Denial of proper service at Big bazar customer counter
I purchased 8 items on 23rdDec 2010 from Big Bazaar (Future value retail LTD), Sector-III, Salt lake, Kolkata-700106 counter making a total of Rs.1039.00 which inadvertently got debited twice though BIg Bazar POS (POS # 178970 and 179005) via my SBI debit card (Card # 6620 180015000064889)
On complaining the same on 10th Jan ,2011 via personal visit, the official at the Accounts deptt had confirmed that they are taking up the matter and the same would be resolved in next 7 days. They would also get the amount credited in my account which got wrongly debited.
To my utter surprise, when I did not receive the money even after 7 days and when my wife called them up they refused to accept the call stating that they were very busy and they would get back in proper time which unfortunately never happened even after 4 -5 days
The next time I had called them up on 22nd jan,2011 they told me that it was not possible for them to refund the money and i personally need to visit SBI, Park Street my home branch to get the money refunded.
Sir, I too work in a Private Bank with lots of responsibilities on my shoulders and it is indeed not possible for me to leave the branch and visit SBI bank branch at odd hours.
When I requested them for assistance they said it is not possible for them to assist me anymore as lots of similar cases are also pending for months
Though, i have received the money on the intervention of one of SbI offiicial who is also my relative, but the callousness of the Big bazar staff can’t simply be forgiven.
Requesting the concerned authority to take action against such harrashments to the consumers by the reckless staffs of Big Bazar Salt lake Sector III.

i read their adv. in tamil news paper dhinakaran for Rs.2999/- reebok shoes, track suit,bag & mty sunglass and i booked on 23/12/2010 then they call me & confirmed my addr. and sent a VPP post on 19/01/2011 after paying Rs.3400/- I was shocked to find only xerox paper & waste paper.
The India today bagit today have cheated me and after several complaits i have no reply from them.

I got a call from bagittoday in september that i have won prize of 25 thousand cash but i have to order an item which i ordered. but after paying money they told that it is diamond voucher which i can buy anywhere without any term and condition. but after few days of order they told that i have to buy it from surat diamond and it is discount voucher. they also promised to give it within 10 days.it is now four months and i have not recieved anything. please take serious action against such CHEAT websites.

Dear Sir/madam,
I have purchased (for my husband)Track suit for Rs.3700/- from Reebok situated at Rajpur Road Dehradun on date 25/12/2010,piece which I have purchased found defected, When I went to exchange(21/01/2011) the same employees at the showroom are not even listen anything they were asking for bills and I do not have bill, I told them to check their records they totally refused to check although I have exact date of purchase, We both( me and husband) did above Rs. 15000/- on that date,We hve not washed that track suit till date but the whole lower is in bubbling
kindly register the complaint and help me out,
should not purchese any item from Reebok again…………..

1. reeboc sports shoes size= 09 no. of bata co.
2.reeboc trak suit size=xxL i.e.44.
3.reeboc sun glasses.
4.reeboc bag.
5.numero uno wrist watch.
for Rs.3500/-.
sir, i have assured “bag it today”co. to pay the amount when i will get the kit.unfortunately neither i have receieved the kit nor companies answer till date. so i request u to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. i wish to hear from u soon. thanking u in anticipation with warm regards.

There was a free watch associated with this.The watch as been received by us.
But till now no news on the Reebok shoes and other items. The amount of Rs.3699, has been deducted from my credit card.
So please let me know if we will get the shoes or is there any way to get our money back.
We are totally frustrated with you people.

I purchased one Men’s Round Neck Rugby T-Shirt from Tradus.in on January 06, 2011. (Order ID:1195530).But till today I have neither received the product nor any communication from the Company. When I tried contacting their Gurgaon office at 0124-6749000, the receptionist simply said that Tradus Employees do not pick calls, you need to e-mail them. Why they don’t talk to customers, coz they will be exposed.
They claim that if they will not be able to deliver the product in 5 days than they give full refund which is a completely false statement.
After sendinf the E-mails also….I got the same Automated E-mail.
I want to expose this company to everyone..please do not purchase anything from this website. You will simply waste your money on them.
