Bag It Today

i purchased Reebok kit online via order no. 900008813 & 24 dated 31-10-2010 and do payment online dated 01-11-2010 through credit card. i am in waiting of my product, soon dated on 09-11-2010 i got a call from bag it today that we donot receive your payment, do punch your credit card again. i argued to customer care Representative i had already done my payment, but he said hurry up do your payment otherwise your odrer will be canceled i do the payment again.
But when i confirmed from my bank they said your 01-11-2010 payment was successful and they provide me approval no.,
When i inquired from bag it today they agree for my payment on 01-11-2010.
then why they punch my credit card again and do payment again provide me again the another order no. 880182653 & 54, it is huge harassment for me.
it represent the fraud by so big group i.e The India today group.
i really very upset to do deal with bag it today.
Even their customer care Representative not provide the full information and talk properly.
