INCREASE DEATH BENEFIT, ASSURANCE OF BENEFIT PAID TO MY NRE INDIA BASED BANK ACCOUNT

issue 1:- I NEED NOW EMAIL BASED CONFIRMATION THAT :-YOU WILL NOT ASK ME EVIDENCE AT THE TIME OF VESTING AGE TO ME OR TO BENEFICIARY (AFTER MY DEATH) THAT , UNLESS WE PROVE THAT EACH PAYMENT IS MADE FROM NRE BANK A/C, THE DEATH BENEFITS CAN NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO MY NRE ACCOUNT.
issue 2:- bahrain office do not answer against my written application to increase death bemefit for both attached policies. i personally visited in bahrain, in their office, a month ago.
ISSUE 3:-I NEED JURISDICTION AUTHORITY TO TAKE YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TO COURT. INDIA BASED OMBUDSMAN REFUSES TO LISTEN MY COMPLAIN AS POLICY IS PURCHASED FROM BAHRAIN. IN THIS CASE, I NEED TO APPROACH BAHRAIN BASED COURT AND GOVERNMENT. i have purchased the policy from max new york life insurance co,but at the time of purchasing the policy it has not been told to me regarding the charges but when i have received the policy document it was written on that the first year charges is 100 %. the i have gone to branch office and given written complaints of the same but when i do call on customercare and ask about the status of my policy they say me that they havent received any application regarding the same.also i have gone through the site of max but their is no space for compalints.
I took a Reliance Healthwise Policy in 2008, policy no. 1710792825002566. My age is 27.i have not made any claim in the policy. I was shocked to see my renewal premium at 9,127. Previsouly i paid 3,092/- for the same Plan, same Features & same Age bracket.
I too work for a General Insurance Co, i know there has a price revision acorss companies under Health Insurance, but a revision of 300% is Stupidity!!!!!
What are the factors that Reliance is considering for the revision.
The claims ration in the age bracket of above 50 is very high, but Reliance is penalizing all the customers with 300% hike in the renewal premium.

policy no. 181342367 name rajendra thorecha dear sir. when money back insurance policy sold to me. these comittment given by your dovelopement officer in writing on his letter pad. after 4 year rs.30000/- back after 8 year rs.30000/- back after 12 year rs.40000/- back after 15 year rs.150000/- back but after 15 year i am ricived only rs.73000/-,sir see in this matter and do needful action and pay my rs.78000/- as soon as possible.if you want i can give to you copy of commitment given by your dovelopement officer.
Respected Sir/Madam, I had taken two policies from hdfcstandardlife policy no. 10838674,10838665 in 2006. I was not able to make the payment on time in 2009 as there was no intimation by them to me regarding it, on 30th Aug. 2010 I went to there office in Noida sec.-18, staff there told me that you make a payment of Rs. 40000/- and your account will be updated and than you can withdraw your money as the policy has matured, the lock in period of 3 years(3 payments) has passed so you are eligible to withdraw your full money without any deductions so I made the payment immediately. They told me that your account will be updated within 2-3 days but ten days had passed account was not updated so I emailed to them regarding this but till now almost 15 days have gone by nor my account is updated neither I have got any response to the email I wrote to them. I want that people should think before investing with such people I do not know what they would have done with my money if they can’t even respond to my emails and worried about my Rs. 80000/- which I have invested in last four years. 4 months back my car met with an accident; only some small set of front side parts got damaged; Now the repairer delivered back my car with lot of parts replacement which many were not originally damaged during the accident; The repairer also billed me for those unnecessary replacement parts where still my old parts are there in my car even after delivery. Many billed parts are not fixed in my car; Surveyor (Mr. Ravi Rajan from National insurance, chennai, division V) didnt access properly while the time of delivery; He just came and took photo and got the insurance bill from the repairer and left without inspecting anything properly for the reparied parts while the car was delivered. Lot of malpractice and wrong survey and wrong accessment has been done for my car by both the repairer and insurance agent. Need re-inspection for my car. Need justice
I (Mukesh Kumar) have money back policy. Policy no. 120382953 taked in year 25.03.1995 through LIC. I had already payed all premium on time. The third payment money back policy cheque due date was 25th mar,2010. I had visited on 25.03.2010 at chandni chowk delhi branch office to taken detail of my policy amount cheque. Office staff answered me that the policy cheque already send on ur address and you will got it soon. After waiting of few months i did not receive my policy cheque. Again i visited on 12-08-2010 at Delhi chandni chowk office and launch a complain application regarding cheque problem. The office staff answered me ur policy chepue already incashed on date 25-03-2010 in your bank account. Asking about that bank acount detail they did not provide any detail of that bank account no. Only they they provide me a lic cheque no. 0613563.that had already incashed. They did not taken any action on that problem. Please providing any solution of my problem. please lookover that application.
Dear Sir Reference: Client ID: 1650352760; Policy No: 003338771; Insurance Advisor Code: 001394 I have invested in Birla Sun Life Saral Jeevan – Fund Coverage and Saral Jeevan life coverage – Term 20 on 16.09.2009. I had paid Rs. 50,000/- towards first premium and have allotted 4988.227 units @ Rs. 10.023. I read the policy details very carefully and find everything as per the discussion and illustration provided by Mr. Rishi Chaturvedi- Senior Unit Sales Manager – Alternate Channels and Mr. Soumojit Dutta at time of inception of the policy. I have also received my gift voucher and gold coin as per the scheme of Birla Sun Life for the specific product from Mr. Soumojit Dutta. I received my policy account statement for the period 16.09.2009 to 16.09.2010 in the last week of September 2010. I surprised to see that monthly cost of insurance and administrative charges are deducted from my account. These charges were not discussed or illustrated by Mr Chaturvedi and Mr. Dutta at the time of inception of policy and it was also not written in the policy documents provided by the company. Further, the cost of insurance Rs. 22,188.41 against the yearly premium of Rs.50,000/- is too high. I am not prepared to maintain such high cost. If the cost elements were disclosed by the company at time of taking the policy, I could not take the policy. I had written mail to the customer care of Birla Sunlife and explained about the charges and asked to cancel my policy. But it was informed to me that they are unable to cancel the policy because I was not exercised within the freelook period. Sir, please be informed that I was in dark about the charges during freelook period. I had written mail immediately after receiving the account statement. I am repeatedly writing that I was not aware about the charges and it was intensely concealed at the time of inception of the policy and also I am not prepared to maintain such high charges. Sir, I am very sorry to say but I am not receiving any satisfactory reply. Sir, I would request you, kindly look the matter and help me to get refund the hard earned money.

My name is Deepika Chopra. I am resident of H.No: 615, Top Floor Sec: 20 A, Chandigarh. An Agent of Aviva Life Insurance Chandigarh approaches me for Insurance Policy No: WTG1344156 initially I ignored her but she use to call me again and again. Then she came to my house times and again and said that she is also living in Sec: 20 A Chandigarh.
Then she compel me that she will give me a Policy which will provide me 25 to 27% return after completion of 3 years and I have to pay for 3 years only and then I can withdraw whole the amount with bonus. She asked me that she would give me in writing. Then I agreed to pay 20000 each for 3 years. When I called Aviva after paying 3 years Rs. 60000/- for my whole amount with bonus, the company clear cut asked me that they had given me a Policy for which I have to pay for 15 to 20 yrs only then I will get my money back unless.
I wanted to know whether your empanelled doctors are available at my locality in Madipakkam,He said yes.
I went thro this payment only after your sales person Mr. Karthick told me that these services are available at madipakkam. I also asked him to mail me the broucher to my mail id. He said he will send the broucher only after payment is made that to with in five minutes , which I did not receive till date. I spoke to your call center executive at toll no on Friday, She said there are no doctors available at Madipakkam (place of my residence), & they are available only available at Velachery, which is around 10 kms from my place of residence, which I cannot afford my elederly parents to take. Again Mr. Karthick called me on Friday at 12.45 (around) pm and said the empanelled doctors are available at Madipakkam, When I asked him to name any one doctor at madipakkam, he could not respond & was willing only to divert me by repeating only the same which he did at the time of selling. Your toll no executives give a different picture of what karthick told. Hence I am not interested in continuing the membership will IHO & request you to refund my money back without any issues.
