disconnection while downloading despite full coverage
Respected sir,
I am a regular user of reliance GSM since its launch. Initially there was no problem while downloading any content like songs, ringtones. But since 3 months, there is a problem of download getting disconnected. this is happening despite full network coverage and even on terrace. Customer care has not been supportive on the issue. They are saying that your problem will be resolved within next 3 days and problem remains unsolved even after 3 days. I am not able to download any content because download starts and after sometime an error comes out “connection is closed”. My cell is supporting internet. Other reliance GSM users who are my friends in my building are also facing the same problem.
I trust reliance and dont want to change the service. so awaiting permanent solution on the issue. My number is 9088255117.

Very Poor Customer Service
For the past 6 days, none of my sites are working. No one picks up the customer service telephone numbers. My emails did not elicit any response either. I heard from one of my friend who luckily got thru to them, that they are shifting servers. There is no information to the customers at all. Reebok watch
I bought a Reebok watch from Naaptol. It was delivered after 10days. I received a damaged substandard, cheap, old product (Jan-2010) product.
I really regret that i trusted a fraud company run by some cheat. My order ID: 2685534. I had a similar experience 5 years ago with rediff.com after which i never buy anything from online stores. In india, online shopping is still not matured. It is very difficult go back and ask for replacement. And you know customer support is the least thing any indian company cares. With this fingers burnt i will never go to naaptol again.

Delay in Delivery of Vehicle + Increase in Rate
I have booked a Honda Activa in the month of 13th March 2011 @ in the name of Manish Gupta at Autofin Honda Showroom at Himayatnagar branch in Hyderabad with a delivery date of 2 months from the date of booking. & now after more than 7 months we got our vehicle that too with increased rate. When we have booked long back why do the Honda Company charge as per current rate? Firstly there were late in delivering the vehicle and now even selling at the current rate which is making the vehicle costlier by almost 10 thousand (incl. all tax+ insurance) on road.
I would request you to help us in getting the vehicle on the same rate which was on the day we booked or two months from the date we booked.

internet is not working
hi sir i am using bsnl prepaid 3g sim in my iphone 4 mobile. recently i got recharged Rs 1199 internet plan for a month special for the use of internet. my mobile setting already well and i checked from many time my phone setting. settings are completely OK. but internet is not working from last 5 days. i made call many times to bsnl costumer care. but they did not pick up my call. some times they picked up and keep at hold or ignore my call. i am getting problem. i am a student. this is not fair sir. it is so expensive. plz help me…. .we are suffering in government services. my no. is 8617581920

Complain against Samsung mobile
Dear Sir,
I have purchased Samsung Mobile (Model No: Samsung Chat-S27 S5270 Tech Si) dated: 11/10/2011 from Spice retail limited G-20 South Ex Part-I New Delhi-110049. Immediately after purchase, I have notice the mal functioning of mobile (Automatic Restart on incoming & outgoing call & auto switch off & hang-up during use of application), I had communicated about the malfunction of mobile phone to Samsung customer care centre at Nehru Place (Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd, CC-28 Nehru Enclave, KA Delhi-110019, Contact Centre: 30308282 Email:support.india@samsung.com) dated: 19th Oct 2011 & second time 21/10/2011. In both complain to Samsung service centre, problem with the Mobile phone was not rectified. I had asked them to return the mobile & issue me a fresh piece to overcome of this situation but Samsung people are in position to neither rectify the mobile nor ready to take back the mobile. I am facing a regular problem with the mobile due to the reason; I am unable to handle my both business & personal calls. I request you to ask Samsung to take back the mobile & issue me a new mobile. miss call from unknown number
Hello,
I have been getting calls from +9234792157 on odd hours that are always missed calls as they just ring once or twice. Today I did receive it but there was no voice from the other side hence not aware of the reason why I am getting the calls. change of fund transfer
sir i prehased the uti infrasturcture fund in jan 2008 series 1 amount 50000
in mean time they are send me NO statement at all for my fund
tommorrow i received a letter which is showing my fund value around 34000
i am get surprized when i see that my fund is transfer to another fund
when i go to the office they send your fund is closed and we shift your money in
old running fund
is that possible they do that ???????
and they ask they send the letter but i am not get it

Non supply and cancellation

Problem 1 ) Normally it is very difficult to get connectedn for booking Lpg refil over phone. By luck if we get connected to the number, It is never lifted or answered
2) Now we book throught Cell No 9848824365, I got booked for Lpg on 14 oct 2011, docket No 283259, LPG was not supplied till today, when we tried to know the status of supply Reply came as cancelled . AGAIN BOOKED AND THE DOCKET NO IS 296174 dt 25 oct 11. The reason why the lpg was not supplied on the booked no 283259 is not known. What is the system and how it works not known
3) On the earlier occassion also the lpg was not supplied On prolonged waiting and enquiry I was told door lock the reason, Actually ourdoor is not locked since we have baby in arms and we never go out, and some one will be there in the house. We request you to look into the complaint and do the need ful in the matter.

When you apply it on eye using cotton, it burns like anything
When you apply few drops on cotton and put it on eyes it cause irritation & burns like anything.
Rose water is astringent, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic, and can be used as a facial cleanser or as a toner or for cooling of EYE.
But when i use Dabur Gulabari… i got exact opposite effects. my eyes started burning.
Please if you are using chemicals & perfumes to make this product. Stop that and please produce something which will give customer satisfaction and benifit to customers.
