Pune 411005.

The work order number given by Redington is PU/10/1068. The engineer Mr. Mayur there assured that they will call me with the status of repair within 48 hours, but even after more than 1 week I didn’t receive d any call from them. I have contacted Redington daily for the repair status, and was told that printer is ready but they cannot rectify Noise problem due to unavailability of Spares. On 15th July 2010, I personally went to Redington; they returned the printer in totally not working condition as error messages such as “INK SYSTEM FAILED” / “PUMP MOTOR STALLED” kept coming.
The engineer bluntly told me it is not repairable.

I am very upset with the service provided by HP’s authorised service providers as to how a working printer is rendered useless by these people. Now I want HP either to repair the printer or give me a replacement printer for goof up caused by the service provider and their negligence.

Sir,
I am very sorry to say that HP is such a big concern and fails tokeep its promise. I am having a very old printer HP deskjet 3323 the printer CD is misplaced and when I downloaded it from he net it ran for three days and than the printer stopped. Suppose now I want a CD of the printer nobody is ready to help. Noone has the CD becuase the printer has become obselete as per HP people. Agreed but if a customer is facing problem what will he do? People at HP says replace the printer. It is very easy to utter such words. You think that what ever you purchase at a certain time it gives some problem than will u change it or try to rectify the fault. Pl help or suggest some alternate arrangement.

Samsung SCX 4300 printer has been installed.But whenever we are trying to print any document it the defaault printer(which is samsung scx 4300 itself) does not print it and the printer icon in control panel showes error symbol.

On my HP Printer (Officejet 4355) I am getting a message “Cartridge Error” and I tried giving it for Service at the HP Authorized service agent. I paid close to Rs. 1500/- and even after the service, I am getting the same error. When I contacted the Service center, they claim that the printer has to serviced again on chargeable basis. I have tried servicing the printer 3 times so far.

HAD PURCHASED CANON MP287 PRINTER THROUGH STAR CJ ALIVE ON 16.JAN.2011 AND RECEIVED IT TODAY THE 18.JAN.2011.

ADVERTISEMENT ON STAR CJ ALIVE DISPLAYED FREEBIES AS REEBOK GLASSES, TRAVEL VOUCHER AND GIORDANO WATCH (TO BE CLAIMED THROUGH PIXMATIME.COM). I RECEIVED THE GLASS AND TICKET WITH THE PRINTER, HOWEVER, WHILE CLAIMING THE GIORDANO WATCH THROUGH PIXMATIME.COM SITE, I MENTIONED REGISTRATION CLOSED ON 10TH JAN, 2011.

WHEN I HAD ORDERED THE PRINTER ON 16.JAN.11 (POST 10TH JAN) THE ADVERTISEMENT AND THE TELE EXECUTIVE TAKING THE ORDER COMMUNICATED TO ME THAT I WILL GET THE GIORDANO WATCH FREE ALONG WITH OTHER FREEBIES, HOWEVER, WHEN I CALLED THE TELE EXECUTIVE OF STAR CJ ALIVE THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT CANON OFFICE AT 1800-1803366. CANON EXECUTIVE MS. POONAM TOLD THAT SHE/CANON MAY NOT BE ABLE TO HELP IN THE MATTER AND DIVERTED TO SHAHNAWAZ KHALID THE MUMBAI AREA SALES MANAGER.

I AM CUSTOMER WHO WATCHES THE ADVERTISEMENT ON TELEVISION AND ORDERS FOR THE PRODUCTS, ALONGWITH WITH FREEBIES AS BROADCASTED IN THE ADVERTISEMENT . THE VERY BASIS OF ORDERING THRU ADVERSITSEMENT IS FREEBIES ALONGWITH THE PRODUCT ORDERED.

IF I AM UNABLE TO GET THE WATCH-AS BROADCASTED IN THE TV ADVERTISEMENT , THE SAME SHOULD NOT BE SHOWN OR NEED TO BE COMMUNICATED WHILE PLACING THE ORDER ON TELEPHONE. THIS LEADS TO MISLEADING CUSTOMERS.
