Dear Sir/madam

I take the addmission in master in civil cadd at cadd center in thane branch in 2008.Daily I attend the course but i do not know without any intimation the cadd center is closed.After few month later my colligue in cadd center Mr.Dhanjay Dheshmukh who call me & told to collect the certificates from new branch opened at Gokhale Road near mango shop thane W.I go there & ask for certificate & balance remainig course but that madam not ready to take the class also regarding certificate she told me spoke with Mr.Ibrahim who is sitted at Andheri RO office.I verbally spoke with him also tralling mail regarding help.He give me assurance but till date he is fail to complete the commetement that cmplete balance course also my certificates.Till date I have not gotted the certificates..

Plz help me.

I have taken admission in the Aptech centre in Gurgaon sector 14 (old DLF colony). I paid Rs.14891 for VB6 and VBA and they did not take my classes properly. They took all my money in first weekend itself. On 11th Dec I went there, I was asked to go back. The faculty said he was not prepared for the class and asked me to go back. On 12th Dec when I went one of the girls in the office told me that Sir is not coming today. But then I saw Sir in the centre itself. I dont know why she lied straight in my face. When I went and asked sir whether he is taking the class, he said today he has to go somewhere. Moreover the faculty is not at all experienced in VB. He only looks from a VB e book and writes the codes, if I ask him anything like a practical application he is like blank. I dont need to pay around 15000 for such a learning right? I can do the same by going through the hundreds of online tutorials !! I joined Aptech thinking it is a good institute, but I am very disappointed. I asked them to give me my money back, however they refused. I am not some kind of naive student that they think they can fool me. I work as an Analyst . It is very unfortunate the way they are treating someone from corporate. Moreover they also said as part of my training they will develop an application however the faculty is not competent enough to answer my queries leave alone developing an application.I have complained to their customer care but even they are not interested in helping me. I am really frustated by their attitude. Why do they even keep customer care centres when they are not ready to help their customers.

My Name is Madhu Bala Gautam,I am a student of 2007 batch student having Reg.No.200715772.The Institue takes all the fee in one time at the of enrollment which I paid at the specified time.First attempt of examination is free,In sep 2010 month I wanted to book my exam slots,thatswhy I sent a examination form with 8 subjects for the month of Dec 2010,Jan 11,feb 11,march 11 & apr 11.But I could not able to book exam slots,when i called to their Pune center,They told me that I can not book all exams at a time,I need to Resend the examination form only two months in prior whenever I want to book exam slots.In Dec 10 month again i wanted to book my exam slots but they refused to allow me book exam slots and demaned money,when I aksed that first attempt is free than why are u demanding money again?even u did’nt process my examination form? but they are not ready to listen anything.I am very upset,I have already paid all the fee,Now they are not allowing me even book my free attempts.This is a fraud institue,working only for their monetary gains.

Dear students, I feel bad about your feelings.

Really, all this happens in every NIIT centers. This is my experience at NIIT Camac Street Center, Kolkata. NIIT PLAYS WITH STUDENT CAREERS.

Nobody is there to listen you. The faculties, center heads, etc all are corrupted and know nothing except MONEY.

NIIT will soon give you here some bulls**t email id in which if you register any complaint, they will start harassing you making your life miserable.

Also start looking jobs from now itself as they cannot provide jobs. They conducts false grooming, interviews. ALSO DON’T SIGN ANY PAPER FROM NIIT UNLESS YOU JOIN THE COMPANY FOR AT LEAST ONE WEEK. NIIT FORCE STUDENTS SIGN JOB RECEIPT PAPERS SO THAT STUDENTS CANNOT CLAIM THE NON-RECEIPT OF JOB.

SO BEWARE !!!

myself KHUSHBU from punjab

In month july ,me & my friend got admission in alpine institute of aeronautics ,Dehradun for doing aeronautical enginering . For that ,I gave them rs.25,000 at the time of admission and rs. 86,000 at the time of joining .My frnd gave them rs.25,000 at the time of joining .

After a week ,me & my frnd relised that it is not good colleg for doing enginering because of following reasons:
1. teachers were not trained for taught aeronautical eng.
2.the colleg is mainly concentrate on aircraft maintance enginering which was actually a
diploma.

so, because of above reasons me &my frnd left the colleg after one week of joining the colleg. The institute refund only rs.43,500 to me .
we were doing case in our in our district consumer court but it was in favour that student will get the fee back from that state where she was left the colleg or studying. for the case, we gave rs.5500 to the lawyer.
after three months ,he told us that case was refered to dehradun consumer court.
sir ,plz help us. Dehradun is much far from our city & also we are not able to go their because of many problems
sir, i am meritorious student in both 10& 12 class & also national athlete.Because of that institute i AM dropping my this year . plz help us to refund our fee of rs.67,500.
I shall be thankful to u for this act of kindness

Recently a company(fraud) called ‘BHARAT SHIPPING
LIMITED’ has launched the all india campaign of
‘AIMNET (All India Merchant Navy Entrance Test),’.
i appeared for that, the exam was online n u can give
from any where, frm ur home cyber cafe n all….
i got selected for that n give a huge amount of rs.
4,30,000.
they claim to have 7 ships and 10 year old company,
which is all ‘FALSE’.
They are not registered by ‘Direcorate General of
Shipping’, niether do they have RPS no. or RPSL no.
which is mandatory for every shipping company.
on my further inquiry i found that their registere
account wit AXIS BANK is just two years old and they
have a rented office.
The company dosent have any owner.
when i asked Capt. Gurucharan Singh and HR Manager
Sneha Yadav to refund my money , they simply
denied.
THEY ARE NOT ANY SHIPPING COMPANY , NEITHER A
SERVICE PROVIDER..
plzzzz mah friends dont invest in dem…
GO FOR IMU or any other institute of repute !

sir I am karan gautam desai was student of IIJT.I have join the institution on 7/8/2010.
My Id no is 475703 I have join the course of PC NEXT with you branch of pune center name IW02103
due to some resaon I could not complete the course. I inform this to the head person of instituted
in the month of october and my his permission I stop come to instituted.At that same time I have also asked
for my money which I have paid as course fees. I have paid RS.13000/- as essential amount asked my instituted
i.e down payment. After that I have paid three installment of RS.2643/- The total amount paid my me is
RS.20930/- I have study in the instituted only for 2&half month. In which I have study only A+.
I request you that by cutting the amont of A+ kindly granty me remaining amount because I am not in poistion to
complete the course so I have decided to discoutinue the course. and I also like to inform you that I have call
to Head office of INFOTECH on 01244251413 on which I have issuerd by the person that I will get back my money
the person also tell me that in case when student is not ready to complete the course at that situtition IIJT give
remaining amount to that student.So I kindly request you to give back my money as soon as possible.& one more thing they are not give now my money
