I has bought a Samsung computer from I. P. Computer on 07-12-08. Invoice No: 0470809.

For the past 4 months i am facing problem with the monitor. i Had given complaint in the Samsung Service centre on 15th April(complaint number: 8423547386). Today is 16th may and yet no reaction from them. Each time i call them, they assure me that their executive will visit me in a day. but no one has come to diagnose the problem.

I request you to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible

I Gave my laptop to HP for the repair on 4th april 2011 and its been 24 days and they are not able to trace my laptop. I called staples and HP both, HP’s customer service is so bad they are just giving me run around and not giving me the exact solution. I bought this laptop on 15th december 2010 and with in 3 months the laptop stopped working. I should have not bought an HP laptop. I hope this thing gets resolved soon.

Dear Sir,

I have bought my Lap top at Jan 2011, in these three and half months, more than Past TWO and Half months I am facing the issues with My DELL laptop like “BATTERY IS NOT WITHSTAND FOR MORE THAN 30 TO 40 MINUTES AND PEN DRIVE PORTS ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND SYTEM GETTING OVERHEAT AND SYSTEM AUTOMATICALLY GETTING SWITCHED OFF AND SWITCHED ON AND SYSTEM HANGING”, etc.

I am facing these many issues, for that I have contacted dell service for past TWO and Half months. They are keep on changing my laptop parts only (Motherboard Second time and Battery Fourth time and some other parts that for I am facing the problems in Pen Drive port and overheat and automatically system getting switched off and switched on) but it not at all giving any improvement. Instead of that it keeps on increasing my problems one by one so I am fully dissatisfied and fed up with DELL LAPTOP. Actually I bought my laptop for my PROJECT USE but I am unable to use the laptop for what purpose I have bought (my studies purpose). My Laptop is sitting ideally in my home. I don’t know what to do. From Dell side I am not getting any problem resolved solution. They are doing experiment with my system and they are manipulating the things and keep on changing the parts only, if DELL keeps on doing like this how my laptop will be fit for long-term?? I am not buying for one year purpose I bought for my own personal use I have spent around Rs 39000 for this laptop but I fell very badly about the dell service.
Just check how many times I have made a call to customer service but there is no use in that. They are simply manipulating and sayings do this that etc. Every time they are giving assurance, if you will facing the same problem again we will replace the system but still now I did not get new system and my problems also not yet resolved instead of that the problem keeps on increasing one by one. Last time they have taken the new system request, after two days they said your request has rejected. I don’t know whats going on. I am fully dissatisfied with DELL. I believed dell is good that’s why I have bought it and I have recommend to my friends also but now it’s totally in the opposite side.
Please do the needful.

I had given a monitor for repair in September 2010 and I was told it would cost around Rs. 700. After that the person went absconding for two weeks and on enquiring said the display has also gone so it would cost around 2k. I asked him to return the monitor and thats when I came to know that he has CHANGED the entire display panel and has replaced the genuine one. When I took this to the notice of Justdial people (They had recommended him), he went on saying lies after lies and said if proved he will give a new one. Whenever I asked him to come to the dealer, he never showed up…. Even after 6 months, if I call and ask him, he will say I have ordered for ‘some thing or the other’ and asks to wait for another 2 weeks. I think he has already sold my monitor! Please help

Mr. Anurag derive this company, he recruit fresher student and promise to 3 months training & after that job,according to contract during training period he provide 3000 per month as a conveyance charges & he take 12500 Rs.as a security money. which is refundable after 3 months as a contract basis.but he don’t refund the money and don’t give any conveyance charges to the innocent students…

this company should be closed as soon as possible

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My name is Nilam S. Patekar. I am staying at kalachuki near cotton green station. I am purchase 5130 nokia express music cell from vijay traders shop of Lalbaug as on 30.01.2010.
First problem of this cell is the clearity of camera i.e. when I want capture any image , there is colourful littile pixles on the screen.
second one is that when i am talking woth opposit person my cell phone hang means display totally vanished. And when i press arrow button then it will come.
In the month of Augest , oftenly my cell hang.

so i gone to Lower parel nokia gallery. and they scan my memory card and tell me that you can download the songs from computer after scanning and not from bluetooth.

I want ask you why you add the bluetooth featur in this mobile. if you are advising take the song from computer.

And the same problem happned with my three office collegus . And they are not interested to go to nokia gallaries, becuase how many cube for this defective cell they already know that.

this month same problem happened with my cell ,and i go to Hindmata gallery where they saying there is major defect in cell and they sending it to Delhi.

I want to ask you i.e. If you know that all that 5130 slot are defective, why you sold it to customers and cheat them .
